We arrived at 4 and there was nobody in reception and had to wait for staff. Our room was roomy but dated. Pink bathroom with leaky shower and bed light was broken. The pool was dirty. Positive was king size bed and quality linen. We stayed on a Friday night and a had quiet night.

Probably the most functional motel I've stayed in for a while. Neat and clean and has all the amenities that you'd need for a tired traveller kickback relax and to rest up for the night

The room we were in was right next to the pool so it got quite loud when other guests were in the pool. The pool was used early Sunday morning even though it wasn’t meant to be open

Inside is really old. Carpets were really dirty, mould throughout the entire bathroom, lounge really old and fridge didnt work. Air con was really noisy-sounded like a truck when used. Needs a really good updating throughout. Still convenient for us, staff were really lovely and happy to assist when they were around. Would stay again, maybe trying a different room in hope it was more modern and mould free.

The room itself was fine especially considering the age of the hotel. Bed was ok. Bathroom had a lot of mould up on the ceiling and top of the walls. Other than that not too bad for a cheap place to stay

We were at the back end of the conplex so fairly quiet , all rooms are ground floor was walking distance to some restaurants and hospitals. Room was large and well designed/set out. In looked after condition.

Comfortable and clean. Old and dated property but impeccably clean and comfortable. Room well maintained, bed super comfy (loved it was a king size). Need a car to get to Main Street but convenient to all areas of Wagga. Only suggestion I would make would be to relocate the smoking area away from the rooms. It’s currently on the wall of room 30 and all rooms within this block would be able to smell smoke as they exit.

We were assigned to a room with aircon not working properly not cold at all on a very hot day 36 degrees. We told the receptionist and were assigned to another room with leaking shower. The property need a proper repair to ensure smooth stay for the customer. For the price we paid we could have stayed at a better motel.

The room was large and had high ceiling with an adequate kitchenette. I appreciated the high trust in relation to the minibar. But carpets and curtains were old and frayed, with some rust in bathroom and shower screen did not close. Most disturbing was the inadequate soundproofing (it was probably made worse by the interconnecting door). This allowed us to hear "normal level conversation" from next door and led to a disturbed night. While the room rate was very inexpensive, we will not be returning.

Avoid at all costs took money from my credit card after we checked out and refuses to say what for. Told me i was rude when i asked him about it, gave him a week to sort it ( he only asked for 24 hours ) and now says he is not going to deal with it and refuses to answer the phone. So now i have no option but to take the matter further.

I would have to compliment the staff from the moment we arrived they were so welcoming and I wasn't the easiest guest I turned up late Saturday afternoon and the lady at reception was beautiful it was mother's day the next day and I was travelling with my 10yo son without hesitation she was able to give me a late check-out to spend time with my boy I can't thank the staff at this motel enough just beautiful people all round

When we checked our receipt they had over charge us. The receipt given was for another town Something is going on staff wouldn’t talk about it. Just said send emails. Hard to do when you are travelling with just a phone

The overall cleanliness, condition, and general facilities were very good. The lovely ladies who cleaned our room were friendly, helpful and very accomodating.. The reception person, hiwever needs to improve his customer service. I asked for information about suitable dinner venues, as we had 2 children. He did not engage in conversation, but pointed to a display of brochures. I asked about the RSL and his response was "go right". Once in the car i found the booklet he indicated, contained no dining venues. We found the RSL inspite of his incoŕect direction, which was great.
