I stayed a couple nights while working away from home. A great little pub in a lovely village. I arrived Monday evening and they weren’t doing food but the chef cooked me some fish and chips anyway while he cooked some for himself. Nice touch. Thoroughly recommend

Overall enjoyable stay. Staff friendly and supportive. Parking easy. Room overall comfortable - radiator and heater helped warm the room. Shower needs removal of mould and descaling of shower head. Preordering breakfast worked fine and the omelette was very enjoyable. Dinner was good. Sharing starter good as was the beef stew and Bull burger. Crumble nice. Enjoyable drinks in the bar.
