A beautiful, peaceful villa with stunning views, Very clean and warm hospitality — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Palm trees & Swimming pool was the high lights.

The location is great although a busy road behind the property can be noisy ! A great find out of hustle and bustle of the Medina which is not for me ! Got a room upgrade and Useff, the manager was amazing, super helpful and made the most delicious chicken Tagine for me and other guests ! A great place to stay with a lovely pool and salons to relax Good international mix of guests.I am definitely returning to stay here and loved all the cats on the property. It’s also close to good shopping and restaurants at Marrakesh Village a few blocks away. It’s was secure compound with a night watchman on duty.

Beautiful old riad. Fab food places a 5 min walk away. Easy walk to centre of Marrakech. Very safe area. Youseff has great personality and very helpful. Unfortunately, there is not always a member of staff at the riad. Locked in to property first morning! Garden area a little unkempt. Electric sockets in short supply. No tea/coffee making facilities, though, when there, youseff made a lovely mint tea. No bottles of water in room

Villa GramtaHouse Hotel is so clean at all times with a Amazing large swimming pool & a massive Trampoline. The staff & service is excellent with unbelievable facilities like a full size snooker / pool table and a open top terrace with views of the Atlas mountains. Its just 10 minutes walk into city center and its like a Palace inside. We had the best time ever & we are definitely coming back next year to celebrate our 30th Birthday Party.

We really Loved the swimming pool - its large & clean Enjoyed playing on the Trampoline and lots of games on he Snooker / Pool table _ "could have just stayed all day enjoying Gramtahouse Villa" !!!! The most beautiful villa we have ever seen in Marrakesh....

First of all, this is not a hotel. It's a house. There is a house keeper that can answer your questions and fix things if something goes wrong. You will be having to need him to unlock and lock the main door if you want to go in and out of the house. Pictures didn't represent the actual place as it stands now. Pool wasn't functional and some rooms are in basement and need serious cleaning. Upon check in, we realized our bathroom was outside our room which wasn't specified in the ad. There were spiderwebs on the ceiling, and some standing water in the room, air condition and the washroom drain wouldnt work either. Toiletries provided were half used hand soaps a almost-out bottle of shampoo.The keeper fixed the issues that we identified one by one, but then the power went out for our room at 4 in the morning due to overload in the building. Upon complaining again, the keeper fixed the light in the room however there was no air condition or wifi in the room for the rest of the morning. The next day, he did provide us with a better room that had the working AC. Wifi and cleanliness was still a concern. We felt bad requesting to fix items as most of the time, the keeper kept on running around fixing things. Lastly, most upsetting item was that they asked for 6 euros per person i(n cash) after the check in for the city tax. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy . If we had known this, we would've picked another place that incorporated in initial price.

We loved the massive swimming pool and the full size Trampoline.Their customer service is second to none. We had an amazing experience at this villa and they have a full size snooker / pool table too.

The owner and manager are very friendly, but cannot hide the state of dereliction of this house which has clearly seen better days a long time ago. Worst is that bedsheets are not changed systematically between customers, and that the house is open to stray cats who use the premises as their bathroom (without flushing). In addition, the house's garden and pool are bordering a busy and polluted road, and the bathrooms are cleaned (?) in a very dubious way. We were glad we only had to stay one night!

Excellent stay at the Gramta house. Villa really enjoyed our time. The garden kept the kids busy as they kept jumping on the trampoline as well as using the swimming pool. Really good sense of culture all round, staff were very hospitable and friendly, rooms were very clean, thank you for hosting us !!

Truly Luxury & Massive Villa in the center of Marrakesh We enjoyed every second of our stay at Gramtahouse and the place smells of Roses & is so clean with a trampoline & Large swimming pool which was use by my children all day lone ....... Robert

I’m so sorry to say that but we were so disappointed, this place so dirty and air conditioner was not working tv was not working and the place so cold. This place is not recommended at all 😔

Nice house, but rooms clearly require renovation. Also, the room was dirty (lot of dust) upon arrival. They also charged higher tourist tax without providing any supporting evidence. The houskeeper was however nice and helpful

Accueil très chaleureux et attentionné par le gérant, qui est le point fort de l’établissement. Le reste est décevant. Les draps de la plupart des chambres n’étaient pas propres, un des chats de la maison a fait ses besoins devant ma chambre pendant la nuit, et l’entretien de la maison laisser à désirer dans l’ensemble. Jolie piscine. C’est dommage car le gérant était vraiment accueillant et sympathique. Le quartier est agréable et sécurisé mais pas mal de bruit selon la proximité avec le grand boulevard.

when we arrived at 6 pm our room was not ready. we had to wait for almost 30 min. we booked family room but we got 2 seperated rooms in the basement. it wasnt cleaned properly. we had to ask for towels. one of the room did not have window and the smell was very bad. when someone flushed the toilet from upstairs you could hear so much nois. we stayed there for 4 nights and they didnt cleaned the rooms. it was a lot of cobwebs in the rooms. i will not recomond this place.

The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, the garden and pool area felt like a peaceful oasis, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. A perfect place to relax after exploring the city — highly recommended! Adam

This is basically a room in a house, it's not a hotel. The caretaker of the property lives on premises. The condition of the house is not the best, the AC in the room doesn't work and the water didn't drain properly from the bathtub. The room has just a bed, no tables or chairs or anything else. It is also not easy to get taxis on the street. Another thing is that they claim to have 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. We booked it twice, and both times the shuttle didn't show up. The caretaker had to help us get taxis from the street, which isn't easy. I'd recommend staying at a hotel or riad and not here.

A true gem at a budget price. We had an enormous family room (two queen sized beds). The most wonderful mosaics and the most quirky bath/shower I have ever seen. The owner/manager was lovely and showed true Moroccan hospitality. Communication great prior to arrival too! Lovely seating areas both downstairs and upstairs. Near a main road for a taxi or 25 min walk to the Medina. Is close to the airport as well. Fully recommend for a budget option in a traditional Marrakesh villa.

Wir hatten zu zweit ein Dreibettzimmer im Keller. Der Raum war schön groß, das war uns wichtig, jedoch klamm, was mit täglichem Lüften langsam besser wurde. Der Raum schien vorher länger nicht bewohnt gewesen zu sein. Das Bad im Keller hatte keine Abluft und kein zu öffnendes Fenster. Der sehr bemühte Mitarbeiter hat uns darum mit reichlich Handtüchern versorgt.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gramtahouse. Abdul, the Villa manager was exceptional. Accommodating and kind, always available on hand. Our room was huge and had a great view of the garden area with a private balcony. The beds were comfortable and we felt extremely safe on the grounds. The pool and garden area was beautiful and enough shade to keep cool even in 37 degree heat.

Had a really good experience here with the girls, views were nice everything was local to us, villa was very traditional so we got to enjoy the culture marrakech had to offer. Rooms were clean and quite big definitely recommend for groups and families.

Excellent stay here, staff were amazing and very attentive, location was great private area and close to everything. Rooms were clean and each had their own bathrooms, ours also had a balcony overlooking the garden which was quite nice. Definitely would recommend and re-visit.

Also strange marks on the woodframes on the beds on the floor - we all reacted to them. Breakfast was over 35 minutes late which stressed me since we had to leave for the airport. All in all if you can get a room for a good price (we did) and you need to be close to the airport (we did) then spend a night here.

The location is excellent between the airport and the old city. The service and reception were 10/10, and he is the most important element of the place. He was extremely respectful and kind, and his name is (Abdul). The house is old and the rooms need a lot of renovation, as do the furnishings (bed and towels), for example. The heating was also bad.

Nice,spacious traditional accommodation. Good communal areas to sit andvtalk with other guests.Lovely garden and pool. The Manager Abdul will go over and beyond his duties to make your stay enjoyable. Great service and alwayscwith a big smile.

Norman and Youssef were amazing to have around the house, they helped us with everything! From walking us to breakfast spots, booking us taxis, to a game of pool before dinner. They were absolutely amazing company. I would purely go back just to see them again

We had a wonderful stay! Youseff was an excellent host — very courteous, professional, and efficient. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and helped us get oriented in the area with great restaurant recommendations and local tips. The service was outstanding, and we really appreciated his friendliness and attention to detail. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

For a girl travelling alone, I felt so safe and protected at this accommodation. Youssef ensured I had everything I needed, walked me to restaurants when it was late and even translated for me when language was an issue. I had an early flight, and I had coffee and my cab waiting for me when I got down. He even offered to print out my boarding pass so I don’t get charged at the airport. Truly a friendly accommodation that goes above and beyond to ensure guests be safe

Was fully booked while setting ouside in 40° c waiting for staff!

The property manager, Abdul, is the first highlight of this beautiful guesthouse. He is so helpful and used his connections to find me a great small-group tour in the Atlas Mountains. They also served the guests dinner one night, and the swimming pool offered a refreshing and relaxing place to unwind. Lastly, my four-day stay there was an unbelievable bargain. This was one of the most standout accommodations I've experienced anywhere.

Sengen var god . Akkurat nok varmt vann til en ordentlig varm dusj for meg. Veldig hjelpsom husvert . Tror han kunne fikset hva som helst du hadde trengt. Akkurat litt for langt å gå inn til der det skjer ting om man er det lenge. Men helt topp for f.eks 3dager

Bella villa, in posizione decentrata a Marrakech. Abdul, che gestisce la struttura, è stato davvero super disponibile. Peccato solo per la posizione, un po fuori mano se si è senza auto e troppo vicina a via trafficata.

We chose to stay here because we were flying out the next morning and wanted an easy drive to the airport. It took us maybe 10 minutes, if that, to get to the airport in the morning. Couldn't have been easier. The host of the property was very nice and welcoming, and made sure we knew about all the amenities. We ended up walking to the Medina, which took about 35 minutes but wasn't too bad. I would absolutely stay here again.

This villa was amazing and the people were lovely, food provided was exceptional we really enjoyed the traditional Moroccan tajine provided by the chef. Rooms were very clean and more towel's were given upon request. Each room had its own private bathroom and ours had a private balcony which overlooked the garden. Jemefna square was very close to us as well as other popular areas so it made it very easy for us to visit these locations. Thank you for taking care of us !

The owner arranged everything for us, nothing was to much trouble for him. Excursions & trips all pick ups from Villa Gramtahouse Hotel. Breakfast & Dinners all freshly cooked for us and the taste was just incredible. Amazing flower garden with palm trees & fountains. It's the number One place to stay in Marrakesh.

Many years ago Gramtahouse was probably a nice place to stay. Now it is tired, dirty, in need of maintenance and decoration and is not fit for purpose. No breakfast was offered which is unheard of in Morocco. Add to this the fact that the "hotel" is far from anywhere, including anywhere to obtain anything to eat or drink. The photo's on the website were obviously taken many years ago because it looks nothing like that now. I complained to the owner Rafik and told him that I had paid far too much for what was offered to me and he agreed to refund some of the money I had paid. He never did this of course. These people are dishonest scam artists who should be avoided at any cost.

Close to airport but do not expect hotel standard, is more like a home, staff is very friendly and helpful. Good food also.
