Des (Pappa Smurf) was super friendly and kind. He felt like another buddy to me more than a manager of a motel. The room was dated, but clean and warm. Two bedrooms, with a kitchenette for the price, was awesome! Located near a decent pub. This was more than we expected actually. Des allowed us to take their hot springs towels and leave them with the hot springs 'after' checkout. how cool is that?! We'll be back!

This is an older motel which has been renovated. The rooms and bathroom are clean and pleasant. Nothing fancy and that’s ok. There is some noise from a common bbq area in the evenings, but that subsides around 10:30. The only negative thing about the place is the limited parking. When it’s full, we had to park across the street in another hotel’s parking lot. I think the place was ok for one night. We stayed 4 nights and wouldn’t do that again.

Dated, but clean and quiet. Two proper bedrooms in addition to a pull-out sofa in the living area. With the full kitchen it was a good place for our family of six for three nights. Outstanding service from Desi!

Exceeded expectations! They even left a crib (playpen bed) for our newborn. There was AC, a little TV (which we didn’t even turn on given there’s so much to do outside here). There was a little firepit where people gathered in the evening - we didn’t partake, although it looked fun (newborn life). The only criticism is that there was barely any toilet paper left, and the body wash was suuuper low - we ran out during the stay. We will be back (and will bring our own soap next time lol). Thanks for a great stay! Would recommend to families and anyone staying in the area.

Nice place, great people and they have lots of BBQ so you can grill and nice fire place and patio. You can have a great party in this place. Nice clean and tidy rooms. Will visit again for sure

Owner and staff is friendly. Room is actually have one bed room one more bed. Great for privacy. Fridge, microwave, coffee and hair dryer. Everything you need and everything works. There is patio furniture and BBQ for cooking as well. I’ll comeback this place for sure.

Was very clean and cute, tv could be a little bigger in the room we stayed in not sure if same one for every room. Property has a communal fire pit with supplied wood and barbeques to use. Prices vary on season as its in high tourist area but was great price in March. Would stay again for sure!

The host was reasonably friendly and cooperative, however the microwave didn't work properly, the pull- out bed was far too small and quite uncomfortable. Had to make up the pull out bed myself because it was just a bare mattress when we arrived. No pillow slip for the pull out bed pillow, it was just a dirty looking throw pillow. The bathtub and queen bed had hair in them from previous occupants. I would not stay here again.

Mountain Springs Motel is an older property, well maintained and serviced. The two most important qualities I look for are cleanliness and comfortable beds. This motel excelled at both. The property is older, but the owners appear to be committed to upgrading it. Numerous improvement projects are underway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Was a great little motel with plenty of space. Layout of the room was amazing with the two separate bedrooms. Our Wifi didnt work at all for the two nights but it wasn't an issue for us since thats not what we go to Radium for so we didn't even bother to ask about it. Beds are a bit hard but plenty of bedding and comfy pillows and owner was very accomadating to let us know if we needed anything to let him know. Will definitely be loking at this place when we come back.

Rocky Mountain Springs Motel is a good place to stay in. It’s dog-friendly first of all, easy access to places and the pools of course. We will definitely book our family again.
