Was expecting the place to be excellent, but it just wasn’t. It wasn’t necessarily bad…it was just kind of average. Courtyard room was pretty soulless…not particularly cosy or welcoming. Tiny bathroom that needed some work. Poor beer choices in the bars. We attended a wedding in the marquee in the grounds. I’m not sure if the food served there was provided by the hotel. But it was dire. Good points are the location, beautiful views (especially from roof terrace) and ample parking. Also the restaurant and terrace are nice. Underwhelming on the whole.

Cracked basin in the bathroom. Should be fixed. Big tv screen, but some one left a 7:50am alarm on it. I woke too early. Breakfast was £15 booked. But £25 , if not booked. Not very nice. I refused to support that and had no breakfast. Still no EV charging- I do wish hotels would understand that there are many electric cars around.

A very clean hotel. Of the 3 hotels I use regularly in the area this is the most spic and span. The quality, and taste of the food has improved recently. Which helps me decide to keep coming. Regrettably there no Electric Vehicle Charging. There’s no excuse for not providing this. All hotels should have on site charging.

Beautiful modern hotel and we had a lovely big room. Friendly staff and the young staff in the restaurant were very friendly, polite and efficient. Breakfast and meals were all delicious and always served hot. All areas of the hotel were very clean. Lovely patio overlooking the vineyard enjoying a glass of wine.

Very impressive and welcoming hotel. Breakfast was great apart from the horrible scrambled egg - I’d recommend giving the scrambled egg a miss. Room 104 is more like an apartment and had everything I needed. Need to get a taller cleaner though, who can reach the bathroom window…

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and gorgeous restaurant overlooking the vineyard. Our room had a balcony overlooking the rolling hills which was very relaxing. Very comfy beds with lovely bedding. I wish we were staying longer.

Staff were excellent and attentive from the moment I arrived till I left. Room was much bigger than I expected and the breakfast is a must! Only downside was the inconsiderate guest that had the volume on the tv too loud at midnight but this is not the fault of the hotel or their staff.

Not a great check in experience - the receptionist asked for all the details even though we have checked in online. Then the £20 /head extra for breakfast is crazy, we had already spent £170 each on 2 rooms.

This was not our first visit and we are so glad we booked to come again! Staff are all friendly, nothing is too much trouble & whilst it’s not guaranteed we were lucky with an early check in! Make sure you stay for breakfast, it’s delicious with a beautiful view! We will definitely come back!

We liked the room and restaurant dinner. The reception and bar had a good atmonphere We were less impressed by the Eggs Royale and full breakfast of which some parts seemed as if they were a lttle long under the heatlamps. Certainly not of the quality of the evening meal.

I loved the room and the service. Regrettably the food was a bitter disappointment. I made a habit of going to the Llanech Vinyard Hitel because of the food. On this visit I made the mistake of ordering the slow cooked turkey. It was presented as an industrial slice of a sausage , consisting of thin slices of turkey bacon and stuffing. Why one needs to cook stuffing slowly was not explained Rather put me off, the food and the lack of reply.
