Would not go back because of their practice of not disclosing information (paid parking) in the place where everyone looks when researching a hotel. Without a doubt this was the smallest room my wife and I have ever stayed in.Other hotels in the area are cheaper and room sizes are normal with free on site parking, for example Hotel Witkowski. We stayed there in the past and regret not going there this time aswell.

Easily accessible and the surrounding area have a lot of things to do. The hotel is close to down town. The hotel restaurant has a great menu choive too

The hotel is really nice. It has a beautiful backyard garden. It is very easy to take bus to Chopin airport. The breakfast included was delicious. The room has a state of art control panel for lighting, curtain etc. The shower worked effectively. The drawbacks are that the room is very small, and there is not much desk space. It is a little noisy when guests walked in hallway. When I checked in and had breakfast, it was very busy due to a conference going on, with many people doing registration. If you want to visit Warsaw old town, then this might not be good choice since it is too far, however, I like it since easy access to airport which I need for the stay.

Wow. This was a really tiny room, which was not clear when I made the reservation on Expedia. No iron, no chair, no washcloth, although the shower and bath towels were nice. Staff was very nice, but the restaurant and even the bar were very expensive. Example: 16 zł (about $4.50 for a cup of hot water and a tea bag for my wife.) There is no shuttle to the airport but staff will call you a taxi. (Make sure you tell them ahead of time if you have large luggage. Some of the taxis are too small to accommodate large luggage)

I arrived at Warsaw Airport on Monday evening and hadn't booked my hotel yet. I was exhausted from my previous 4-day trip and didn't want to go downtown. So I looked around the airport and settled on... And I don't regret a thing. It takes about 5 minutes by taxi to reach this hotel. A friendly welcome and then it was off to the room. We didn't have a huge room, but that's okay. Not much storage space, but there's a clever drawer under the bed. The bed, in fact...very comfortable...and a light duvet. You can plug in your phone, etc., right next to the bed. A handy little tablet. The room and bathroom were very clean. I was on the street side and didn't hear anything...apart from a few horns starting at 8:00 a.m. And a lovely welcome. I needed two sheets of paper to write something, which was kindly given to me. Perfect!

Otelden eşim ve ben memnun kaldık. Hizmet, personellerin ilgisi çok güzel. Ancak kaldığımız odada çift kişilik yatak vardı ve sadece bir yanından yatılıyor, diğer taraf pencereye yanaştırılmış. Ayrıca banyo tamamen camdan yapılmış dolayısıyla dışarıdan bakınca banyo ve tuvaletin içi görünüyor. Hiç de hoş bir durum değil.

The room was small but cozy however the bathroom!!! Well what can I say no privacy and u could see someone on the toilet!!! We were on the 5th floor nature floor I would have thought the glass would have least frosted over!!! The room didn’t have a safe nor coffee/tea facilities there was a single wardrobe where u could put ur stuff but the swing table got in the way the air co. Didn’t work well so for a small room it got quite warm and stuffy air was needed could of done with more Pillows and the cover was okish the blind was automatic which was a good idea the breakfast was okish nothing great about it but average the reception ppl weren’t exactly friendly and quite rude!!! The dining area for breakfast was spacious and had plenty of seats avail proper size mugs for tea/coffee which made a nice change the hotel is literally about 10 mins from the airport so location was easy and uber to the main areas easy to get

Good location next to bus stop, just a few stops from the airport. Super helpful receptionist allowing me to check in very early since my room was ready. Basic, firm bedding. Mediocre food and drink quality at the bar but local restaurants are located relatively close by.

Overall acceptable place to stay overnight. Little bit worn out, in need of renovations. Daytime reception staff - quite nice and helpful. Nighttime reception staff - rather unpleasant and unhelpful… Fantastic breakfast, worth every penny it costs!

Great staff amazing check in process very nice breakfast as well. Our room was nice clean and ready for an early check in, we arrived around noon. Highly recommend and would certainly return when in Warsaw again.

Overall, pretty good stay. Only issue I had was, I ran out of soap/shower gel and it was in the evening and apparently no housekeeping to attend to. Front desk stated he was the only one at the desk so he’s unable to take care of it himself.

Nice place. Half way btw the airport and the center of the city. Takes 10 minutes to get either way by bus. Very clean rooms and staff professional and friendly. They let me check in earlier, like 1:30 pm. I was so glad because I was very tired after my flight over the Atlantic.

Needed a room before an early morning flight, decided to stay closer to the airport versus city center. I checked in late evening so I did not spend too much time at the hotel, but check in was quick and the front desk person was friendly, room was clean and bed comfortable. The room was small so not ideal if I would have spent more time there, but just to crash for the night, it was perfect. Location was great as the bus to the airport is in front of hotel across the street and the bus ride is less than 15 mins.
