Make sure you get the access code well in advance of your stay. We tried over two days unsuccessful the English option for the emergency help line was not available late on Sunday. We had to secure alternative accomodation

The big problem was I did not get the access key code to enter the building and my room. It was not clear if Hotels.com or Forenom Hostel was responsible to send me the key. I had to call to get a key, and it eventually came from Hotels.com. PLEASE do better with this problem, and solve it.
