A good spot if you are flying in/out of Schiphol. It is in the backside of the airport but we weren't bothered at all by noise. The biggest issue was that the hotel was understaffed so the desk clerk was doing everything from waiting tables to checking in guests. We asked for a bucket of ice for our room and we never did get it. If you have a car, there is parking in the back as there is nothing on the main road.

This hotel has exactly seven parking spots. You have to find street parking and hope you don’t get a boot or towed. Otherwise, it seems like a relatively new property, although it is far from transportation and the city.

The hotel offers ONE room card per room. My husband is a smoker so we asked for an additional card....this was not available and extremely inconvienent as the room key is required to use the lights etc. No service at the bar! We left and went across the street....had drinks and dinner. My sister's room smelt like mould. They changed her room to a kind size bed to resolve this however the nexr morning the Assistant manager was rude anÿ. Based on my experince i would not stay at this hotel again

Prima verblijf voor een nacht, nette schone kamers. Goed geslapen. Ontbijt ook prima, vers fruit, vers brood. Alleen zou ik er niet dineren. De kaart is beperkt en er is niet echt keukenpersoneel, dus hou het simpel. Wij kozen daarom voor de hamburger, maar het broodje was niet geroosterd, geen saus bij de hamburger en een gefrituurde hamburger. Oke, voor het gemak voor snel. Maar niet wanneer je verwacht lekker te dineren...

Het is jammer dat 's avonds om 22.00 uur de bar al dicht was zodat we niet nog een borrel konden drinken, dus direct door naar de kamer. Heerlijk geslapen, alleen de matrassen waren veel te zacht, nu na bijna een week nog last van onze rug. Hierdoor zouden we niet snel terug gaan.

Girlfriend and I came here for a spontaneous weekend trip because it looked like the best price-for-value around Amsterdam free parking cause we were with car. Everything was clean, shower was especially nice, staff was friendly. Hotelbar was also nice, even though a little pricey (~7Euro for 0,5 Heineken). With car it takes around 20-30 minutes to the city centre. Would stay here again, thanks!

This place has bed bugs. I have been sick since then. We complained about it. I think to the hotel it was a common thing. Please do not book this hotel. The two staff Safi and the other man which i forgot his name were amazing when checked in. They were helpful. I think Expedia is to blame for having such an awful place on their listing.

In den ersten beiden Zimmern konnte das Fenster nicht geschlossen werden bzw. wenn es geschlossen war waren grosse Schlitze, die Luft und den Lärm hereinliessen. Laut Rezeption lag das am Starken Wind draussen!!!!, was bei 0°C und Nähe zum Flughafen schlecht ist. Insgesamt hatte ich das Gefühl, dass es überall harkte. Wände mit vielen Abkratzern und Flecken, Teppich auch mit vielen Flecken, der Käse beim Frühstück sah alt und vertrocknet aus, tische wurden Ewigkeiten nicht abgeräumt usw.. Auf dem Weg zum Parkplatzt war Müll. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass es nicht interessiert da die meisten Kunden wohl eh nicht wieder kommen. Ich werde es definitiv nicht mehr tun.

Room smelt like chemicals/mold and carpets were dirty. Left me with a horrible migraine because of the smells. The road in front of the hotel was also closed too which made uber and cab pick ups and drop offs very inconvenient. Also not really a convenient location to the airport. 3ish miles but took 18+ minutes to get there.

BEDBUG ALART!!! I found a bedbug walking on my PJ in room 216. This hotel admitted that they have had bedbug issue. The lady at the frontdesk said "Yes, we have had the bedbug problem. We are honest. But we treated with the chemical yesterday. You didn\'t take a photo of the bedbug, then you have no proof. Bedbug is not our fault, customers brought it in the hotel. Nothing we can do." They put me in the room they treated the bedbug with the strong chemical smell, which I could smell strong paint kind of smell right after getting into the room, blamed on me not taking photo of the bedbug as a proof, no apology, no compensation and no refund. TERRIBLE EVERYTHING! AVOID THIS PLACE!

We had a problem with bedbugs, so that was awful, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The location isn't that great as it was described - they said 2km straight line from hotel to airport and km may not be precise, but in reality it's around 10 km. City center was super far- minimum an hour with buses, but in description it was described that you can reach city with local buses in 30 mins, thats not accurate at all. Also the breakfast buffet for the price was not worth it:/ all week the food were the same- eggs, sandwich or cereal, the food wasn't that bad, but for the price it just makes no sense

Wir sind geflohen! Eingecheckt, im Zimmer angekommen, ein unerträglich Gestank, dreckige Bettwäsche und Anzeichen von Bettwanzen. Unfreundliches Personal welches zugibt, dass wir nicht die einzigen sind die sich über Sowas beschweren. Mussten am Ende im Auto schlafen.

Reinigungskräfte waren vorhanden, aber nicht in der Lage zu reinigen. Fluglärm war leicht vorhanden, jedoch war uns dies bekannt und hat nicht gestört. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr eingeschränkt, Jugendherbergenniveau. Keine 17.50€ p.p wert. Positiv war: Die Bar war geöffnet, jedoch hochpreisiger. Personal beim Frühstück war Aufmerksam und hat nachgefüllt. angenehme Dusche kostenloses Zimmerupgrade kostenlose Parkplätze Alles in Allem, mit mehr Sauberkeit würden wir für den vergleichbaren günstigen Preis wiederkommen.

Terrible experience at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. First thing this hotel is far away from town and transportation is not simple we had to spend a lot money Ubering to get around. Also this hotel has a bed bug issue and the beds are very uncomfortable.

My room was large enough,with large tv screen,my twin bed was comfortable enough and shower handly.Basic amenities. Dark inside. Downstairs,reception is part of lounge's hall entrance with terrace where to read or savour some snacky. Restrictive shopping all around.

The hotel offers ONE room card per room. My husband is a smoker so we asked for an additional card....this was not available and extremely inconvienent as the room key is required to use the lights etc. No service at the bar! We left and went across the street....had drinks and dinner. My sister's room smelt like mould. They changed her room to a kind size bed to resolve this however the nexr morning the Assistant manager was rude anÿ. Based on my experince i would not stay at this hotel again

The air conditioner was not working in the room, asked for another room and was told none available, a staff gave me a fan which did not make for comfortable sleeping, the attitude was not apologetic in any way, complete waste of money, the location has only one hourly bus which stops at 11 pm so not convenient for early morning flights unless get an Uber EUR 40 .

If just you could get a friendly smile on arrival or for breakfast… The receptionist was angry and non-polite. The hotel use a very strong, got great smelling fragrance in aircondition/heating system in the room. Asked to get it removed, but it did not help at all.

Har været på Blue Mansion utallige gange i forbindelse med arbejde, og det har altid været fint og i orden. Denne gang havde vi meget bøvl med lyset på værelset, fordi den holder man sætter kortet ned i ikke virkede hele tiden. Så vi måtte have fat i receptionen og det virkede som om vi var irriterende når vi kom og bad om hjælp. Det er ærgerligt og unødvendigt. Vi fik indtrykket at de udemærket godt vidste der var et problem - så få det dog lavet i stedet for.

Room smelt like chemicals/mold and carpets were dirty. Left me with a horrible migraine because of the smells. The road in front of the hotel was also closed too which made uber and cab pick ups and drop offs very inconvenient. Also not really a convenient location to the airport. 3ish miles but took 18+ minutes to get there.

Though it is really remote from Amsterdam downtown, Blue Mansion Hotel is conveniently close to Schipol airport. Room was really large and comfy, clean and double-glazing worked wonders with airport being very close. The only caveat is that there is not many options to eat nearby (but Brasserie David nearby is really to recommend). Staff was friendly and helpful.

This property is advertised as near the city of Amsterdam but it isn’t - the public service takes over 1 hour 15min to get there there are no bars near the hotel it was awful and a horrible experience- we checked out on the Friday evening as it too 2 hours to get back -it cost a fortune in taxi to get to our other hotel!! Expedia would not allow us to change or give us a refund !!! DO NIT USE THUS HOTEL

Die Unterkunft ist für einen Kurzurlaub ausreichend. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände hauptsächlich im Bad sind Reparaturbedürftig. Das gebuchte Frühstück war für die 3 Nächte ausreichend aber sehr eintönig. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen aber natürlich mit den entsprechenden Hinweisen.

Einfache aufback Brötchen, Ausschnitt aus der Packung vom Supermarkt. Der Kaffee wäre besser frisch gekocht statt aus einer Maschine. Die Maschine war leider an dem Morgen öfter defekt. Das Personal war sehr gut, ganz viel lob an alle die in ihrem Hotel arbeiten.sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, alles ist da, was man braucht. Der Preis für die Übernachtung war okay.

First night was nearly €90 to get to town in a taxi. €69 on the way back. This hotel is not not not near the city. Public transport to this hotel is not good either. Food was awful. Plus points: - Safe Box - mini fridge - Coffee Machine - Clean to the point and soft sheets and pillows - Great Service - Great Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner Menu - Great Staff Some Minus points: - No toothpaste - No Seperate Air Conditioning All the rest were great and i enjoyed my stay.
