Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel

Comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was amazing. We will stay again.

Friendly staff, great room which was clean and very comfortable

Restaurant service terrible main course served before appetiser. Dirty dishes from 1 st course not removed, never asked if meal ok? Never brought bill over even after asked. Note we confirmed who server was and it was restaurant manager

Good afternoon, My name is Marco Antonio Cunha Dantas and I stayed at this hotel from February 24th to February 25th in room 1003. When checking out on the morning of February 25th, 2026, I forgot a leather jacket in the room where I stayed. As I will be in Amsterdam again in May of this year, but at another hotel in the center of Amsterdam, I would like to know if you could locate my jacket in room 1003 and if, in May 2026 when I am in Amsterdam again, it would be possible for this hotel to send me my jacket to the hotel where I will be staying in the city center. Food at the restaurant was quite delusional, soup with Wild mushrooms very poor no wild or fresh, mushrooms was dry kind. Aubergine for main dish, well undercook bitter, tomato and cheese un eatable. All.food very desapointed.
