Our stay was okay. The location is excellent. The room was spacious enough and clean. Breakfast was okay although vegetarian and vegan options could be more varied. The view from the breakfast room is great. The real downside was the bed which was way too firm. Beds in Vietnam are often firm, but this was another level. I did not wake up feeling rested even after putting the single bed's quilt folded up on my side of our queen bed (we had a family room). The staff are lovely and could not do enough to help us. We did not use the pool or the gym, so can't comment on those.
