Gatlinburg Inn

We were very unhappy with our stay! My husband is disabled veteran and not knowing that this hotel be as old that it is they have no ADA rooms. We checked out a day earlier no way for him to take a shower! Lovely old hotel great location but not not for disabled people.

We love the hotel. The staff are outstanding. Always our go to location when we are coming through.

What a great stay in a historic nostalgic hotel. It’s not new and flashy, and for us, that was the appeal. It felt like a step back into history. You can even sip coffee fireside on the front porch while slowly rocking in one of many chairs overlooking the busy streets of Gatlinburg. We were fortunate enough to have our room balcony right next to the chair lift that takes you up the mountain to even more gorgeous views and sitting areas atop the mountain. An amazing suspension bridge available for you to walk across to a beautiful sitting area with available snacks and drinks. The hotel has a perfect location between all that is going on in the area. You have to option to do it all or do nothing at all. Either way, it is right at your fingertips. They have an expansive free breakfast with great selection and roomy dining area to start your day off right. We will absolutely stay here again the next time our travels take us to Gatlinburg.

Hotel was nice and clean. Check in and out was quick. Room was a kind of small but okay.

Parking was sufficient, easy, and free. Room was clean and roomy with 2 arm chairs, a desk, and bench long enough to accommodate 2 carry-on luggage bags. Updated walk-in shower was very nice. Breakfast was extensive and the meat options varied each day (1st day sausage, 2nd day grilled ham, 3rd day bacon). The public rooms (breakfast area, break room with coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hours, and 2 lounging areas) were lovely. Our room had a balcony with 2 rocking chairs and the front porch of hotel is huge with rockers and an actively used fireplace. Hotel was also located perfectly for walking to local attractions, such as, the Sky Park and Gatlinburg Convention Center. We would definitely stay again.
