I had a very comfortable and easy stay at Seda BGC for 5 days. I was in a lounge access room and really enjoyed the lounge facilities, especially the evening cocktails time. The room also came with complimentary use of their boardroom which was helpful for a client meeting I had. The hotel is located in the middle of BGC and about 30-40min car ride from the airport. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around and it is perfectly safe to walk in the neighbourhood, even after dark. One thing to note is that the hotel has a smart casual dress code.

I usually stay here and it’s always been excellent from the staff to the location and the amenities. They added a bulk laundry service of P1000 for up to 4 kilos which is way better than a normal hotel laundry service. They also have new shampoo and soaps that are wonderful. I always recommend people upgrade and get the club level access for your own location for breakfast, tea time & cocktail hour.

The only thing didn’t like is the swimming pool was under renovation and was noisy a bit .. they should mention it before customers book the hotel online coz for sure they know it’s gonna be renovation date But they mention that to me one day before the check in or even later which is can’t cancel my booking and will be too late

Great service from opening the taxi door on arrival to closing the taxi door upon leaving. All staff were extremely curteous, the room was clean and spacious and it was great to get a comfortable bed a powerful hot shower (not always gauranteed in Philippines). Seda is a very short 5 minute walk to BGC High Street where you will find all the shops and restaurants you're ever likely to need ). Do check out the roof top bar for a nightcap and great views over the local area. 2nd floor pool area was clean and the gym was well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Bathroom flooded x2, once from hose next to toilet, and then while simply taking a shower , the entire floor area flooded again quickly with very little drain. #2 big stains on sheet wife’s side that we did not discover until next morning—-look like dried blood or similar stains that did get taken out in last wash .

The staff is so wonderful, friendly, respectful, ready, and willing to help. Service was excellent! Breakfast variety and offerings are excellent. However, the bathroom of the hotel needs a lot of help, thorough cleaning - molds, blackened tiles, past guest hair in the shower, really dirty. There is also a bad smell inside the bathroom. The sheets and pillowcases need to be washed thoroughly so it doesn't have the sweat smell of the last guest.

Check in was easy; front desk friendly and informative. Room is dissapointing: door entrance all scratched up; walls and curtains filthy; scratches on furniture; bathroom door won’t close; glass shower door loose hinges and won’t close completely; sink faucet wiggly; towels are musty (need to improve laundry); tile grouting filthy. That said, food is pretty good.

I stayed in room 628 for two nights. Overall it was good, but the shower had low water pressure and was difficult to use, and the shower head was dirty with water mold. Also, the LED light on the desk started flickering after a few seconds.

Loved our stay at Seda. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of dishes, not just your typical breakfast spread. Seda is located close to Bonifacio High Street, Market Market and SM Aura Premier. It is easy to get around and is within a few minutes walk to Central Square and Bonifacio High Street mall. The friendly staff made our stay very pleasant. Our room was clean. However, it was outdated and could use some minor repairs. The towels were also worn and needed replacing. Overall, we liked our stay and would consider Seda again.

Obvious that the property is older. There was a strong old, musty, moldy smell in our floor corridors that persisted through the whole 5 days of our stay. The A/C in room did not work the first night. We had to request for a transfer to another room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, specially the dining staff. Manager Randy and server Ting were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast buffet was OUTSTANDING. Different choices everyday. Loved the kakanin options. Easy transport access thru GRAB, which the concierge gladly provided for us each day. In summary, other than the aging facilities, the staff were top notch. And that's what counts for me.

It was my first time traveling with my daughter and our first time staying at SEDA BGC, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was excellent—we actually looked forward to waking up for it each day. We stayed for 9 days and had an absolute blast. This hotel is a great place, though there are a few opportunities for improvement as they continue to grow. While it didn’t bother me much, the bathroom is probably the biggest area for improvement: the shower water pressure was extremely low, the tile grout was chipping, and the tissue holder was slowly coming off the wall. I also noticed there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which caused the mirror to fog up after showers. Overall, I’m very impressed with the staff, especially the food service, and I loved the easy access to everything—airport, shopping, dining, and more—while avoiding the worst of the city’s traffic.

Room was great although the space is small. Parking is limited so we had to park in nearby area and just transfer to the hotel when the slot was available. There is no option for valet as well, so this is a bit inconvenient. The place is very accessible to High Street which was a big plus. Their coffeeshop has limited seats. The hotel was fully booked when we were there, so there was a long queue in the buffet breakfast. Overall, we had a great time.

Quite disapointing stay. Aircon can't be adjusted. Water condesation happened when air con is off. Bathroom water temperature is unstable. the room wall is so thin until can hear the next door conversation clearly. the breakfast serving portion is not up to standard, always run out of clean glasses.

Stayed on the 19th floor be careful you will hear the night club above on the weekends. breakfast option was average but was included in the rate, take it or leave it would be fine. Staff was so nice, like too nice every time you enter the hotel you will be met with barrage of hellos, even the drug sniffing dog(s) will greet you. If you’re traveling for more than a week get the city apartment, it has a washer/dryer. Pleasantly suprised by this.

Had a car service booked to pick us up and after he failed to show up I asked staff to call a taxi they told us for security reasons they couldn’t which was ridiculous as we arrived at the hotel by taxi. But they were more than happy to arrange for their own driver to take us to airport for 2500 pesos. I felt they were running a scam. I was not expecting this from a higher end hotel. For this reason I CANNOT recommend this hotel. Plenty of better options.

The service was wonderful from the minute I arrived. Never opened a single door but my hotel room and the lobby bathroom. Always attentive to my needs while eating at the breakfast buffet or when I was at the bar. A simple glance around to look for staff I felt they saw me before I could find them. Never felt pressured to rush even when I arrived late for my breakfast. When I was having issues with my TV I had staff up there within minutes I mean like less than 5 and were helping me fix the issue. Provided plenty of filtered drinking water ( I drink a lot ) and when I asked for more they doubled the amount! Amazing experience. Will 100% come again!

I’ve stayed at Cedar BGC several times over the past few months and generally found it to be a decent hotel. I travel to Manila regularly for business and have often stayed here with colleagues. Overall, the property itself is fine, but service — particularly during breakfast — needs improvement. Egg orders are frequently incorrect, service can be slow, and coffee orders are often forgotten. Unfortunately, my most recent stay has completely changed my view. During this stay, I accidentally knocked over a highball glass while unplugging a phone cable in my room. The glass shattered on the stone tabletop. I cleaned up the visible glass immediately and informed both concierge and the front desk, out of concern that housekeeping staff could be injured by any remaining shards. Rather than acknowledging the safety concern or thanking me for reporting it, the staff showed no concern and repeatedly focused on charging me 200 pesos for the broken glass. While the amount itself is trivial, the insistence on charging for a genuine accident felt unnecessarily petty and left a very poor impression — especially given that I am a repeat guest. It’s disappointing that such a small, inflexible charge overshadowed what could have been handled with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured that I will not be staying here again, nor will I recommend this hotel to colleagues. I had a wonderful 5-day stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive and very helpful-- every request I made from room cleaning to small maintenance needs, was taken care of quickly with a smile. The breakfast selection was excellent as well, with plenty of choices and great quality. If there's anything to improve, it would be the towels. They were clean and smelled fresh, but they looked a bit old and could be updated. There was also one day without cable service during my stay, but it didn't affect my overall experience too much. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We checked in . And was walking in our floor hallway. There was a strong stale smell. Brought our bags inside the room. We immediately noticed the room smelled musty / stale . Called front desk and talked to on duty manager and requested instead of switching rooms an upgrade a much bigger room and without a strong musty scent! . But with a discount due to the inconvenience. Manager agreed to move us to a 1 bedroom suite with 50% off per night. That helped and we agreed. Moved in to the new room. 1 bedroom suite. No musty / stale smell. Our 4 day stay was good and no untoward incident . Except the hotel pool was under renovation. Kids would have LOVED an option of jumping in the pool at night. Breakfast buffet was good. The only problem is if you stayed more than 3 days. You will get tired of the food selection. Because they are the same selection everyday. For 4 days. We grew tired of the selection. Good food in the beginning. Clean facilities , friendly staff. All in all 4 🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️ . And would recommend it because its centrally located in BGC and stay is affordable compared to other surrounding hotels. Will recommend it and will book again in the future. But for only maximum 2-3 days stay only

Unfortunately we didn’t find the rooftop bar until our last evening as when we checked in we weren’t told about any facilities or what levels they were on. It was only from talking to a couple in the lift we then new about it. Breakfast is over priced. Staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Can be noisy if room by lifts as they have a doorbell chime when it reaches the floor kept me awake so moved rooms no problem. Unfortunately my friends ate in the rooftop restaurant and then were extremely sick with food poisoning. Nurses had to be called and they we’re lucky not to be admitted to hospital. The hotel were helpful but then again it should never have happened. They missed many days of their holiday because of this and a big expense on missed flights and hotels.. I just hope the insurance covers it.

location was best and close to everything - felt safe and festive while sightseeing, going out for food, drinks shopping, services like salons and many entertainment venues, the breakfast was really good with many options - really loved the arroz caldo, egg station and taho. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The view from the rooftop at sunset was nice.
