Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité, la piscine n'est pas très grande et les chambres ne sont pas du tout comme sur les photos. Les chambres sont vieilles et vetustes. Le lit est bon. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas correctement. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié. Le Monsieur est très gentil, serviable, attentionné et très sympathique. La Dame est froide, rude et pas sympathique. Les vélos sont prêtés gratuitement. La piscine n'est pas nettoyée régulièrement. Le propriétaire propose des excursions et locations de scooter à des prix très compétitif. C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix à Hoi An.
