Very nice place in a great location, very close to metro and Atocha station. Extremely clean, nice staff, free coffee and a free drink. Breakfast was €15 and very simple but tasty. Beds and room were great. Definitely come again.

Hotel com quartos pequenos, mas super agradável. Os funcionários que trabalham lá foram suuuper gentis e é uma localização muito boa, tem um metrô praticamente do lado, com vários pontos de onibus também, além de vários restaurantes. Eles também fornecem café, agua e chá de graça todos os dias.

It’s a unique place and close to the metro. The room size is really small but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, charging extra for clean towels is not something I agreed with, and it’s not disclosed until after you checked in. They actually give you new towels after the third day. I don’t mind them not changing the bed sheets after the 5th day since I do shower morning and night.

The service from every employee I encountered was great and with a smile. The bathrooms were nice and AC worked well. The rooms are small (as I read in reviews) but the layout of the hotel is very thoughtful with great common areas that you can relax and enjoy. The view from the top with free tea/coffee was one of my favorite areas but the downstairs game and reading area was great too. They also have lockers available for luggage if you are hanging out in the area before or after your stay. (Only €1)

The room was small but very quiet. They charge a fee of 1€ for locking the baggage in case you arrive early like we did and there is always someone at the front desk. Very friendly staff and clean amenities. It's very close to Atocha Station and 20 min uber drive to the airport.

Check-in was pre registered. I was in the hotel 5 days ago. This time I am disappointed. Perhaps it was a Sunday, the floor had not been cleaned. The floor had sticky spots from the bed to the sink. Room was very clean, hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Best of all, the LOCATION. It's close to every attractions, walking distance to Prado Museum, next door to Sofia Art Museum and train station. Hotel coffee and breakfast were also very good.

La experiencia en general es buena. El desayuno súper simple pero suficiente para no salir en ayunas a la calle, solo hoy nuestro último día estaba a cargo un señor que no nos tocó los días previos bastante estresado porque al parecer los horarios no están correctos para bajar a desayunar. El baño puede mejorar la limpieza tiene un poco de hongos en la regadera. Las camas cómodas pero me tocó litera alta no quise dejar a mi hijo arriba súper peligroso no hay nada que detenga una caída para una persona mayor puede ser muy difícil subir y es riesgo dormir sin nada que detenga una caída. Si recomiendo el hotel a pesar de eso, la ubicación muy cómoda.

I was given a room a little larger than a shoe-box. The shower/toilet was small, but worked ok. The floor between the bed and the sink was badly stained. I did not see that due to the lighting in the room. When I returned I saw how bad the floor was and asked the desk agent to have it cleaned. She sent someone to clean up spots on the floor, but when the cleaner saw the large area affected, she said, “I can not clean that large area with this equipment”. She returned with a mop and bucket. The desk agent not once apologized for providing a room with a filthy floor! I had stayed here some years ago when it was being converted. I would never stay here again. I am sure there is nothing in the review of the property that suggested this room is a “shoe-box”. This is scandalous. I have stayed in Asian airport rooms larger than this!

The hotel was in the perfect location for us, as we were staying in Madrid for one night and arrived by train. The room was a bit small, which is understandable for the price, but hard to move around with 2 people. The staff were very friendly, and the lobby area is very chic! I wish the bathroom had a proper door for extra privacy.

This property was not as advertised. I am 67 and was up on a BUNK bed!!! The picture made it look like you walked up stairs (Not a LADDER) to the bed. Very difficult to come down ladder at 3am and go to bathroom. Staff was nice enough.

The rooms are tiny — there’s literally nowhere to put a suitcase. You open the door and basically have to fall straight onto the bed. On the positive side, the location is great: close to the main museums and Atocha train station. However, there are definitely other hotels in the area that are even cheaper and offer more space

The hotel is in a great location, staff are friendly and value is great if you want a short stay and don’t plan on staying in the hotel room for much of your time. If, however, you want a bit more comfort, this is not the place. While the room is of a good standard, it is tiny - the bed is quite hard and anyone over 6ft will find it’s too short. The toilet/shower is only separated from the room by a frosted glass door which makes privacy a bit of an issue. The air conditioning is a bit temperamental - we turned ours on and set it to 23 and the room was freezing by the morning.

The hotel has a nice lobby with coffee, drinks, very nice roof top and the rooms are small but very clean and a lot of light and cute. The Sleep N Atocha is a wonderful find! It was very nicely decorated with a cool vibe. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We loved the rooftop enclosed terrace. It is very conveniently located. Highly recommend!!

Right outside the Atocha train station and Metro (Estacion del Arte) right next to Reina Sofia museum, parque del retiro and prado museum. Coffee and tea and soft drinks provided. Buffet breakfast available. Rooftop terrace. Best staff ever. Decorated and wrote my mom a birthday card as her birthday passed while we were staying there.

Contra lo ocurrido en ocasiones anteriores en la que el personal siempre había estado atento a ayudar, en esta ocasión la persona que me recibió no solo me dejo muy claro que mi habitación no estaba lista, sino que no podría decirme en que horario podría entrar ofreciendome llamarme por whats app. yo tenía una reunión de trabajo. En fin el concepto de ustedes me parecía muy consecuente, en especial lo referente a ser amigable con el medio ambiente y sacrificar ciertas "comodidades" por un respeto a la Naturaleza. Grata surpresa o Sleep N’Atocha! Muito bem localizado, tanto para quem chega de trem como pra quem vem do aeroporto de Expresso Aeropuerto, perto dos principais museus, metro, onibus. Facilitou muito a viagem esta localização! O atendimento muito simpatico e cordial, fizeram o possivel para que conseguisse fazer early check-in e me avisaram assim que foi possivel entrar mais cedo no quarto. As áreas comuns do hotel sao muito bem decoradas, confortaveis e praticas. Alem dos refrescos e cafe livres pros hospedes, tambem tem uma pequena lojinha e microondas para os hospedes. O quarto é de fato bem pequeno, mas para um casal atende bem. Tive dificuldade so com espaço pra malas, mas nada que afetasse o conforto.

It was a clean and comfortable hotel located very close to the main Atocha station and Reina Sofia, Thyseen and Prado museums. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast at their rooftop and the view was fantastic with only an additional 2 euro per day to your stay (must add that when you booking your stay). I booked a single room. While the room was small, it was perfect for me since I did not have much luggage and the price was economical. I will stay with them again when I return to Madrid 👍

Location of t this property is unbeatable. There three amazing galleries around. the royal garden and the train station are right across the street. Tons of great restaurants and cafes around. The breakfast was well organized and had decent food. Definitely recommend it.

Et kult hotell, med et lite, men praktisk og godt innredet rom og bad forhold til å at det var veldig lite- et pluss ar det var stille på natten. Litt kaldt . I resepsjonen sa de at vi skulle innstille selv, men anlegget kunne ikke slås på fra rommet. Veldig dårlig plass i frokostrommet inn slags innglasset loftsrom (kult og hyggelig) og 30 min var kort tid for frokost, nå man måtte vente 5-10 min på heisen.
