Booked Specifically for the pool and it was out of order at the time we were there. There were many others checking out at the same time due to the pool being unavailable.,. felt sorry for the young girl at the front desk... still had to pay for one night as I booked through expedia... there should be some type of compensation...

We go to Williston a few times a year, and we usually stay at the Grand! The main reason is the pool, that water slide makes it tons of fun. It’s an older hotel, but the staff there works hard to your stay wonderful. I wish they had breakfast, and the parking lot needs some TLC.

Doing remodeling throughout all the halls and. Stair wells, equipment left everywhere hard to negotiate the stairs with luggage especially with two young children, smell of the patch repair and glue through all the hall ways, pool was closed. No mention of the pool being closed when booked no mention at check in. The pool was the reason this hotel was chosen, for the two kids. Lots of oil field workers hanging out in lobby all hours of the day. Using the lobby area as a lounge. Book3d a room over looking pool so the kids could see the pool and water slides. Pool side rooms are an extra cost. However the windows were boarded up with no view because of construction. Asked two change rooms to a room with a working window and view. It took two days out of the 4 days stayed to get moved. And repeated requests. They were not full. Will not book this property again.

The pool chlorine was so strong our kids and friends kids all were getting chemical burns and the hot tub is a joke it is smaller than a toddler pool.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the pub was very tasty and reasonably priced. I stayed in a room by the pool and would not recommend because of the noise. I thought it would be nice to have a room by the pool, it was not. Door to the pool was locked from the outside and I had to go around anyway. Rooms were not clean. There was debris on floor and what looked like wadded up toilet paper stuck to the wall in the bathroom and long hair stuck to the shower that was not mine. I booked on Expedia because I could not reach anyone at the hotel to book a room. When I booked on Thursday the price of the room was about $100. On Friday the price of the room had dropped to $75 and wasn’t able to negotiate price with hotel due to booking on Expedia. Overall, my stay was not horrible and could have been better. Will look for another hotel to stay at if I’m ever in the area again.

The TV did not work, the shower drain was very slow and the sink was dirty. There was NO information about the hotel amenities, or surrounding area like restaurants etc. The Front desk said the restaurant was open, but on entering they said the kitchen was closed.

The hotel was as expected, but advertised breakfast included in the rate. In the morning they would not offer the free breakfast as advertised. The front staff staff was not interested in soving this issue even after we showed them the booking and the breakfast included portion. The hotel is as advertised, but if you want breakfast included in your rate, stay somewhere else.

It was fine. Pool was cold and waterslide a bit fast for our kids, lots of water laying around and no heated hot tub. Rooms were very noisy from the water pipes. Also no garbage cans so hard to keep things tidy

Wow. Checked in our poolside room to find out pool is closed. Room was 74 degrees so I turned on the A/C and left to go find Some supper. Returned to 86 degrees and climbing. Someone stole satellite receiver so no TV. Got switched over to the ‘Executive suite’. Room was ok but remote was held together by 2 pounds of tape and TV lost signal over and over so we gave up. Never again.

Just an over night stop for us the outside is dated but inside is not. The bed was amazing one of the most comfortable sleeps I have had in a hotel. The Tavern restaurant was outstanding service and food! We started with the bacon wrapped jalapeños, recommended by our server, they were exceptional! Husband had the Bbq bacon burger with fries and I had the French dip with fries. Both were exceptional in taste and incredible in value. Would recommend 5/5!

I drove four hours to get to the hotel which I had reserved with days in advance reserved a room for two nights and when I got there, they had given my room away. The place did not have elevators wasn’t very clean and it looked to be a party environment. mind you it was my birthday. I had driven a couple of hours to get there and not have the room I had reserved on top of that. It took seven days to get my refund.

Called a month prior to arrival to make sure we could get on the first floor with adjoining rooms. Was told no problem. Checked in and was told they would try to gin us clean rooms close together. Ended up on the second floor down the hall from each other. ( needed first floor for my moms knees and there was no elevator) Stayed here for the pool, they closed it for the day as they had a busy weekend and needed to clean. Breakfast was only served until 9 am, not 10:30 am as the website said. The key card only lasted a day each time, so had to redo it each day. The rooms were to be cleaned every 3rd day. We checked in on Sunday and checked out Thursday, the room was never cleaned once. Ran out of toilet paper and had to track some down for the remainder of our stay. The staff did not seem to care or offer to fix anything. No solutions offered.

The property was great only reason for the 4 star review is because i wanted a poolside room that walked out into the pool area. like it showed on the website for the most expensive room but it turned out to be a second floor room with a poolview which i could've gotten for 40 dollars cheaper. But the lady at the front desk was very helpful and got me a 1st floor room close as physically possible and dropped the rate. Wish i remember her name because she deserves credit for her excellent customer service

Overall, it was ok. It provided us with a clean place to stay but was nothing special. The lady that checked us in was not friendly at all and there are no elevators. There are only two floors but I still feel it should have an elevator so people don't have to carry their luggage up the stairs.

We stayed with our one year d baby and it was amazing? Quiet and easy to get to our room from our parking spot and our 7 year old LOVED the pool and water slide. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on at a hotel and the room was perfect. The location was extremely convenient. We will absolutely be returning next time we visit family in Williston.

No vending machines, i called the front desk twice and walked down to the front desk to get a remote for the TV that i never received, The door didn't shut i had to slide the card into the latch to get it to shut. The breakfast was $28 per person
