Koselig hotell, ikke frokost den ene dagen, de sa i resepsjonen at jeg måtte spise frokost på et annet hotell. Stort minus og da rakk ikke jeg frokost den dagen da jeg skulle på et møte. De har happy hour med mat og snacks og drikke som er veldig hyggelig. Veldig bra og sentral beliggenhet.

The best location!! Small but clean room, very close to the main street and a short walk to the market. The staff is kind and helpful, there is free wine and a happy hour in the afternoon which is really nice. The breakfast is delicious, fresh and varied. We asked for another half hour at check out and they happily agreed. Highly recommend and will return again... Small disadvantages - the mattress was a bit old and uncomfortable and the refrigerator made an annoying noise that we had to unplug.

I'm not sure what earlier reviews complained about. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was almost perfect. Everything felt new and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was fluffy. The towels were white and shower had a door!

The people who worked here were amazing. All very sweet, location is unbeatable. Heart of the main area of the city and nightlife. The pictures are completely inaccurate. Very photo shopped. My room was dingy, dark, a little creepy to be honest. Nice floors but rug made the whole room feel unclean. Breakfast is definitely not worth a $25 breakfast. Save it and go to one of the cute cafes on the street. Again, great staff, but everything else not worth it.

Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, aber absolut ausreichend für eine Person, bzw. zwei Personen mit keinen großen Platzansprüchen. Leider hat die Heizung im Bad nicht funktioniert, habe es aber bei Abreise angegeben, also denke ich es wird in Ordnung gebracht. Frühstücksbuffet war gut sortiert, niemand sollte hungrig weggegangen sein. Cappucino etc. gibt's auf Anfrage, kostet nicht extra. Kann die Happy Hour nach 17.00 Uhr leider nicht bewerten wg. meiner Meetings. Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, kann eventuell am Abend ein bisschen laut werden wg. Fussgängerzone und Lokalen rundherum. Reception Staff sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde definitiv wieder hier buchen.

Hotel Arthur is centrally located near the light train station that will transfer you to the Old city and to the Holocaust museum. Mahmoud and Sevana and the team arranged for us the transportation to / from the hotel, and recommended tour guides at our request. Pedestrian area with alternatives to eat. Great breakfast. All hotel Employees were friendly . Will stay again here when visiting Jerusalem.
