Reviewer Comments: Love the location, close to stores, the beach and catholic church very important to me. Quiet, clean and spacious for my family. The pool clean along with the 2 gas grills i used a few times which I used well maintained. The gardens were lovely to look at. I would definitely recommend and come back. The apartment where we stayed was upstairs and had a balcony with a view to the pool, I liked that alot. Plenty of parking it felt safe. The apartment came with everything you need, just walk in and your set. Never had a single problem with management or anyone else.

Great location, can walk to stores and some restaurants. Beach is across street. Would be nice to have central air, but one in living room cools bedrooms down some. Fans help too. Kitchen is nice with most things you'll need. Parking gets full at night.

This was perfect for a family of 4. Convenient to have well stocked kitchen, laundry (although the building’s laundry machine was broken but they directed us to the next building over, same complex), balcony, community pool and hot tub. Good location, felt very residential, not touristy, not far from food, supermarkets. Centrally located to be able to reach other parts of Maui easily.

Overall we had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The apartment has every day kitchen utensils, toaster, and other obvious utilities. I wish they mentioned that the apartment also has beach mats, cooler, 4 chairs and a beach umbrella. Some books and boardgames as well! The apartment has single AC in the main hall and that cools down the lower bedroom too. Surprisingly it doesn't cool down the loft bedroom on the top floor quickly. The community has a clean pool and jacuzzi, and right next to the grocery store and one block away from the beach, very convenient!

We had a great experience with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One thing that would have made it even better was having coffee and tea available for guests. It would be a nice touch. Other than that, we were happy with our experience. The grounds are immaculate, and the pool is clean and well kept.

We spent 9 days in our condo and enjoyed many hours playing in the pool. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for preparing meals. The property was very well kept and also convenient - close to a grocery store, coffee places and restaurants. It was a short walk to the beach where viewed beautiful Maui sunsets.

We very much enjoyed our trip to Kihei at this place. The condo was spacious, updated, and the AC kept the place cool. The dishwasher was a bit dirty & there were lots of ants on the complex (at times in the condo), but other than that, no complaints!

The property is well maintained and the pool area was really clean. We liked that there was rules at the pool. Location was good but lots of homeless in the area and felt somewhat unsafe to walk around at night. We had problem with the key pad , the batteries were dead , thank god it happened in the morning and the rental company was very quick to take actions. The AC did not do much for the upper loft part of the condo and there was only thin blinds so very bright early in the morning .The place was quiet and we met very night people including some of the permanent residents who were very friendly. Overall a very good experience.

The property was clean(ish), but not deep-clean. In fact, there were ants on the counter (all food was stored in the refrigerator). The condo is dated and in need of an update. However the complex was nice and in a great location.

Nous avons fait un merveilleux voyage à Maui! L’emplacement de ce condo est parfait! C’est un logement pratique et confortable. L’air climatisé se rend difficilement dans les chambres, mais nous n’en avons pas souffert. La cuisine est complète. On a mangé sur le balcon à tous les jours et on a profité de la piscine en après-midi. Kihei est le meilleur endroit pour un séjour à Maui! La plage à 2 minutes du logement est pratique pour de belles marches en matinée et en soirée! Les 4 chaises de plage et les 2 parasols ont été amplement utilisés à notre plage préférée, Wailea Beach!

Check in was super easy, the condo is laid out perfectly, the pool and hot tub are great; perfect location to the beach, groceries, coffee shop and the food trucks. The condo was clean and the shower pressure was amazing. The only things is the condo got quite warm in the bedrooms due to the ac being in the living room. I found if you set the fans in the hallways and used them to direct the air from the ac down the hallways into the rooms, it helped a bit. Overall, a good place for an alright price.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and very close to shopping and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend to others interested. My only negative comment is that I left a necklace behind when checking out and messaged the host through the app within hours of departure but did not receive a response. When I finally did they told me that my necklace was thrown away because it “appeared broken”. Just be careful when you’re checking out as they are not responsible for your belongings left behind.

Check in was super easy and efficient. Location is prime; access to the beach, walking distance to grocery store and coffee shop. The condo is clean and lots of stuff in the storage room (cooler, chairs, toys and towels). The only thing is the bedrooms do get a bit warm at night, we opened the windows and placed the fans in the hallway to help move the cool air into the bedrooms. For the price, it was a good stay.

It could use a few more larger drink cups for use in the pool area, but otherwise well equipped with everything we needed for meals and beach activities.One thing we noticed more of was many more "homeless" sitting, laying, and sleeping on the sidewalk on the perimeter of the property with their shopping carts filled with their "possessions". We also saw several on the nearby beach, which led us to stay very close to our personal items, more so than ever before.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is in need of TLC, the carpet is stained and old, not sure when it was fully renovated. The property is well maintained and the pool area was really clean. We liked that there was rules at the pool. Location was good but lots of homeless in the area and felt somewhat unsafe to walk around at night. We had problem with the key pad , the batteries were dead , thank god it happened in the morning and the rental company was very quick to take actions. The AC did not do much for the upper loft part of the condo and there was only thin blinds so very bright early in the morning .The place was quiet and we met very night people including some of the permanent residents who were very friendly. Overall a very good experience.

Great location, can walk to stores and some restaurants. Beach is across street. Would be nice to have central air, but one in living room cools bedrooms down some. Fans help too. Kitchen is nice with most things you'll need. Parking gets full at night.

This was perfect for a family of 4. Convenient to have well stocked kitchen, laundry (although the building’s laundry machine was broken but they directed us to the next building over, same complex), balcony, community pool and hot tub. Good location, felt very residential, not touristy, not far from food, supermarkets. Centrally located to be able to reach other parts of Maui easily.

Overall we had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The apartment has every day kitchen utensils, toaster, and other obvious utilities. I wish they mentioned that the apartment also has beach mats, cooler, 4 chairs and a beach umbrella. Some books and boardgames as well! The apartment has single AC in the main hall and that cools down the lower bedroom too. Surprisingly it doesn't cool down the loft bedroom on the top floor quickly. The community has a clean pool and jacuzzi, and right next to the grocery store and one block away from the beach, very convenient!

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and minutes from the beach. The unit has all the amenities that we needed for a getaway. The kitchen is well equipped and there are many eating places and a supermarket within walking distance. Perhaps adding a toaster oven and AC in the bedrooms would make it perfect.
