The 3 bedroom apt was wonderful, clean, equipped with everything. AC units were excellent as it was really hot outside. Reception staff was excellent and professional. Location was great as you are in the middle of the city and walkable. The only negative was the noise level. Our room had a sky window and it was not insulated to cancel out street noise so unfortunately we did not sleep well at night. Street noise was loud until 5am.

The suite is very roomy and comfortable. Despite the busy area I was able to sleep without noise. The cleaning service is extra, they do not clean unless you pay the extra service. The elevator is annoying and old fashion, it does not work properly. In overall the location is amazing.

The apartment was a good size with a small balcony area & x2 sets of French doors. As it was very hot in Madrid during our stay the air conditioning was most welcome. The staff working at the facility were helpful and we were reassured by the fact staff were on site 24/7. Noise wasn’t an issue as we knew it would be both noisy and lively due to the apartment being located in the centre of a capital city. Some of the furniture in the apartment is rather worn & dated and would benefit from upgrading, although it didn’t impact our overall stay.

Gostamos muito da estadia no Mola Suítes. Estávamos em uma família com um casal e dois filhos adolescentes. O hotel é bem localizado, perto de toda a área turística central. Muitos restaurantes e estações ao redor. Como funciona também u hostel no prédio, sua recepção é 24h, o que nos agradou por termos chegado após meia noite. O apartamento é muito bem equipado, com geladeira, fogão, microondas, máquina de lavar e máquina lava louça. Dois ar-condicionados estão a disposição, sendo que precisamos ligar apenas um durante a noite. O banheiro é grande e a ducha muito boa. Única observação é o fato de o chuveiro não afixar na parede, obrigando a gente a tomar banho com uma ducha. O hotel oferece opção de café da manhã com preço justo, bar durante a noite, lockers e máquina de acessórios importantes na viagem. Recomendo demais e com certeza voltaria outra vez ao Mola!

This is not a hotel, even worse than a bed & breakfast. Very disappointing to get this from hotels.com There is no change of towels daily, no daily cleaning of room, even garbage was not collected daily. The building is very old and room is also very old, with worn-out, not clean furniture. Staff were not friendly at all, in fact a bit arrogant to guests with a "take it or leave it" attitude. The location, although near tourist sites, is also in an area where homeless are staying for the night. You do not feel safe walking near the location of the hotel in the evening.

The apartment suite was fantastic, spacious and very cute. We had a perfect view of the plaza in front of us and we were walking distance from many tourist sites and bus stops. However, the wifi was terribly slow and there were several posters and flyers in the hotel with outdated information. Besides the poor communication, the unit was great.

Great location, near everything. Main issue is the sound from street, ask for a suite on a higher floor. apartament had a nice hall with sofas and windows to the street that was fresh with high ceilings. Breakfast was good
