We had a great stay at this hotel. The room felt more like an apartment with a kitchen, living room and bedroom. It would have been perfect if the parking was attached, however it is right next door. Only an issue for us as we arrived in a snow storm. And we always appreciate a complimentary breakfast!

I was here for two weeks on business. It's good for a long term stay as each room is essentially a cute studio apartment with a kitchen, living room and bedroom area. If you are traveling with another person and not getting up at the same time could be weird as the bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom. For me by myself it was fine. No room service but plenty of options by doordash delivery. there's a lobby bar open till 11 pm. housekeeping is regular. I wish the windows opened because the HVAC system is weird-- its either too cold or too hot, probably due to small vents but very high ceilings. My room had windows by the bed, but my initial room had a big brick wall instead of windows and it felt crazy claustrophobic so i asked to change to one with windows. Ask for a room with windows if you feel the same way. Staff were all nice and responsive. No parking on site, but there's parking garage across the street for a steep $45/day.

The staff was extremely friendly, the room was very clean, modern and more than adequate. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Nice touch having a bar in the lobby as well. My boys and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect! Only recommendation is that mattress on sofa bed needs upgrading. Very uncomfortable. But otherwise the place was superb.

It was likely the prettiest Residence Inn I have ever stayed at given it was a beautiful designed restoration of and old steel factory building with beautiful old wooden beams throughout, with a seating area on the main floor that rose five flights with the old subway tiles and steel crosswalks above. Rooms were quiet. Great functional kitchen.

The rooms were huge and spacious, enough for a family of four. But the staff who checked us in didn’t seem to know what she was doing. And the senior staff she was with took her time in helping her. I get that she might have been training the girl checking us in but she should have considered us first. It was late and we were tired and didn’t care much to be kept waiting. Housekeeping also didn’t come to clean our room.

Great location for Seaport area. Friendly and informative staff. Buffet could be better. Very basic. Rooms very good but a welcome brochure explaining room amenities and maybe overview local attractions and eating venues would be a good addition. Would stay there again.

From the front desk staff to the ladies that put out the breakfast in the morning to the room staff everybody was so friendly. And the breakfast options hot fresh we were just surprised at the options and of course we tipped the breakfast staff on the table when we left as a thank you ..😊

For the typical price point in the Seaport district, this hotel met high expectations. Complimentary breakfast was nice to start the morning before exploring city. Enjoyed the decor of the interior with industrious theme with exposed wood joists, brick, piping giving soul and attitude. Great that mgmt cares and maintains condition of rooms overseeing workmanship and details. This is the hotel that meets my family needs.
