Convenient downtown location. Great breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff! Valet parking was good but slow getting my car out when I needed to leave to catch my flight out although I had called for my car a full hour in advance!

A great hotel in the heart of Denver, great for walking to things nearby. Hotel staff was polite. Mackenzie at the bar was fabulous!! A highlight of our stay! Room was big and clean and quiet. Very happy and will stay again!

The hotel was great. The only downside was parking. The valet parking can get really expensive if you're staying anything more than a day or so. They dont have their own lotto park in, but it was nice of the valet to tip me off the parking lot across from the hotel was about $100 dollars cheaper.

Fantastic hotel with huge suite rooms. Great location right next to the mall and 16th street, 20 min walk to union station. Staff were really friendly, courteous and helpful. Amenities were terrific. Free breakfast wasn’t the best (reheated stuff) but lots of options were there and in general was quite good. We had a great Mountain View room. Prices are unbeatable for this level of comfort and service. Only downside was really expensive valet parking only, $65 per day. There is a parking garage 3 min walk away that was $7 per day approx. they should just offer that. It makes no sense to pay $150 a night for room and $65 to valet park. Very minor but guests should know this. Otherwise excellent hotel and would stay here again

Room was big and nice but was dirty. Had melted cheese running down the wall. Elevator was super gross. Had dirty sponges on the ground in it. Front desk was nice and check in was easy. Very hard to pull in and out or even to know what to do when arriving. Valet gave me someone else's keys and disappeared leaving me just standing there with no way to leave. $13 for a bottle of water should be illegal.

The property has not been kept up to date, the bathroom vanity and under the kitchen sink has water damage. The kitchen cabinets are cracked and warped. Water leaks are apparently a concern. There is no door on the shower and water sprays all over creating a fall hazard. Put down some towels on the tile. Mold was present in and around the shower and under the sinks in the bathroom as kitchen. Overall could be a cleaner. Highlight- the pillows had dead worms >10 (dark brown caterpillar like (~2inches) dead inside the pillows like but, definitely not catipillars. No apology or explanation other than answering “yes” when asked if they had seen these before. Housekeeping did quietly switch out the pillows. The property requires a $60 per night incidental (not stay) hold on your card on top of nightly rate. (Note there is no onside dining only a bar with limited hours) The nightly rate was double charged by hotel and Expedia so watch your card statement. There was very noticeable interpersonal friction between reception staff. So apparent it was uncomfortable to have to watch.

Well appointed large room that was dirty. Questionable stains on upholstered furniture. Uncomfortable bed. Poor quality linens. Not maintained. They are majorly skimping on housekeeping. The elevator had the same food bits on the floor when we left 2 days later.

Everything is good other than that cleanliness can be improved. I saw hair in the bathroom, chips in front of the couch, and soap marks on the bathroom counter. Breakfast was good.

We had 2 rooms for this visit The first room was missing a cupboard door. The second room stunk from the first time we opened the door and the bathroom sink dripped the entire time we were there. The bathroom downstairs by the pool was dirty and missing soap. The bathroom on the main floor by the elevators was missing part of the ceiling tiles. The breakfast staff were amazing super friendly and very attentive to everyones needs. The valet was great. Very friendly.

My family of 5, Mom Dad and three boys, stayed from Friday to Monday in January 2025. First, the good. Great water pressure, clean room, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Now, the bad. When we checked in and went to the room I opened the door to a room that reeked of weed and was completely trashed. I went back to the front desk and let them know and they gave me a different room along with a couple of bags of water for my inconvenience. The new room was clean and smelled just fine. After my first shower, water was up to my ankle bones. So the tub doesn’t drain. The first night I slept in the bed. It felt like I was laying my head on two wash rags. The pillows were completely flat with no fluff. The drawers to the dresser would not stay closed. They slowly opened back up, so you would run into them every time you walk by the bed. The breakfast was also pretty good. Finally, we went to the swimming pool several times and it was never clean. There was trash and towels on the floor over multiple days.

My family and I were coming to town for the weekend. The size of the room was wonderful for family use. The pillows were TERRIBLE. They were so ‘soft’ there was almost no point in having a pillow. When I asked for a firmer option I got a slightly more filled soft pillow - it would be so nice if a firm and a soft pillow were left for each guest/sleeping spot in each room. Also, the blankets were very thin. We attempted several times to turn up the room temp but the temp never adjusted. We requested more blankets and they were paper thin so my kids used bath towels for an extra layer. There were three bath towels I. The room even though our reservation was for four people - we just shared. It’s a great hotel location but some things need adjusted to make it a comfortable stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, but I would have liked to be able to disarm the air conditioning program from turning on automatically in the middle of the night. I would have preferred the heater. Maybe instructions on the wall would have been nice to aid with it.

Stay was good, but could've been better... Our refrigerator made a horrible noise, we had a broken chair, and half our room shades didn't work. We reported all this to the front desk. They asked if we wanted a room switch, but we declined- we were already settled in. They actually fixed the chair and swapped out the refrigerator!!! Most excellent! THANK YOU! Unfortunately they couldn't fix the shades- but we really appreciated the attempt. Otherwise our room was good. Bathroom floor could've been cleaner. There is an excellent hotel bar from 3 till 10 PM... Breakfast is decent and included.

Service was amazing (thanks all and including Nathan the valet). Warm, friendly, speedy, responsive. Spotlessly clean, there is a gym, ample places to work, big rooms with kitchens including a stove and refrigerator and dishes!! 5 for service. 6 or 7 for service! Maybe a 2 for the bed and the pillows. Omg the agony. The staff was so kind and brought me more. But this hotel concept obviously developed its purchasing when it was en vogue to provide flat down pillows. And say you had down pillows. Agony. A g o n y. And there were also lumpy, broken cheap pillows in ample supply. But this hotel missed the memo on medium firm beds and decent pillows. Agony. Laid towels on the floor to try to just stretch in the morning before going to work in pain. Rooms are spotless and nice, but you are still reminded of them being in the era of tiny windows that don’t open. Kinda dark for the price. But if my pillow and bed weren’t agony inducing, I probably wouldn’t have noticed as much. Costly for the meh location, but inches from the conference center if that is what brings you.

Average hotel overall. Could have been cleaner. The free breakfast ran for a long time and had a lot of options. My only issue was we booked a room with a "mountain view" only for our room to be changed when we arrived to one that gave us a view of a building roof instead. If we had gotten our original room, there might have been a bit of a view; but even then, we were in the middle of the city so maybe not. Just be careful if you\'re looking at paying more for a view.

The hotel staff were kind. However, when checking in, we were given a room that was already occupied. When we got to ‘our room’ it had a PRIVACY PLEASE sign on the door. I had to go down stairs and get a new room. Our room was huge and on a corner. The electric shades where broken. Out of 4 windows, only one functioned. We were not able to close them to block out the light. Our bathroom sink was cracked and slow to drain. The wheelchair accessible shower also drained slow and flooded the bathroom when my two daughters showered.

Took 2 hours to check in, tried to charge me double, room wasn’t cleaned when we got there, and locked us out of our room at 1 in the morning claiming we never checked in (we did and all of our stuff was in the room).

The location was good, but customer service was terrible. I arrived to the hotel at 1:00pm. I was told to wait until 3:00pm as my room was not ready. I returned at 3:00 pm, they told me to come back at 4:00pm as the room still was not ready. I came back at 4:00 still the room was not ready. I asked to speak to the manager. The reciptionist went to call the manager. She came back a few minutes later to inform me that the manager refused to see me. I have never seen this treatment in any hotel before. Obviously, customers were not important to this manager. I would have left and went to another hotel, but I have already paid through Expedia and wasn't sure if I will ever get my money back from this hotel. The stay was Ok. Cleaning staff and repair men were very friendly, but the girls in the reciption were always non-friendly. In my last day, my flight was leaving town late. I asked to stay longer, butthisrequest was refused. I would never return to this hotel again.

We found the Art Museums and Capital Park very walkable from the Hotel. The free “16th st Mall” bus picks you up right outside the hotel. The unit itself was fantastic. The best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had and we were there 8 days!Staff works super hard to keep everything stocked and clean. We will definitely stay again if ever in Denver!

Right in heart of downtown, a block from 16th street mall. Can easily take free bus and go to Capitol building and Union Station. Clean hotel with great breakfast. Only complain was communication from hilton app chat was not monitored. I booked via expedia but was able to select room via the app. And room did not include bathrobe as Expedia had listed.

We were excited to stay here as it was our first time in Denver. I will say that, we weren’t expecting that they only had valet parking for 60 bucks a night or park across the street and pay for parking there. Once we went into our room, nothing was stocked. We had a very low toilet paper roll. , no body wash or hand soap, and no bags in the trash cans. We had to be constantly going to the front desk to ask for things. This was something we weren’t expecting. We normally don’t have any issues at hotels we’ve stayed at. The breakfast was stale at best.
