I made a reservation at this hotel, but during check-in we were informed that they could not provide the room we had booked due to a technical issue. Instead, they moved us to a different room in another hotel. Since we were unfamiliar with the area and had limited options at that moment, we felt forced to accept it. Unfortunately, the replacement hotel was very disappointing. The room quality and cleanliness were below expectations, towels were not changed, and although the Wi-Fi network was visible, the internet connection did not work. Due to these problems, we decided to leave on the third day and informed the hotel one day in advance. However, the next morning around 10:00 AM, staff came to our door and told us we had to leave, even though we still had two remaining nights in our reservation. They also refused to refund us for the unused two nights. Overall, this was a very poor experience. We did not receive the room we originally booked, the alternative accommodation did not meet basic standards, and we did not receive the service we paid for.

Leopoldo was a wonderful host, he really went out of his way to help. Very quick to respond on WhatsApp. Lovely apartment room, very clean and homely. Location is excellent close to lots of bars and restaurants. Just bring earplugs because being in the centre you can get some noise but it wasn't an issue, I'm a light sleeper and slept fine. Easy, free street parking nearby
