Estuvo muy bien el servicio por parte del hotel, los Jacuzzi fueron lo mejor el desayuno incluído estába muy bien, le faltaba mas variedad al desayuno, el servicio al cuarto es excelente, la alberca estaba bien solo que estaba un tanto fría a mi no me causo ningún tema

Me parece un hotel maravilloso, tiene una alberca climatizada, arriba tiene dos jacuzzi con hidromasaje, a disposición de los huéspedes, se tienen que solicitar con anticipación. La atención es muy buena, solicité usar el jacuzzi y fueron muy atentos. En la estancia necesité hielo y una champañera y me los proporcionaron. El desayuno es a la carta, la comida es rica y la atención es rápida.

Muy bonito hotel. El personal muy amable, la habitación cómoda, y los desayunos ricos. Lamentablemente el wifi en nuestra habitación casi nunca funcionó. Y nuestro último día lo preparamos para pasarlo en la alberca y la cerraron para limpiarla sin aviso previo así que nunca pudimos disfrutar de ella.

This hotel was a perfect fit for our family! It is very centrally located, the rooms are comfortable, the inclusion of breakfast was a nice amenity, and the hotel pool was a big hit with our kids in the hot afternoons. It’s a small hotel, so it was nice to get to know the faces of the same three staffers that ran the front desk and made everything at the hotel operate smoothly. They were always around to answer questions or to quickly address any issues. We loved staying at the San Xavier Hotel, and we are grateful to the warm and helpful staff that made our visit so enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again.

Muy bonito lugar, la cama muy cómoda, el desayuno (incluído) es a la carta y está rico. La alberca es fría pero en excelente condiciones. Lo único a mejorar es que el estacionamiento en realidad es un estacionamiento público que se encuentra lejos, lo que te obliga a cargar tus maletas y no hay lugar designado por lo cual tienes que esperar un poco para conseguir un cajón. Lo anterior se arreglaría teniendo valet parking

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed the pool. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Good internet. Walkable area. We had a room in the lobby, so there was a little noise. My biggest complaint would be the water pressure and not very hot water. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Tuvimos un percance en la carretera y llegamos muy tarde pero contactamos al hotel y nos esperaron para que hiciéramos el check in aunque fuera noche. El hotel es muy bonito y céntrico, las habitaciones son muy amplias, limpias y bien decoradas, el baño muy limpio y en buen estado también, la regadera cuenta con agua caliente y abundante. Tiene alberca que desgraciadamente ya no pudimos probar pero lo que sí probamos es el desayuno gratis que es delicioso y el menú muy variado. Sin duda tendré que regresar en el futuro. Es mucho mejor y más accesible que los hoteles de cadenas.

My daughter and I stayed here three nights to attend a family gathering. I was concerned that arriving at 2 AM would be a problem, but they assured me they were awake and ready to check me, and they were. This is a relatively small hotel, fewer than 20 rooms, but is pleasant and quiet and super convenient to the city center - only about two blocks from Jardin Zenia and Jardin Guerrero which bookend a major pedestrian street. Room was small, but not cramped. Bathroom was modern and clean. Houskeeping kept evertying fresh the next day. Best part though was the breakfast (included). About a dozen choices from a menu and all delicious and included bread, juice and coffee. The layout is a little unusual due to the narrow site with the pool along one side and several rooms on floor two and three on the other side. There are also a half dozen or so rooms along the path from the lobby to the pool. Some of the furniture in the lobby is starting to show signs of wear, but otherwise an excellent choice.

The breakfast was very good and included in the price. I stayed during the week and it was very quiet. Bed was firm which i like,pillows were good. I was solo but the bed would be small for two people. Plenty of hot water. It was a good choice.

The staff was AMAZING. Very clean property in a nice area. Easy walking to plazas, restaurants, bars, churches, etc. The breakfast was excellent too! I'd definitely stay here again.

Never any hot water when I needed to shower, had to call the front desk to get the hot water turned on and then wait for it. At first, the phone didn't work nor did the TV remotes. My complaints were met with platitudes. I go to Queretaro a lot for work. I'll never stay here again.

A beautiful property. This used to be an old mansion apparently but it has been gut renovated to be a hotel. The place could use a bit more color. The colors are currently white and cement. But overall quite a nice new establishment.

It’s a small hotel, so it was nice to get to know the faces of the same three staffers that ran the front desk and made everything at the hotel operate smoothly. They were always around to answer questions or to quickly address any issues. We loved staying at the San Xavier Hotel, and we are grateful to the warm and helpful staff that made our visit so enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed the pool. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Good internet. Walkable area. We had a room in the lobby, so there was a little noise. My biggest complaint would be the water pressure and not very hot water. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Tuvimos un percance en la carretera y llegamos muy tarde pero contactamos al hotel y nos esperaron para que hiciéramos el check in aunque fuera noche. El hotel es muy bonito y céntrico, las habitaciones son muy amplias, limpias y bien decoradas, el baño muy limpio y en buen estado también, la regadera cuenta con agua caliente y abundante. Tiene alberca que desgraciadamente ya no pudimos probar pero lo que sí probamos es el desayuno gratis que es delicioso y el menú muy variado. Sin duda tendré que regresar en el futuro. Es mucho mejor y más accesible que los hoteles de cadenas.

My daughter and I stayed here three nights to attend a family gathering. I was concerned that arriving at 2 AM would be a problem, but they assured me they were awake and ready to check me, and they were. This is a relatively small hotel, fewer than 20 rooms, but is pleasant and quiet and super convenient to the city center - only about two blocks from Jardin Zenia and Jardin Guerrero which bookend a major pedestrian street. Room was small, but not cramped. Bathroom was modern and clean. Houskeeping kept evertying fresh the next day. Best part though was the breakfast (included). About a dozen choices from a menu and all delicious and included bread, juice and coffee. The layout is a little unusual due to the narrow site with the pool along one side and several rooms on floor two and three on the other side. There are also a half dozen or so rooms along the path from the lobby to the pool. Some of the furniture in the lobby is starting to show signs of wear, but otherwise an excellent choice.

Me parece un hotel maravilloso, tiene una alberca climatizada, arriba tiene dos jacuzzi con hidromasaje, a disposición de los huéspedes, se tienen que solicitar con anticipación. Súper bien ubicada para visitar el centro histórico caminando, ser a de todo, tienen parqueo ser a del hotel que está incluido ten la tarifa pero nosotros dejamos el auto frente al hotel por 2 días y no hubo ningún inconveniente. El desayuno a ka carta incluido y de muy buen sabor. En resumen excelente !!

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed the pool. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Good internet. Walkable area. We had a room in the lobby, so there was a little noise. My biggest complaint would be the water pressure and not very hot water. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Súper bien ubicada para visitar el centro histórico caminando, ser a de todo, tienen parqueo ser a del hotel que está incluido ten la tarifa pero nosotros dejamos el auto frente al hotel por 2 días y no hubo ningún inconveniente. El desayuno a ka carta incluido y de muy buen sabor. En resumen excelente !!

Es bueno para el precio, el desayuno muy rico, es a la carta. Habitación sencilla pero cómoda, falta limpieza no cambian sábanas.

This hotel was a perfect fit for our family! It is very centrally located, the rooms are comfortable, the inclusion of breakfast was a nice amenity, and the hotel pool was a big hit with our kids in the hot afternoons. It’s a small hotel, so it was nice to get to know the faces of the same three staffers that ran the front desk and made everything at the hotel operate smoothly. They were always around to answer questions or to quickly address any issues. We loved staying at the San Xavier Hotel, and we are grateful to the warm and helpful staff that made our visit so enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again.
