This property was PHENOMENAL. I couldn’t say enough how much I loved it. The rooms were perfect for a family of 5. My kids are 2, 5,13yo and it had a pull out bed. Most amazing property. Great snack options as well. The best part was the pool. If you have tiny Littles, it’s perfect. 1/2 of the pool is 1-2ft deep. All in all, best property and I will book in the future.

Left us stranded at the Airport at 11:30. We arranged to be picked up and when we arrived at the pickup spot at 11:24 we called again to again verify.That is when we were told that the shuttle driver was done with his pickups. Left us high and dry at the airport. Dont trust them.

Property was clean, felt very safe and convenient. Neds were comfortable and riom was very spacious. Loved the lobby/ lounge area downstairs. Downside is no hot tub and the pool is extremely small and shallow. Overall would definitely go back again.

Parking was an issue at this property as well as access to luggage cart availability. No luggage carts were available at check in or check out. Parking after 6 pm was a problem had to park at another hotel lot over night.

Rooms and property are nice, clean, and looked secure. Is located in nice looking area. Parking is a slight problem as it shared by 3 hotels, but not a deal breaker. Front desk and breakfast staff friendly. Dine in staff awesome too. Wonderful stay during our baseball tournament weekend. Will be back if in the area again.

Great location! Parking is difficult, but hotel is good. Room wasn’t ready even after check in time. Towel holders fell off in the bathroom. Five people in the room only four towels and no cleaning service our entire stay so we didn’t ever get more than four towels. Great location though and hotel was clean.

Like most Courtyard Marriots the hotel is impressive - the grounds, the facility itself. The door into the building was a bit ellusive. The check-in was easy, and the hotel receptionists were kind and courteous to which we are always grateful especially after a long day of travel . Getting into our room, we noticed immediately two things. One, the room smelled of odiferous pillows - we didn't ask for them to be changed but they bothered my sense of smell for our stay. The second thing that we noticed was that our stool didn't flush. We contacted the desk and the problem was resolved within an hour. We were waiting downstairs for another party to arrive so there was no privacy issue whilst it was being remedied. The final point that surprised me a bit was that our room was not serviced once in the 3 nights and 4 days that was spent on the property. I questioned this in my head but did not register a complaint. Overall, our stay was good and we would consider staying at this property again.

The mattresses were too firm and uncomfortable. The desk staff were unfriendly and seemed to be annoyed to be at work. The waffle iron did not work for breakfast which was a big disappointment for my kids. And the computers were down the whole weekend.

The hotel was pretty good, nice area. We loved that it offered shuttle to the airport. But we had some issues. The smell in the room was bad, like dirty air filters or something. Then, our TV went out and after we called front desk to report it, nobody came over to look at it, nor were we offered any other solutions. We also had problems with ac/heat. We were having trouble changing temperature of the room and couldn't shut the fan off.

We usually stay next door at the sister property but figured we’d give this one a try. Big mistake both nights we were awaken every time someone used the elevator because it made a loud noise like Dory speaking to the whale in Finding Nemo. We were 3 rooms down from the elevator just so you can understand just how loud and annoying it was.

Room was spacious and quiet (except for the aircon which worked great but was quite noisy, although didnt keep us awake). Communal areas have all been refurbished and look great, there was a sign which said the rooms would be done from the fall. All in all, a good stay, consistent with the brand.

I expected it's a happy family trip with my 9-year-old kid, but it wasn't. I made full payment for 2-day stay and breakfast while booking on hotels.com. When I ordered my breakfast around 8:40am I was told there was no e-coupons of breakfast shown under my name in their system, I need to pay. I went to front desk shown them the receipt from hotels.com that I had already paid breakfast and recommendation, so I requested them to add e-coupon under my name. I was told their system was down and need to get startup and take10 minutes. My kid was so starving and kept asking when she could get food, so I suggested front desk to inform their food department that I am supposed to have breakfast e-coupon. It's not my fault not having them but the front desk's fault when check-in. I even show them the receipt that I had already paid all. Still I was told I had to wait. It's actually more than 10 minutes waiting. As I got food it's 9:50am. ONE HOUR passed. I told them they wasted my time, the representative Arianr said I wasted her time. Have you even heard that before? Customer cost valuable vacation time on the fault made by hotel and customer wasted their time??

The The woman who ran the Resturant bar area on Saturday, August 17 could not have been any ruder than any customer service person I’ve ever had had to deal with. She could’ve cared less that we were even there as paying customers, rolled her eyes more than once when we requested additional ketchup, cups or even napkins. While we were there in plenty of time to have breakfast, we were immediately told we would need to order lunch. She should not be in customer service.

I requested a handicap accessible room and while I got it, I didn’t realize this hotel was sharing the parking lot of 2 other hotels that had a massive event going on. I literally had to walk half a mile in humid Texas heat to get to my room. Upon complaining to the front desk, the lady was rude and gave me a card for the manager saying I can make a complaint on Tuesday when they would be back. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will never book another hotel here. My entire vacation was ruined!

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The shared parking lot woth the Courtyard didn't seem big enough for all the guests. Sadly, the breakfast staff worked their butts off, but breakfast wasnt very good. Have had much better at Best Western, LaQuinta and Hampton Inn.

The staff at the front desk were phenomenal as were the housekeepers. The staff at the resturant left much to be desired; after I had to interrupt their cell phone use, the two ladies seated me and no one ever returned. From my seat, I listened to the complaints of other patrons and when the new lady came out from the back and took over the counter, the two phone users walked off without even communicating that I was waiting to be served. I was starving and ended up returning to my room and ordering from Doordash. I enjoyed my room although things were really outdated and in need of a renovation especially when you want to charge $6 for water and $5 for a box of M&Ms (7-11 is nearby and I loved that). It wasn't a horrible place to stay but they could definitely invest in some renovations and staff that actually care that guests are hungry.

The rooms were nice, not much for lighting but made due. I was there with a wprk collegue and she had hoise keeping each day while we were out but my room was never touched. I even made sure i didnt have anything on the handle. Dining was good but very limited and expensive, even for breakfast.
