Clean, very good quality room, staffs are nice. Very convenient to many places. The rooftop pool is fantastic. Will definitely stay again

We had a fabulous stay, the hotel was in a great location and the facilities were really good too. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and even gave me a little cake for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again myself.

The hotel was lovely. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Room was serviced daily which was really nice. Only downside is that the rooms do not have any windows that can open and so when you first enter the room there is a musty smell. However once you get the aircon going the smell becomes less noticeable. Another down side was the mattress is quite firm but again not major. The rooftop pool is a lovely way to cool down with great views and the gym is also well equipped. The hotel is well situated across from Arab street which has many places to choose from to eat. Only a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the airport. There was construction work happening outside our window however we were never disturbed with the noise. You could occasionally hear horns beeping from the road below us and sometimes you could hear activity at the mosque but this did not have any impact on sleep for us.

Communication was great- they were receptive to emails sent beforehand regarding check in. Staff helpful Once we were there. Useful To have a washing machine. Really lovely modern serviced apartments. Well equipped and cleaned daily. Top floor pool is fabulous. We were very happy with our room and the amenities. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Short walk to bus stop and MRT. Right across the street from the wonderful shops and cafes in Kampong Glam. The entrance is a bit tricky to find and the construction outside is a small headache, but overall this is a great place to stay and a very good value. Would stay here again.

Nice and beautiful scenery at the pool. The suites were great and comfortable.

Well located with good outlook. One of my favourite accommodation in Singapore but starting to age. There was some damp smell on floor we were staying on and the shower took 10mins to warm up. Service is great as usual. Busy hotel.

Claims 4 star but room was old and had a musty smell. Smart tv doesn’t work. No hot water if you’re planning to shower after 10pm

The shower head was faulty which was spraying in all directions, and water from the shower room leaks into the toilet floor which floods the toilet floor. Had to put towels to preventing falling in toilet. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Super clean property, with very friendly and helpful staff members. The kitchenette and washer/dryer is a great option to have for a family.

The shower water will leak into the bathroom floor. I have stayed at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites at Beach road multiple times (you can check your records), this situation exists for all the rooms I stayed. Recently I stayed at one of Ascott's properties and found their shower room designed differently than yours and they don't have the shower water into the bathroom floor issue.

Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, washing machine and dryer were working well. Just the shower door could not be closed properly which caused water leaking to the bathroom floor.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, spacious, and beautifully appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day. Our only minor issue was the noticeable temperature difference between the main room and the bedroom, which required some adjustment. While the hotel itself doesn’t offer breakfast, they directed us to their connected sister hotel, which has a breakfast buffet. The buffet was convenient but fairly average in quality. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the peaceful and well-designed accommodations.

Fantastic place to stay if you want to feel like home…..Very spacious studio suites and complete with everything you need. Love the full size fridge & freezer.

Overall decent stay in November 2024. The check-in process took a lifetime though there is the option to do a portion electronically ahead of time, which is recommended. We did not and paid the price. Our family booked 3 rooms here. The staff was nice enough to put us on the top floor for the sake of our baby due to construction below. (Construction is just starting and expected to get worse. Recommend staying at a high floor to avoid noise). Two of the rooms we occupied had no issues. One room was problematic - the A/C unit was not consistent and the set temperature never held. The bedroom itself was always hot. We had someone come take a look but the issue was not resolved. Of note, we were told by the maintenance crew that there is actually no A/C vent in the bedroom and that the A/C vent is only in the main living area. The vent inside the bedroom is a return air vent. A/C would have to trickle into the bedroom from outside by keeping the bedroom door open. The 3rd room also had a kitchen sink leak, which required maintenance. Apart from these issues, stay was decent due to convenience. Rooms were equipped with a full kitchen set up, including cookware, tableware and utensils. Each room also had a washer/dryer (all-in one) unit. Would have been nice if the property provided an instruction manual. We manually pressed wash and dry for each load and had to time each cycle. We only found out later that the machine\'s "star cycle" included drying. Good for families.

Just as described. All the necessary amenities and elegant finishes. Walkable. Definitely recommended.

Speedy response to my needs due to water leakage from the shower head.

The AC was very noisy, the AC located in the living area so the bedroom is quite stuffy. either stuff or cold. Staff at night not very helpful.

Seamless check-in and check-out. Atmosphere is great. Only gripe is that there’s no bidet during our stay.

Checking in was a breeze. Concierge staff was very helpful and accommodating. Amenities were as advertised and the room was comfortable. As we stayed on a weekend, our breakfast was delivered to our room. Food was great! Will recommend this hotel.

Room had all amenities needed. Staff were so pleasant and gracious. Upon hearing it was a birthday trip, provided us with a cake and balloons and sang happy birthday!

We arrived in Singapore with a reservation at another “4 star” hotel and we left after one night. There were ants and holes in places where there shouldn’t have been—I’ll leave it at that because I’m shuttering thinking about it. Anyway we quickly hopped on the Hotels.com app and found this absolute gem of a place. It has everything you could want, great location, it’s quiet and clean but the staff is above and beyond. I’m not sure I’ve experienced a kinder hotel staff. Not just accommodating but truly kind. Everyone was friendly and so good to us. I travel quite a bit for work and have stayed in so many hotels and this staff is the kindest. They took such good care of us especially after the horrid experience we had at the other hotel. 11/10. Wonderful place.

Great locatiion, with easy walking to many sites and restaurants. Excellent service, and we really enjoyed our five day stay.

We loved the space this property offered us. The room was clean, tidy and the bedding was comfortable. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance with a great atmosphere. There are 3 MRT stations within walking distance, each offering different lines.

Major construction project beside the hotel. Seven days a week and starts at 8 am.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk personnel is extremely helpful - much better than other serviced condos in Singapore. Would definitely book this hotel again. However, the SGD$30 breakfast is a bit steep since there are not many items you can choose.
