Stayed 2 nights

We were sleeping and could hear noises in the middle of the night. When I switched the lights on it stopped and then would continue and get louder and louder whilst the lights were off. Then the 3rd time I switched it in I saw a shadow of something move behind the fridge. Turns out there were multiple lizards in the room. Also, the room had ants in multiple locations and some of the floorboards nears the bathroom fell through as we stepped on them. We immediately checkout out and went to another hotel at 3am. We got the 2nd night refunded but were told since we technically slept some of the first night they can’t refund that. I think having multiple lizards and ants in a room in Singapore is just unacceptable given the high standards the city sets. The receptionist did book us a Grab to the other hotel which was nice of him at least. I’d stay away from this hotel.

Poor and rude customer service. They welcome you like you are un wanted guests. No courtesy to smile and greetings. Rooms are very small. They are showing something else in the pictures then the reality. Beds are solid Rock, not comfortable at all. One portion of the room is chill and the other part of the room is like an oven since there is only one AC vent. The base of the beds are smaller then the mattress hence the mattresses are not stable. Upon bringing few things into the attention of front desk, we get the reply " this is how singapore is". I just kept my self quite. Front desk needs training to be in a customer service.

The room was clean. Housekeeping freshened the room every day. The location in the Arab district made it easy to walk out the door and find lots of eating places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
