The room was hot as the air conditioning was insufficient, it made for an unpleasant night even in moderate heat. We tried to get a fan which would’ve been helpful but they didn’t offer them. Staff was great the rooms and restrooms were nice but couldn’t be enjoyed bc of how uncomfortable we were.

Traveled with a friend of mine and stayed for one week. The breakfast options were fine, but lacking in variety and quality. The breads were stale and the eggs were always undercooked (however I know the Americans love this, so maybe an unpopular opinion). The staff were super friendly and helpful. However, we only received fresh bedsheets one time during our entire stay, and we didn’t receive new bed sheets after that. The floors in the room was covered in sand the first few days we got there, despite us not even going to the beach yet. The AC worked as we hoped for, and the overall stay was fine for a week.

The customer service was top - they really tried their best to make us feel comfortable but unfortunately the room was terrible. It was so dirty and old. We could not stay there. If you are on a tight budget - maybe you can do a few nights but for us it was a big no. We checked out within two hours. But the customer service was amazing.
