Disappointed that the shuttle service to the airport was not provided free as part of the accomodation. The reason given was because the booking was made via a third party (wotif). I was not made aware of this during the booking.

Spotless, large apartment with excellent kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioner worked well. Staff were courteous and efficient. Airport shuttle service was excellent. I would recommend if you’re using the airport as it is very close. If you’re not driving it’s a short walk from Redcliffe Transperth station.

The apartment hadn't been cleaned - there was mould in the showers and washing machine and the bins hadn't been emptied. Nothing provided to wash dishes etc. Beds were also unusually small.

All of the people we dealt with at the property were great - helpful. The layout of the 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom accommodation was fine. We needed to ask for a few more bowls and utensils. The original room we got needed better cleaning in areas and had a spider infestation along with some cockroaches. They ended up moving us to another room which was great - clean and no bug issues. There was plenty of parking and it was easy to get anywhere in the area due to closeness to highways

Unfortunately the apartments have gone downhill since we last stayed. They lack the quality they use to provide, there was mould through grout, mould all over the shower head, water damage and rust to walls, painting job is poorly done, the attention to detail is sadly not there. These beautiful apartments need a freshen up to get them back to the quality they use to have. However in saying this staff there were exceptional, very happy to help and communication was smooth and easy. Parking is fantastic

Great pick up at 3am even though flight was delayed. So polite and friendly staff. Lovely big apartment with everything you need. Super comfortable. Lively linen. Quiet. Black out blinds. Tea and coffee abs milk supplied. Great stay. Would highly recommend.

Surprised at extra charge if second room used so slept on couch. Take off noise very noticeable till around midnight. Back gate lock damaged so access to vehicles overnight a worry. Plants scraping wall during night in main bedroom waking occupant at times. Clean and spacious room.

This place is very poor. Pick up from the airport took 45 mins. Room was shabby. The fake leather sofas were so worn that sitting on the worn out canvas was was too grubby to sit on. The morning receptionist was completely rude. I explained. that a lift to the airport was imperative but instead a $35. I was outside waiting for a taxi once again for over half an hour. The place needs work but the staffs interpersonal skills are by far the worse issue. I had to move my luggage alone and it’s a long work. The time it took me to carry my luggage meant that the second trip meant that I was 15 mins late checking out They deducted over $25 as a late check out fee although the receptionist knew I was trying to move luggage without assistance

Dirty sheets left in stairwell. Lighting could have been better in walkways through the garden and the stairwells . I wouldn’t like to be moving through the garden late at night by myself. I was leaving on a late night flight and was glad my partner was there with me. I couldn’t fault the airport transfer. Staff were very approachable and helpful

Clean, modern, spacious self-contained apartments within close proximity to Perth airport. Includes well-equipped kitchen and laundry, comfortable bed and even a spare room/study that can act as a home office. You need to drive or take public transport to get to decent restaurants or large supermarket or be prepared to walk a long time. Not the hotel's fault but something to be aware of if you didn't bring your own car.

Despite being sat in the reception while waiting for the ‘housekeeping supervisor’ to inspect the rooms. Once I did check in I found there was still clothing in the dryer of my room and the sheets on the bed had stains on them. Was pretty clear this was a ruse to stop anybody checking in one second before check in time as I wasn’t the only guest waiting. Being an airport motel you would expect some flexibility with check in time, which has usually been my experience whenever checking into most hotels. Check in aside, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Location is convenient to the airport and there are good food options that are walkable from the property.

Apartment was clean and tidy, the patio area waa full of cigarette butts, obviously housekeeping overlooked that area. Parking was very dissmal, no allocated parking outside my apartment, was reserved for long term parking where they charged a fee each day. Had to park on the other side of the complex and had to request a trolly to carry my bags a fair distance.. Would i reccomend this place to stay for the price definitely its a NO.
