Great little stopover point in the suburbs on our way south. We had two of our grandchildren and it was a very suitable room for the four of us. Microwave etc a welcome addition and the pool was great. We’ll be back to stay again.

Ease of late checkin 1st class, no hassles Staff friendly, courteous and most helpful. Restaurant adjoining was amazing! Pool was great! Just could I suggest perhaps a hand rail at steps into pool to assist older guests and those with slight disabilities gain access? Not complaining, just a suggestion!!

We booked this place for 4 nights during Christmas holidays. My room was not housekeeped saying staff is on holiday but the checked out room were getting cleaned. We were 4 people with 1 child and was really hard to survive in filthy rooms and toilets for 4 days. Disappointing

The staff made the check in process really easy! They were great. The room was a bit dirty. My baby was crawling around and when we picked him up, we noticed a shard of glass on his nappy. Also, when I wiped up some spilt water from the floor, the wipe was disgustingly dirty. It was fine for a night and a place to rest your head.

We had a great stay at Coopers Colonial also it was convenient for us because we were there for a sporting event which was around the corner as well as all the shopping centre which had Woolies, chemist and a lot more which makes it great if you don’t have transport. And the property was clean and well maintained and I would recommend eating at the restaurant the food was delicious and staff in the restaurant were friendly

Fantastic staff. Easy check in. Loved the room. Modern and very comfortable. Kids loved that there were 3 TV's so they could have 1 each to watch what they wanted (teens). Close to a lot of dinner options (plus onsite restaurant). Only minor things were no chairs (just a 2 seater couch) which made eating dinner difficult (there was outdoor chairs shared between rooms we could have probably used but didn't think of it), and as mentioned in some other reviews the road noise was noticeable if you are a light sleeper (I slept like a log but the occasional truck going past woke my wife). Main bedroom was one near front of property so kids didn't hear anything. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Legit would have been 10/10 for everything, but the bed ruined it. My partner had to sleep on the couch because the bed was painfully hard. I slept on the opposite end of the bed for a tiny bit extra softness but could barely sleep, and woke with my back and hip in awful pain.

The property is in a convenient location for travel. Bathroom was clean, new and vibrant. Free Netflix on a big TV. Bad parts were the joining door to the room next door was not sound-proof. The person living next door was noisy with phone calls and shouting from 5pm till 4am all three nights we were staying there. You could also smell the cooking from his room through the door. If the door was sound-proofed or bricked up instead, the stay would have been perfect!

The staff were so lovely! The room/bathroom was nice and big, a little dated but still nice. It had a great kitchenette area and a great bar fridge. If you were staying a little longer term, it would be pretty handy. The room was VERY clean. The bed was a little hard for my liking but that really is a personal preference. Plenty of parking. Considering the motel is on a main road, I found it to be very quiet. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Coopers Colonial also it was convenient for us because we were there for a sporting event which was around the corner as well as all the shopping centre which had Woolies, chemist and a lot more which makes it great if you don’t have transport.
