-Had room with adjoining door to another unit....could hear conversations through door. -Carpet disgusting...horrible stains -Electric jug was so brown and stained on inside, hot drinks tasted stale. -Large window with no net curtain...had to sit behind closed curtains or be on complete show to all as footpath is a few feet from window -Very unpleasant smell in unit Will not be back to stay

Stayed 1 night

Being in my 60s and travelling on my own I found the website borderline deceptive. It turns out there are different levels of accommodation but the photos are all mixed in together so what I wanted and thought I had booked was a ground floor suite with lake and mountain views and what I got was very basic accommodation up two flights of stairs - terrible for me as I have bursitis in both shoulders, the heater wasn’t working, the hot water tap in kitchen was broken and leaking, the water temperature in the shower frequently and randomly ran boiling hot and one of the windows in the bathroom was cracked from side to side. If you like a dark room to sleep in 115 is not for you - the exterior light shines brightly through the glass window of the main entrance door and there is no way to manage it as there was no blind and no interior door to close. To minimise this light I had to ensure the bathroom door was closed each night. I did get a beautiful view of the lake and mountains and some nights and early in the mornings there was a lot of noise from the street. The bed was comfortable and appeared clean. Parking was a bit of a juggle and sometimes there was no parks. Although I would not stay here again, the location was very good and close to central Queenstown.
