The service in the hotel was excellent and the e-butler service was really good and very responsive. The staff were always extremely helpful and attentive. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we would recommend the hotel. The cave dining on the beach was a lovely experience with 11 courses. The minor criticisms would be - there were construction works going on near our villa until late into late evening. Obviously this isn’t the hotels fault but it did mean our stay wasn’t as pleasant and meant we didn’t stay in the villa as much. The breakfast buffet didn’t have the variety you’d expect for the hotel rating and this could be improved upon.

Highly recommend Samabe. Stellar rooms, amazing staff, incredible food, fabulous views, the beach Cabanas are a must. And so is the breakfast “in” the pool. The spa is pretty nice too. Traveled there with two kids and although the kids club was small , the kids had an amazing time.

This hotel property is a must stay! When we arrived, we were greeted right at the door and escorted to a waiting area where we received welcome snacks, drinks, and even massages. The property is pristine and stunning. Every turn left us a little more speechless than the scene before. The check-in process was seamless and we were graciously giving an upgrade to the penthouse suite. Some of the highlights of this property are house spread out. Things are so you feel like you’re at your own private place. Lots of room for plenty of people to enjoy without feeling overcrowded. The E Butler feature through WhatsApp, is your one stop shop for any questions, reservations, and pretty much anything else you need. This is the first time I’ve seen this at a property and I hope that it catches on around the world. We enjoyed cooking classes, an amazing birthday meal, and a day at the beach in one of the cabanas. This place knows how to treat a customer! We were booked on a redeye flight out of Bali, and the hotel was gracious enough to let us stay until 6 PM in our room. Talk about a late check out! Never did I expect this, but I so much appreciated it, and for that reason alone, I will definitely be back to this property.

Samabe is akin to the feeling of being home. Safe, peaceful, comfortable and happy. The staff are there when you need them and you are left in luxurious privacy the other time. I highly recommend the unlimited benefits add-on: all and anything you want to eat or drink on their menus and a signature activity per day. Every member of staff at Samabe greeted us, they are well trained in mannars and hospitality. Samabe uses an e-butler WhatsApp group that you can communicate your wants to. This functions highly well to get your message across without being understood in person which I found a lot in the rest of Bali! More perks include a laundry service, private beach for Samabe guests, ample water activities free to try (kayak, stand up paddle board, kite surf, catamaran rides) the beach area is well though of and has areas of shady open shelters under trees as well parasol and deck chairs for those wanting the sun. The beach is sloped and the sand is coarse but there are pockets of soft sand in the water (just have to find them) for more opulence you can use their beach front cabanas. I wish I knew they had a range of boardgames as these would have given some fun variety for playing while eating some lunch or dinner. A warning though, you will will want to stay within the resort to relax and not venture out! When reasonable Samabe are considerate in keeping you happy. Special mention to Kadek at Galangal Spa, she is a sweet and joyous lady! We want to see her when we return!

We wanted somewhere quiet with sea view as a break from the daily city life and Samabe is the place. We love how spacious the suite rooms are and the million dollar view. We could just live here. Basic package includes breakfast, afternoon tea and non-alcoholic drinks. It is so convenient as you can just order whatever you want wherever you are. The e-butler service is wonderful, just whatsapp them and they will attend to it immediately. Buggy service is easily available too. Swimming pool area are mostly quiet and there is a bar to get your drinks. It is so relaxing to just chill and watch the waves. Beach area is quiet and private. There are free activities such as SUP, wind surfing, kayak and catamaran ride. This is also the area you can have your afternoon tea in the cave. What we appreciate is, you can order breakfast and afternoon tea and have them in your room, by the pool or beach. This is really nice as sometimes you just want to sleep in late or just enjoy the room. F&B options are limited to two restaurants. We stayed for a week and after three days we were bored. But it is on the same stretch as Kempinski, Ritz and Mulia, so its easy to just grab/gojek to have lunch/dinner there. Overall we loved our stay here and would love to come back again. We appreciate the staffs attentiveness and friendliness. The only thing we wish for is to have better and more varied F&B options. Oh be sure to use the free photo service! its amazing. Just pay for the ones you choose.

Wonderfully quiet and generally private. Accommodation is good, but starting to get a little rough around the edges - although I found impeccably clean. I found the housekeeping a little intrusive, there is no doorbell or warning that they are about to enter the property (outside area) with the only way to prevent access is to pull a large wooden bolt across the doors.. there is no little sign to state not to be disturbed. I also found housekeeping arrived at unpredictable times, could be morning could be afternoon. Overall a good experience, although I feel a little overpriced.

This was a beautiful property with excellent staff. It’s super quiet and has clean and well maintained facilities. The pool is outstanding. Best breakfasts that we had in our month long trip! They just need to replace the speakers at the pool as they were blown.(and get more variety with music)

The whole experience was amazing, food was good in the restaurant, the rooms were very clean and had turn down in the evening. Ultimately the staff, were amazing each and every one was polite, freindly and couldnt do enough to make our stay special. Beach was amazing with free water sports daily.

It is an amasing place. Everywhere is kept immaculate including the landscaping which is beautiful. All the suites and villas are gorgeous. You really do feel like your in paradise. Loved it! All the staff go out of their way to make your stay special....Wonderful people. Couldnt have asked for more. They made my husbands 60th birthday so very special. Stayed here for 6 nights. Simply stunning. The gardens are beautiful, and all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. All inclusive option is great value for money as it also includes in room dining as well as dining anywhere within the main areas of the hotel e.g. beach, pool etc. The rooms are huge, I couldn't believe how big the shower was - could easily fit 10 people in there! Everything is also kept immaculately clean as well. If your looking for the perfect fly & flop holiday in Bali, Samabe should be at the top of your list. Expensive yes, but worth every single penny.

Our honeymoon at Samabe Villas and Suites in Bali was simply unforgettable. From the warm welcome with a complimentary drink to the thoughtful fruit and cake platter personalized with our names, every detail was perfect. The resort went above and beyond by customizing the minibar to be alcohol-free as per our request, offering a delightful selection of non-alcoholic drinks at no cost. The banana chocolate coffee and avocado coffee were particularly delicious! Afternoon tea was a daily highlight, offering an amazing variety of sweet and savory treats. The e-butler service was outstanding—always prompt, friendly, and helpful. Dinner was a culinary treat with delicious Balinese food made with love, and the fact that the staff remembered our names added a special touch. We also appreciated that our meals were halal, thanks to the chef and his team. Breakfast was equally incredible, featuring dishes from various international cuisines. Chef I Ketut Sumerta and his team deserve special thanks for their exceptional service and attention to our needs. 崖っぷちのフルオーシャンビューの部屋を利用しましたが、ロケーションが最高でした。プライベートプールがついており、青と緑の海を眺め、ビーチからは波の音が聞こえ、昼寝しながら小鳥の声が聞こえ、非日常を十分に味わいました。食事も持ってきてもらえるし、レストランで食べてもいい。食事もおいしいです。スパも気持ちよくつかわせてもらいました。ルームでもできるし、スパの施設でもできます。スパの施設を利用しましたが、とても広くて気持ちよいです。年末イベントもあり、演劇を見に行かせてくれたり、カウントダウンパーティもあり楽しかったです。とにかく、部屋のロケーションが最高でした。海が好きな人は絶対におすすめです。

Highly recommend Samabe if you need a relaxing luxurious holiday. Service and Staff: The service should be given a score of 11/10. The team goes above and beyond your expectations to deliver a world class experience. Any request made, was attended to in seconds literally through the E-butler service. They noted our dietary requirements on day 1 and the team members knew the details the moment we gave our room number. They made extra efforts to accommodate our dietary requirements. We had minimal hiccups with the AC acting up in our room. The team responded promptly and upgraded us without any hesitation and also subsequently waived some of the charges for the stay. The staff was always smiling and courteous. Food: One of the best culinary experiences we have had in a long time. The food was outright 5 star quality and every cuisine hit the spot. There was no dish that missed the top notch taste. The head chef came and spoke to us to accommodate our vegetarian requirement, and generously made modifications to the menu. They served a massive buffet breakfast with options of additional ala carte. Throughout our stay, the minibar in the room was free and refilled daily. Afternoon tea was free and served with a multitude of mini hot, cold and sweet treats. The tea, coffee, soft drinks and mocktails were unlimited and free anywhere, anytime in the resort. Fantastisk hotell, manglet ikke noe. Fantastisk utsikt. Anbefaler rom med privat basseng, barna badet fra morgen til kveld. 24 timers room service som gjorde alt så enkelt! Eneste minus, veldig dyrt spa. Og langt unna.

The ocean view as well as all the gardens are like a paradise. The resort is like a heaven. The staffs are like angels. You can rest assured. There is everything for your quiet time and nothing to interrupt you. It is also extremely convenient that you can chat with E-butler on WhatsApp. Definitely THE place for your relaxation.

Underbar resort, skulle vi kunna ge högre bytyg så hade vi gjort det. Frukost, otroligt bra. Mycket att välja på. Service vid poolen, otroligt bra. Stranden, väldigt fin. Mycket vågor så lite svårt att gå i. Väldigt bra personal på resorten.

Very nice hotel in Nusa Dua. Although beach is separated from hotel front but easily access via beach lift. Room is spacious and clean but quite old. Staffs are extremely attentive. Cave dining is highly recommended.

Like: Lovely spacious suite with breathtaking view of the beach and ocean, super friendly and helpful staff, well manicured garden, excellent food and dining atmosphere, very picturesque surroundings, easy access to private beach with the provided lift. Can be better: Gym is small with antiquated exercise equipments.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and service. Rooms were well presented and clean. Private beach was awesome. Will recommend that they talk to the hotel next door to turn the loud music down as it took away from the relaxing beach experience.

We wanted somewhere quiet with sea view as a break from the daily city life and Samabe is the place. We love how spacious the suite rooms are and the million dollar view. We could just live here. Basic package includes breakfast, afternoon tea and non-alcoholic drinks. It is so convenient as you can just order whatever you want wherever you are. The e-butler service is wonderful, just whatsapp them and they will attend to it immediately. Buggy service is easily available too. Swimming pool area are mostly quiet and there is a bar to get your drinks. It is so relaxing to just chill and watch the waves. Beach area is quiet and private. There are free activities such as SUP, wind surfing, kayak and catamaran ride. This is also the area you can have your afternoon tea in the cave. What we appreciate is, you can order breakfast and afternoon tea and have them in your room, by the pool or beach. This is really nice as sometimes you just want to sleep in late or just enjoy the room. F&B options are limited to two restaurants. We stayed for a week and after three days we were bored. But it is on the same stretch as Kempinski, Ritz and Mulia, so its easy to just grab/gojek to have lunch/dinner there. Overall we loved our stay here and would love to come back again. We appreciate the staffs attentiveness and friendliness. The only thing we wish for is to have better and more varied F&B options. Oh be sure to use the free photo service! its amazing. Just pay for the ones you choose.

崖っぷちのフルオーシャンビューの部屋を利用しましたが、ロケーションが最高でした。プライベートプールがついており、青と緑の海を眺め、ビーチからは波の音が聞こえ、昼寝しながら小鳥の声が聞こえ、非日常を十分に味わいました。食事も持ってきてもらえるし、レストランで食べてもいい。食事もおいしいです。スパも気持ちよくつかわせてもらいました。ルームでもできるし、スパの施設でもできます。スパの施設を利用しましたが、とても広くて気持ちよいです。年末イベントもあり、演劇を見に行かせてくれたり、カウントダウンパーティもあり楽しかったです。とにかく、部屋のロケーションが最高でした。海が好きな人は絶対におすすめです。

Our honeymoon at Samabe Villas and Suites in Bali was simply unforgettable. From the warm welcome with a complimentary drink to the thoughtful fruit and cake platter personalized with our names, every detail was perfect. The resort went above and beyond by customizing the minibar to be alcohol-free as per our request, offering a delightful selection of non-alcoholic drinks at no cost. The banana chocolate coffee and avocado coffee were particularly delicious! Afternoon tea was a daily highlight, offering an amazing variety of sweet and savory treats. The e-butler service was outstanding—always prompt, friendly, and helpful. Dinner was a culinary treat with delicious Balinese food made with love, and the fact that the staff remembered our names added a special touch. We also appreciated that our meals were halal, thanks to the chef and his team. Breakfast was equally incredible, featuring dishes from various international cuisines. Chef I Ketut Sumerta and his team deserve special thanks for their exceptional service and attention to our needs. Our room was spacious, spotless, and even more beautiful than the pictures, with breathtaking ocean views and a fantastic private pool. We also loved the cooking and mocktail classes, which added a fun, personal touch to our stay. Samabe's private beach, efficient buggy service, and luxurious amenities have us eager to return. Without a doubt, our next visit to Bali will be at Samabe—truly the best resort experience we've ever had.

The whole experience was amazing, food was good in the restaurant, the rooms were very clean and had turn down in the evening. Ultimately the staff, were amazing each and every one was polite, freindly and couldnt do enough to make our stay special. Beach was amazing with free water sports daily.

깨끗하고 넓은 객실과 친절한 직원 서비스, 맛있는 조식과 Crystal Blue Ocean Grill에서의 저녁식사도 모두 잊을 수 없을 것 같아요. 허니문으로 간 여행이었는데, 남편과 저 모두 여행기간 중 최고로 꼽은 숙소입니다^^ St.regis보다 나은거 같아요~~

Samabe is a wonderful resort. The villas are large, private and luxurious. The staff and quality of food at both restaurants are very good, though a wider selection of more local dishes would be nice. One downside is the turtle release. Do not partake in this. It isnt informative. The young gents arent specialists and do not know anything about the turtles other than they come from a conservation area. Overall i would stay again and look forward to the experience.

Highly recommend Samabe if you need a relaxing luxurious holiday. Service and Staff: The service should be given a score of 11/10. The team goes above and beyond your expectations to deliver a world class experience. Any request made, was attended to in seconds literally through the E-butler service. They noted our dietary requirements on day 1 and the team members knew the details the moment we gave our room number. They made extra efforts to accommodate our dietary requirements. We had minimal hiccups with the AC acting up in our room. The team responded promptly and upgraded us without any hesitation and also subsequently waived some of the charges for the stay. The staff was always smiling and courteous. Food: One of the best culinary experiences we have had in a long time. The food was outright 5 star quality and every cuisine hit the spot. There was no dish that missed the top notch taste. The head chef came and spoke to us to accommodate our vegetarian requirement, and generously made modifications to the menu. They served a massive buffet breakfast with options of additional ala carte. Throughout our stay, the minibar in the room was free and refilled daily. Afternoon tea was free and served with a multitude of mini hot, cold and sweet treats. The tea, coffee, soft drinks and mocktails were unlimited and free anywhere, anytime in the resort.
