We always have a wonderful stay. The staff, from the front desk to breakfast crew to facilities were friendly and kind. The pool continued to be a wonderful treat for the kids as did the delicious waffles for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised that they’ve made some upgrades too. The lobby has some new furniture and seating that we liked and the rooms had new couches and wall paper from what we could tell from having stayed before. We will return.

Enjoyed the room. Stayed two nightsroom was not cleaned second day and with four people using towels and one garbage it was frustrating since two nights was 520 dollars. When I called for extra towels and said our room wasn’t cleaned no one cared. The pool was very very dirty which was disappointing from photos. Room was clean and well kept.

Our stay at the Residence Inn was great. After a long day at Six Flags with four kids, the hotel offered a convenient spot to stay. The spacious two bedroom suite provided plenty of room for the six of us. The area had a lot of shopping and restaurants for convenience. Six Flags is about a 30 minute drive away. The pool was great as well.

Very poor location! Front desk personnel did not give correct directions from the Interstate off ramp- took over 40 minutes to back track.to hotel. Front Desk did not have local map/resturants, etc. outside parking door entrance to room not working- had to use front entrance.

Very accommodating. Grills outside instead of bringing kids out to dinner every night.. Grandson loved basketball court. A little too much chlorine in pool. Made our eyes sting. Would go back again..

Easy to get to with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. It has a really nice fire pit and grill patio area that we used to sit and have smores. Loved the full kitchen with refrigerator, stove top, pots & Pans and dishes. Even a toaster and a cutting board. Really liked having a separate sitting area and a small dining table and chairs. This chain is fast becoming my go to place to stay.

I wish the website stated they only had a Tesla EV charger. We only booked here because it had EV. Had to go sit in a charging lot because my Mach-E plus adapter didn’t work at hotel. Room was fantastic. $150 for pet was a bit much and not stated on site.

We were in the center of everything we did. Short drive out and back. Used the exercise rm and pool. Breakfast was a great way to begin our day. Easy in and out of parking. We came and left early and late. Room was comfortable and clean. Trash from previous tenant was still under sink. Room just needed a touch up. We stayed 7 days and had everything we needed. Coffee all hours, Great dinning choices close by, Walmart across the street. Would definitely come here again and probably will in the next few years. Great and friendly people make for unbeatable atmosphere.

Everything about my stay was fantastic from the moment I checked in! Everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly, my room was spotlessly clean as were the entire premises, and the morning breakfast was always great. I was traveling with my dog, and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Kudos to all! This was a great experience.

Our stay was fine. I do feel like the pull out couch should be checked on for bedding and mess. We found food in it as well. Everything else was good. The breakfast, though we didn't take full advantage, was great.

Immaculate, huge room! Enter through the kitchen living room area with a desk facing a window with phone & device recharging. Around the corner was a king size bed and ample room for the sink outside the toilet walk in shower. Highly recommend.

The room was not set up well. The bed was right next to the bathroom. The outlets for charging were across the room from the bed which was inconvenient. The bathroom and sink area should have been one enclosed space with a door. In addition, the cleaning staff ignored the “do not disturb” sign and knocked and tried to come in at 8:30am. I told them the room wasn’t ready to be serviced and they should come back after we checked out at noon. A second cleaning person knocked on the door again at 10:15 and said we only had until 10:30pm to check out, despite check out being noon. I called the front desk to confirm and she said check out was indeed at noon and none of the cleaning staff should be knocking on a door with a “do not disturb” sign. I am not sure why any of that happened but it was quite irritating.

The beds there are dangerously comfortable you will pass out and be in some deep sleep without even realizing it, the shower were great and the staff made my weekend stay worth it. I would definitely book my stay there again and I recommend anyone to book with them you won’t regret it.

We traveled with 2 cats who were not happy traveling. The accommodations were perfect for them. Air conditioning worked great on the hottest days of the year. The breakfast included were mediocre. Suggest eating elsewhere. Staff very friendly and baked cookies on request. Wonderful location near shops. Highly recommend.

The young lady Ace at the front desk was absolutely outstanding. Her customer service skills went above and beyond in every capacity. She is an asset to Mariott. The rooms were immaculate and so spacious. We were thrilled with our stay.

This stay was one of the worst experiences I have had while away. The hotel put me in a blocked room. Tried to force me to leave midstay and then double charged me. When I called the hotel about the two charges, they left me waiting for a week. After the week they told me that I had two reservations when I only had one on Expedia. They told me that they couldn’t help me with the charges. Forced me to call corporate services for Marriott when they pretty clearly messed up by charging me double. One charge being something completely different from my receipt and most likely the charge for the customers whose room I was placed in by mistake. The manager was rude during my phone call and as a Marriott member or customer in general unreasonable in the efforts to rectify the situation.

Well located 25min drive from Six Flags New England near a few restaurants. Daily breakfast was tasty with a good selection. Little downside is that the EV chargers are only for Teslas.

We reserved this at the last minute due to an emergency and couldn't have been more satisfied (caveat--due to the last minute reservation, we didn't have to pay the full price). It was luxurious, and walkable to the wonderful Indian restaurant (Priya). The room came with a full kitchen (which we didn't need) but we were able to store our groceries in the large refrigerator. Breakfast was great. Best of all, the room was very quiet and we had a good night's sleep.

Overall nice stay. The location is great due to there being several restaurants and stores like Walmart and Aldi that are literally walking distance. They have free breakfast and I loved their breakfast set up, everything individually wrapped as far as food goes. The only thing I wish they had is bedside charging ports. Most hotels have them as either part of alarm clock or in the bedside lighting. Other than that, great place to stay.
