Amazing hotel right bang in the centre of Prague old town. Staff were so helpful and friendly and breakfast was perfect. Rooftop jacuzzi and spa was perfect would recommend hotel to anyone!

My room then had a leak at night and they had to move us in the middle of the night, but wouldn’t provide an upgrade or breakfast or anything except a very bad attitude from the guy at the front desk. Light was coming past the curtains all night from the bright street lights outside. Street noise. Steam and Sauna were not open during my entire visit. This hotel was a big let down.

Das einzige 5 Sterne Hotel in dem man für den Wellness Bereich extra zahlt. Der beworbene Whirlpool auf dem Dach kostet 117€ für 60min. Aus diesem Grund leider keine weiterempfehlung.

The room was very small but there were a lot of alternative areas in the hotel to hang out the spa was also very nice

Everything was perfect. Staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. Location was absolutely perfect right in the middle of everything. The rooms were new and modern. The amenities like the gym and spa or five star. We even rented the rooftop Jacuzzi and that was worth every.

Selected this hotel because of its location and it didn’t disappoint. You are literally walking distance from everything. Some highlights from the hotel were the reception desk and one bartender (can’t remember his name), he was from Slovakia. They all provided excellent service. Now, the area for improvement was housekeeping. The bathroom cleanliness was lacking and our king size bed had a queen comforter. The bathroom floor was consistently dirty and there was mold in the shower. I didn’t complain because the housekeepers were nice, but something for the hotel to be made aware of. Overall I would give this place a 4/5 stars.

The only reason this hotel earns two stars instead of one is its central location and the manager’s effort to partially redeem a terrible breakfast experience by waiving the charge. Otherwise, the hotel is old and poorly maintained. The room we stayed in had a terrible odor, forcing us to keep the windows open day and night to air it out. It smelled of stale body odor, as if it hadn’t been ventilated in a long time. The gym is tiny and almost unusable, and the spa amenities are extremely minimal. The worst part of the stay, however, was the breakfast. The buffet was sparse and disappointing, yet they charged an astonishing 35 euros per person. While this included one entrée, you could easily find a better, more reasonably priced breakfast at numerous restaurants or cafés nearby. The restaurant manager’s behavior was even more appalling. Shortly after removing our plates—while we were still drinking our coffee—she approached us with the card reader in hand and asked, “Can you pay now?” This was surprising and unprofessional, especially since they knew we were hotel guests; we had checked in upon arrival. I agreed to charge it to the room, but when I gave her the name of our suite (which doesn’t have a number), she demanded the room number, becoming increasingly impatient. I clarified again that it was a suite name, not a number, but she made us feel rushed and unwelcome. After paying, she returned, insisting she “needed to explain” why she asked for the room number and accus

I’ve stayed at the Emblem Hotel Prague before and returned this time to a warm welcome with a handwritten note and chocolates – a lovely touch that I really appreciated. The staff are friendly and the location is absolutely the hotel’s best feature, right in the heart of the city. The spa and massage are a nice addition, though even with the massage discount the price feels very premium. Compared to my last stay about a year ago, the hotel seems a little tired – or perhaps I was unlucky with my room. On arrival, the room had a faint sweaty smell, and the shower dripped through the night. The hairdryer didn’t work either; I requested a replacement and reception noted it down, but unfortunately it was never delivered. On the positive side, the bar remains a very nice spot to unwind. Overall, I would consider returning, but at £350 a night I felt the value didn’t quite match the price this time around.

The Emblem is located in an unparallel location. Literally 2 streets from the Old Town square, but located on a quiet street. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but you get used to it, and you are not really in the room most of the time anyways. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great. One thing that was a problem for me was that the room was a bit warm. Since its central air conditioning only allow minor adjustment in the room. They gave us a fan which was better to sleep at night.

The location is perfect everything except the castle is a 5 minute walk. Room itself is nice a little small if you have a lot of luggage but I would stay here again

The location is excellent, and the majority of the staff are very courteous. The room is indeed small, though this is consistent with European standards. The bathroom, however, would benefit from some refurbishment, as the bathtub is rather high and requires particular care when entering or exiting.

The air conditioning was turned off for the season. The room was too hot to sleep at night and you can’t open the windows as you will stay up at night from the street noise. They need to keep the air conditioning on till end of October. I loved the hotel, but having 2 sleepless nights for the price that I paid for the hotel, they could do better

Our recent stay at The Emblem surpassed all of our exceptions. The hotel was perfectly located, a 2 minuete walk to Charles Bridge, Astronomical Clock and main square. The Emblem was clean to being immaculate, the rooms were luxuriously decorated with beautifully comfy beds and amazingly quiet. The staff however were the heart of this hotel, they were professional, friendly and amazingly helpful , nothing was to much trouble but special mention has to go to Josef the concierge, without his help, advice and suggestions, we really wouldn't have seen as much of beautiful Prague as we did. Josef made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in and we left feeling like we were old friends, he truly made our break away as memorable as it could be. Having just been voted best boutique Hotel 2024 it is easy to see why. When I next visit Prague there is no question where I will stay.

My stay was (unfortunately) only for one night. The level of service matched the price + more. The super kind staff was always available and at disposal - even offering ad hoc help after check-out, e.g., ordering a taxi to the airport, and more. Absolutely recommendable if you are looking for a pleasant and relaxing hotel in the very heart of Prague.

The staff at Emblem were absolutely fantastic. The concierge JOSEPH was absolutely fabulous. He told us where to get a great meal at a reasonable price. He gave us all kinds of ideas. Interactions. He went over and above. He was absolutely accommodating and welcoming. Also at the front desk we had such an amazing experience with Paul Nde, he went out of his way to get items from our bags back-and-forth, he charged my phone and kept an eye on it the whole time we went and explored the city on our last day. He called the taxi for us. He was so very helpful and accommodating!!! These two gentlemen Paul and Joseph made the experience in Prague, so memorable and much better than expected. We will definitely come back to this hotel. The location was absolutely credible. It was so close to everything you need. The slippers in the room and robes as well as lavender pillow spray added a really nice touch Thank you all! The two Canadian sisters (aka:The Golden Girls)

This a fabulous place.The staff is beyond exceptional. They do everything to make your stay perfect. They got me to the emergency room after a fall like a family. Steps from tbe square.

Everyone at the hotel were so accommodating and were always friendly. We were surprised with a bottle of wine in our room to celebrate our honeymoon and that was just the perfect start to a wonderful few days stay. What a wonderful hotel in such a wonderful place! Will definitely come again!

The hotel is located in the heart of old town in Prague. It is ideal for getting around. Everything is at a wlaking distance. The staff was very friendly amd efficient.

Unfreundlich nie wider . Ich habe extra das teuerste Zimmer gebucht . Ich bin extra wegen dem Steakhaus gekommen . Das Steakhaus ist wegen externen Gesten voll für Hotelgäste keinen Platz. Man wird unfreundlich abgewimmelt . Zimmerservice war nicht möglich . Wir mussten uns selber in der Stadt was zu essen suchen ! . Nie wider sowas

Pretty, well appointed boutique hotel with great location and helpful staff.u fortunately the restaurant and bar are operated by an independent company. I had a Kafkaesque experience with the bar that would not be imaagineable at a hotel that controlled its own facilities. That ruined one vening in an otherwise pleasant stay. Prague us a theme park with Kafka and the Golem in place of Mickey abs Goofy, so I will chalk that up to local color.

Great stay in perfect central location for Prague. Easy walk to highlights, but still quiet being off of the main street. Room was modern, spacious, and comfortable, particularly the bathroom was one of the best I’ve seen in a European hotel. I tried out the steak restaurant and the spa, and both were excellent as well. Highly recommended, and a reasonable value.

I was given a room with the huge bath tub, that has different levels of bathroom floor and bath tub floor - it was not safe to get in and out of the bath tub to take a shower, slippery and inconvenient - not even one handle. very dangerous for people 65 2. breakfast food variety and especially service was not good for a 5 star Hotel. 3. I needed to work during the day for couple of hours. It is a desk that you can use, but there is no light near the desk, dark even in day time. You need to move the floor lamp from the small sitting area to get some light. Also only one connection near the desk - have to choose what to charge - computer or phone. 3.

The hotel and Expedia disagreed on whether breakfast waa included; Expedia says it was and the hotel says it wasn't, I didn't fight it. But verify before you expect.
