Very good location and gym and pool Did not like no air-conditioning in lobby Also elevators very slow

There ware trash bins for organics and paper, plastics, and others but we were told we couldn’t bring food to the pool. There were only chairs at the pool. No tables. Area was very slippery because of the smooth tiles. The Lobby was HOT. No ac in the lobby. The room was clean but really small. Not ideal for a family stay.

Pleasant enough for the price. It's a clean, no-frills place. Great location and good value. The breakfast buffet wasn't included in my rate. I don't know if it was an option but it wasn't offered. At 1000p, I didn't eat it. The pool area is disappointing. There are no lounge chairs or tables. No place to relax.

Great budget hotel around BGC the Fort just across SM aura mall and walking distance to market market. Friendly staff and prompt housekeeping with excellent care to guests. Only downside was only 5 ironing equipment for the whole hotel. Waiting to borrow for one until other guests finished them. But didn't wait for too long just had to returned it immediately. Overall, it's a busy crowded hotel with cool amenities such as pool and gym. A little overpriced buffet so alot cheaper to go out buy food.

No air conditioning in the elevators and the hallways it’s too hot

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. But no AC in lobby and hallways, and elevators were too slow. Has luggage storage which was very convenient for us (free for the first day).

The stay is very good near to SM Aura. Just walk several steps. The hotel is so clean that you will enjoy. The pool and gym area arw so wow.

I'm quite disappointed. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Given the hotel is new(?), the grout in the bathroom has discolorations. If you need a place just to sleep in at night, and you do not want to pay too much, I guess this place should be okay. Also, what's with the accent of the person's automated voice in the elevator? We could barely understand it.

By far the worse hotel in Manila I’ve stayed in, toilet was so sickening couldn’t even walk barefoot in the shower or anywhere in the room at all. Lobby has no air conditioner, full of flies and very hot. Avoid this place at all cost.

Hotel is nice and the housekeeping really do their job really well. Hotel is good, the only thing that is bad is the small flies and the fish or sewage smell in the hallway.

Movable safety deposit box(not mounted). Very tired towels ( white grayish color) damp at the walls, splatters at the door

The location is excellent. The room is clean regularly. Towels and bedlinen a bit jaded and needs an upgrade. Overall good value for money.

Good location for the price. Both of the robes pockets were torn and missing the tie. The all of the towels needed to be thrown away!

It was good, room was clean and tidy, staff are polite and courteous, location is literally walking distance from BGC and SM Aura. Only downside is the food at the buffet breakfast, limited choices, for the price I pay, I guess it’s what we paid for. The worst is there was a small cockroach crawling at the buffet table

The rooms were very clean, tye young lady thst was cleaning on the 18th floor was very nice and curtious. The staff on reception were always helpful too.

Room was very clean! The bathroom lighting was slightly dim.

Water pressure is atrocious.

Room was clean and decent sized, beds are comfortable, towels are clean. Small window but with a nice view of the BGC, Weird there’s no light by the mirror in the bathroom, pretty dark when you look at yourself so if want to groom yourself, go outside the bathroom and use the mirror by the wall. There’s no dedicated hand soap by the sink, so if you need it after peeing, you need to go to the shower area to grab the small bar soap, would be nice if they just provide body wash in the bathroom and leave the bar soap by the sink. Internet connection is unstable and unreliable, I was working remotely and it’s messing up my work with poor connection. At the lobby, pretty simple, there’s no sign of elegance at all, I guess because rooms are priced fairly cheap, there’s no AC and pretty hot in the lobby as well. Location is on the other side C5, just outside the BGC area but pretty close and a short walking distance to SM Aura and Market Market. When you book your room, make sure you have the view of the BGC are and Not the residential area at the back.

The building is supposed to be new-ish but you can already see wear and tear. Waiting for the elevator takes a long time. It is close to the mall and market market. Traffic in the area is horrible. The room is nice and clean. The bathroom could use more lighting.

This is a nice midgrade, reasonably priced hotel. It isn’t close to the bar scene, if that’s what you’re looking for. The staff was very good, whenever I had a problem. I stayed for two weeks, I would stay here again. There is a nice mall nearby, with many restaurants. The view is very good. It is also reasonably close to the airport.

The water presssure and the water temperature are both low, unfortunately.

It is a good place to stay. The staff are really nice and professional. The beds were very comfortable. The room is very clean and modern. Good Wi Fi and decent cable TV selection of channels. The windows do not open at all, so no fresh are can come in, aside from air conditioned air; this is a pet peeve of mine with hotels.

Its a lovely clean comfy room with a very comfy bed. However the bathroom is very basic, poorly lit and an ancient wall mounted shower heater that barely gets the water warm, very disappointing. Otherwise a nice hotel, great location and well priced.

I didn’t like that the manager was always trying to get me to pay more. Need to check in early? 2,500 Pesos. Have a friend stay in the room, double the price. Really sleazy people… or maybe that’s just how things are done in PH??

The location is perfect for me, but every time I tried to call the front desk, no one answered. And there was no hair dryer in my room. But definitely I will book again in this hotel in the future.

ALL the staff staff are friendly and attended to our needs right away. They all greet you with a smile. This hotel was our home base for our 6 weeks stay. Their luggage storage was a great plus and very efficient. I definitely will recommend this hotel to our friends and family. On our last few days of stay they felt like family. Kudos to all the staff particularly Madonna, the manager and Mikko the staff at the lobby.

The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. It’s a good place and worth every buck. It’s walkable to everything. I would stay here again.

Whoever was checking the room upon checkout tried shaking me down for money 2 different ways that were completely unjustified. Most of the staff were really good. Avoid this place especially if you are a foreigner.

Nothing fancy, decent stay but the elevators take forever and service different levels making it complicated when it’s busy. Even when empty, the only elevator opening for us was the one not serving our floor so we were stuck. Check out process is horrible waiting for housekeeping to check the room we had to wait 30 minutes but were told it would only be 5 minutes. A big hotel like this needs trust in their guests.

Hotel is conveniently located near several malls and transportation hub. Only downside is the traffic congestion in the area so plan to leave early if you are going to the airport

Our biggest reason for booking at this hotel is its location, and it really has great location. The SM Aura is a short walking distance away, although crossing the street in front of the hotel can be a bit chaotic due to heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The hotel security guards and local traffic controllers do a great job controlling traffic flow, the sheer volume of traffic is just too much.

Hotel is new and reasonably priced. However, the hotel is located across the C-5 freeway on and off ramps at the border of BGC and Makati with busy automobile and pedestrian traffic.

We stay here every time we come to Taguig. It is central to everything. Easy to get to transportation. Walkable restaurants and a big beautiful mall next door. Parking is in a very secure underground space with plenty of room. The rooms are spacious. The pool is great. It is a friendly place and very comfortable beds. We love it.

Good location…walkable

The property itself is very conveniently placed near SM Aura, Market Market and High Street BGC, and the staff do an amazing job and clean your room very timely and thoroughly. The one thing I didn’t like very much was how difficult it was for my Grab drivers to access the hotels especially during rush hour (mainly because the property is also close to the slum areas). Otherwise, my stay was fantastic!

Modern and clean. Very courteous staff- helpful when there was a misunderstanding regarding one of the rooms. Restaurant serves a good breakfast buffet, with strong coffee.

On the 9th fl. you could here all the noises on the streets. Paid cash in advance as per their request(6 days) had to remind them to give receipt of payments. Staff are courteous and helpful. Housekeeping are always ready to cater for all our needs. Breakfast buffet sucks. Flies and very hot/warm in the lobby.

This hotel has been our homebase for travelling between cities (Cebu, Bohol, Coron, Osaka, Kyoto, Busan, Seoul, Tagaytay, LosBanos) during the 7-weeks of our Asian tour. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the BGC area, short taxi ride to the airport, and free baggage storage service. Overall, our experience has been excellent to very good. What we liked - very friendly staff who are attentive to our needs; quick access to shopping & dining at nearby SM Aura & Market!Market! The Bonifacio High Street is an enjoyable walk away except during weather extremes. Their onsite dining area finally opened in April offering good affordable Filipino style buffet breakfast. Best alternative when you don't want to walk to the mall which doesn't open til 10am and want something better than the usual convenience store fare next door. The hotel is right on the C5 service road exit into the BGC area and you can expect the usual rush-hour traffic (vehicle or pedestrian) congestion during certain times of the day - workdays or weekends. Note, the other side of the highway is the older part of Taguig and definitely less touristy. There's the Pembo Market at the side street near the hotel where one can find fresh fruits and veggies but I wouldn't recommend the uninitiated tourist to venture further in. We did use the cheap & convenient laundromat service just around the block from there.

I didn’t like the fact that for breakfast credit card is not accepted. At the front break they don’t exchange money.

It is a 2.5 star budget hotel. Limited breakfast menu. Unfortunately no tea available at breakfast, only coffee is been served.
