良かったこと・・朝ごはんが美味しかった。部屋は広く使いやすかった。隣にクリシュナがあり便利。フロントの男性がにこやかで感じが良い。 残念だったこと・・チェックアウトが正午までのはずなのに10時過ぎに部屋に電話が入り、チェックアウトを促された。バリ島入国前に空港に迎えにきてもらえるか尋ねたが返事がなかった。

スタッフがこちらの相談をしっかり聞いてくれて、様々なことに対応してもらえました。お互いが拙い英語でのやり取りなので、わかりづらいところはありましたが、ホテルの食事も美味しいし、朝早く出ると言ったら朝食ボックスを作ってもらえるし、屋上のプールも気持ちよくて、基本的にはかなり満足です！ 一点、ホテルにマッサージを依頼したのですが、マッサージスタッフたちはかなり微妙でした。施術しながら現地語でおしゃべりしっぱなし、スマホがなったら片手で施術しながらスマホを入力、部屋にあったバスタオルを使うなど、マッサージの人たちには少し不満がありました。
