Having paid a similar amount to a five star hotel we were very disappointed with the service we received. The room was never serviced over the six days we stayed and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. It might be OK for a one night stay but not at the exorbitant prices for the Christmas period. We could have gone to Bali for less and will do next time

Stayed for a night. Room was clean with nice and comfortable bed and pillow. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Only disappointed with the condition and size of the bathroom - it’s pretty cozy especially the shower area. to me, bathroom needs a facelift. Overall, nice accommodation for a night or two.

We were in the 3 bedroom apartment, which was good on space, but window panes in the bathroom were falling out and there was trash (including a shopping cart) piled up next to it on the backside of their property. Mold in the shower, and the place was generally showing a lot of age. People sleeping on sidewalk a few yards away didn't make you feel secure. I honestly think their single rooms were probably nicer, this apartment felt uncared for.

Amazing! Had a newly decorated room, overlookung the bay, wirh a quaint balcony. The room had 2 sofas. We were greeted with a "gift" of chocolates on the bed. Espresso machine, kettle and fridge. If you don't want to make your own there is a cafe for breakfast and lunch attached to hotel. All other restaurants are within walking distance. Great variety and close to fresh Clyde River oysters. New managers were most hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend the stay on the bay.

Was greeted pleasantly which was very nice happy and helpful.The motel was very clean and roomy. Onsite cafe which was awesome and just a stroll down the rd and lots of food places and directly across from the bay excellent spot and just a short drive to golf course will stay again. Loved it!!!!

Great one night stay. Anne was very helpful with recommendations for fish and chips - The Boatshed - which was fab. Room was clean and welcoming, comfy bed. Anne also kindly allowed us to use the freezer for our ice bricks (small fridge in room does'nt have a freezer compartment). Convenient location, would definitely come back again. Had brunch at Starfish, would recommend that as well.
