Very convenient for transport, shopping. In the beginning we tried a lot of nearby restaurants but always end up having dinner in the 2nd floor restaurant. This hotel is truly a gem in makati. Keep up the good work

Hotel and room was clean, but the bathroom could need a good thorough cleaning and removal of mold. Shower temperature a bit fluctuating, and not high water pressure. A/C quite noisy. Located perfectly near malls. OK amenities (toothbrush, soap, shampoo, slippers). Safe and a small fridge in the room is nice to have. Luggage weighing scale in the reception is a nice touch.

Better than it should be for the price. Location is fantastic, staff was friendly, room was exceptionally clean. This isn't a 5 star hotel but I had drinks delivered to me at the pool without issue, Check in took under 10 minutes as did check out. I'd suggest they upgrade their towels and softer pillows would be great but for the rest it was and exceptional deal.

Yes, the room is very clean. The hotel environment is very clean. Very safe stairwell for fire exit elevators work well the building is well maintained very nice restaurant on the second floor overlooking the main entrance and good quality of food but very inexpensive. I definitely recommend this place the charter house.

The front desk staff were very accommodating. The guard on duty assisted us to park at the nearby greenbelt 5. The hotel itself is a bit old, but clean the plus points of this hotel is their location just across the greenbelt malls with a lot of choices in shopping and dining.The room we were assigned to was located at the 7th floor, the room itself were clean, sanitized and comfortable the down side however was the aircon it was very noisy. Breakfast was good with choices of Filipino, chinese and american although plated. The rooftop view was nice although the pool was not working and out of order when we stayed. Overall, the hotel is nice, value for money stay. Definitely would stay again.

We had a great stay! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Location is very convenient to shopping, eating place and places of interest! Every place that we want to go are mostly walking distance. The room is very clean as well! Definitely we will book again to this hotel.

The sink was clogged, the room smelled bad, but the staff were excellent and the restaurant food were good. Convenient location though, greenbelt’s just accross, bank was just steps away, hair salon and laundry were just steps away as well.

The property is old. There was too much noise on the road. Across the street tge noise from the construction was unbearable. Other than that,room is kept clean. And oh our server, I did not get his name. Every time we go to eat our breakfast, he seems unhappy, but still serves us. There’s this older gentleman who is always welcoming with a smile. But our server never had that welcoming smile except we felt snab.

ドアボーイ、レセプションなどスタッフの対応はよかったです。部屋に窓は有りましたが隣の壁しか見えません。5-6メートルほど距離はあったので明るかったです。一番の問題点はシャワーが水しか出なかったこと。その次はエアコンが古くてうるさかったこと。 3泊しましたが2泊目に水が出なかったので初日だけかと思っていると3日目はありました。グリーンベルトモールの目の前で立地はすごくいいと思います。隣にコンビニがあるので水が無くてもすぐに買うことができ便利でした。値段を考えると標準以下かと思います。よほどのことが無い限り2度と泊まることはないでしょう。

Decent place for where it is. The lobby smells like painkiller ointment though, not sure what's up with that 😂 Check in was smooth and the staff are professional. There's a 7/11 right outside and walking distance to greenbelt shopping mall and garden. There's really no complaint. Bed was comfortable, amenities are nice and the area is great.

I stayed here for one night and my room was on the second floor. Room was clean, firm mattress, clean bed sheets but overall the room is dated. Aircon was bit noisy and the cool air was blowing towards the hallway. There is a building next to the hotel which is currently being demolished and during construction time, it's noisy. Best part is the convenient location, it's opposite Greenbelt and plenty of restaurants and shopping area.

Its our preferred hotel when staying in Manila because of proximity to malls and transportation. Its not too far also from the airport. Hotel service was good except for their Capiz Restaurant where waiters are rude.

We enjoyed our stay in The Charter House, the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and the family room was spacious. The hotel is close to Greenbelt 5 and to other shopping malls like Landmark, Glorietta and SM. Special thanks to their acting manager Lou for fixing the issue with the airport shuttle service that we rented that didn’t come, she provided us with another transportation on our last day in Philippines.

This is my favourite place to stay when I’m in Manila. Location is excellent. Across the street is Greenbelt, walking distance to Landmark, Glorietta and other shopping stores. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Hotel staff and security guards are very nice and friendly. Breakfast is on the second floor and food is delicious and staff are so nice. It’s walkable, about seven minutes, to a 24 hour McDonald’s and The Sunday Market @ Legazpi Village, which is a farmers market that sells food & items from different vendors only on Sunday mornings. WiFi was weak when I was trying to download the Grab app, but front desk helped me get a ride to the airport. The location and the price are reasons I would book here again @ The Charter House.

Been staying here a few times and I still love this place. Affordable and conveniently located directly across Greenbelt 5. There was construction and mall renovations this time, making the entrance was much farther, but that's not the hotel's fault. Health Way, some type of clinic that does executive check ups is why I booked this hotel again. There's A LOT of shopping and eating to do here. Very nice place! I also love how everything is connected so you don't really have to walk across the busy streets. I didn't even know I was in another mall already. Breakfast is simple, but good. You get to choose from four, set menus, but you can always order other things. Coffee is simple, but amazing and addicting. There are several convenient stores nearby if you ever need anything. Rooms are nice and spacious. Beds are nice and linen was clean. Room had a nice smell. There's a small pool upstairs, but feels weird to swim there alone.
