Lovely common area and out door patio, with lovely varied breakfast buffet. The meals were delicious; the best we had in Greece. Lovely rocky beach. Isolated, so you do need a car to get around. Rooms are basic, but no issues and there was a large patio.

The hotel has a friendly atmosphere and is a convenient jumping off point when travelling to/from the airport. Food is very good although the menu is limited and a little on the pricy side. The views are amazing and it could be considered a great little hideaway location. Car parking is a bit limited.

When I arrived very challenging to find parking, weekends especially Sunday had lots of visitors. When I left Monday there was more parking available. Beach is very nice, it's Rocky and lots of stairs but water is beautiful. Breakfast was great. Dinner was very good and reasonably priced. Lovely staff and service with beautiful views on the balconies.

Beautiful location with great sea views and amenities. The sunbeds were included and the restaurant was fabulous! Right off the highway so very convenient for an overnight stay alto-ugh I wish we could have stayed 2 nights.

L’hôtel Cokkini est un petit paradis !! Les chambres ont une vue sur la mer et sont propres avec salle de bain récentes. La terrasse avec plusieurs petits paliers offre des vues magnifiques et est aussi bordé d’arbres et de plantes. On y prend notre déjeuner (de type buffet) et les repas du restaurant sont délicieux et abordables. Nous avian adoré nos baignades sur la plage de galet et bien apprécié l’accès aux chaises longues. Prévoyez chaussures pour la baignade et masque et tuba pour y voir lea petits poissons! Superbe 2 jours relaxants pour décompresser de notre vol! D’ailleurs, à notre demande, quelqu’un de l’hôtel est venu nous Chercher à l’aéroport. Pour le retour à Ahthene , nous avons utilisé le train de banlieu simple et confortable.

Only an hour from the airport, the hotel has an amazing view over the water. The staff were very welcoming, free off road parking and a wonderful restaurant overlooking the sea. The rooms are clean and well equipped, very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight too.

The Food and Location was great. Service was OK, but THE WORST COFFEE ever. The coffee is so bad that most tables ordered coffee from the bar at 5EU a coffee! First it is warm NOT HOT, they make it then unplug it and put it out so at best it is warm. Second, Whatever they are using for coffee is undrinkable. I am completely happy with instant coffee, and would have loved that over what they serve.(That is in fact what we did) Other note it is about 50 steep steps down to beach, just so you are aware.

One of the highlights was the dining and bar area located just above the sea — a beautiful spot with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff there were especially friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The sea was absolutely stunning — crystal clear and perfect for swimming. However, one major downside is the lack of a shower near the beach. After swimming, you’re left salty for the rest of the day, which is quite uncomfortable. This really needs to be addressed. The rooms were decent and clean, though a touch of modernization wouldn’t hurt. Another odd point: beach towels are only changed every three days, which feels a bit inconvenient, especially with no beach shower available. The hotel staff overall were helpful and polite. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00, but it would be great if it could be extended at least until 10:30 or even 11:00 for a more relaxed morning. Despite these small issues, we left feeling very satisfied. The overall vibe was peaceful and calm. With a few improvements, this place could offer an even more seamless experience. Thank you!

We had a wonderful and truly relaxing stay at the hotel! The staff were helpful and welcoming, and our room offered a stunning sea view. Breakfast was fresh and nutritious. The sea itself was crystal clear and an absolute joy not only to swim in, but simply to gaze at. The location is beautiful and peaceful, a perfect spot to unwind away from noise and crowds. Overall, it was such a lovely getaway, a chance to forget the world for a while, enjoy the turquoise waters, and be reminded of the beauty and power of nature.

We really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed here before our oversea flight back home. The Athens airport is just an hour away (without traffic). We enjoyed the lovely view and swimming right downstairs. There is an onsite restaurant that serves good food, too. The owners packed us a "to go" box for breakfast.

Rommet var som vanlig upåklagelig men noe har skjedd siden sist vi besøkte hotellet. Service og atmosfære har blitt merkbart dårligere. Feks. - Hvorfor henge opp bar meny på stranden når ingen vet hvem eller hvor man får kjøpt noe. Solsenger var veltet og låst fast i parasollen, gamle badehåndklær og søppel lå igjen etter tidligere besøkende. Trappen ned til stranden var smuldret opp, på grensen til farlig, og nesten gjengrodd av busker. Hvem har ansvaret? Middag - Den selvsagte veiledningen man bør gi gjestene når de tilfeldigvis bestiller lammeskanke uten tilbehør, var fraværende. Dette burde være elementært. Når kelneren attpåtil tror at man bestiller 1 lammeskanke og litt potetmos på deling mellom 2 gjester, uten å forsikre seg om at dette stemmer, da mangler man kanskje litt på opplæringen? Det var også usedvanlig mye fluer ved frokosten. Hva tiltaket var for å unngå dette vites ikke. Frokostbuffet ble dessuten servert inne mens gjestene naturligvis satt seg ute og man måtte løpe inn og ut for å hente alt man ønsker seg. Og hvorfor må man selv bestille kaffe og juice i baren og deretter få det servert ved bordet? Merkelig praksis. Vi savner de hyggelige eldre kelnerne som serverte oss, skapte den gode, nesten familiære atmosfæren med smil, imøtekommenhet og høflighet. Hotellet er fremdeles familiedrevet men noe har forandret seg og kanskje mistet på veien.

Door ellende met huurauto’s die er niet meer waren, hebben we naar dit hotel gebeld. Ze hebben goed meegedacht en waren behulpzaam. We kwamen om drie uur in de nacht aan in hotel. Daar stond een half kilootje wijn voor ons klaar met een lekkere boterham met kaar. Supergoed!

We had a wonderful and truly relaxing stay at the hotel! The staff were helpful and welcoming, and our room offered a stunning sea view. Breakfast was fresh and nutritious. Enjoyed a one night stay and I am so sad that we only had booked it for one night. The staff were so helpful with arranging taxis to get us where we needed to go, the food is delicious and the views and beach are beautiful! A beautiful hidden gem!

Incredible food. Very welcoming staff. What a lovely place for a getaway. The rooms are simple but comfortable, but there are many lovely spots from which to observe and enjoy the ocean, including your private balcony.

Beautiful location with great sea views and amenities. The sunbeds were included and the restaurant was fabulous! Right off the highway so very convenient for an overnight stay alto-ugh I wish we could have stayed 2 nights.

Only an hour from the airport, the hotel has an amazing view over the water. The staff were very welcoming, free off road parking and a wonderful restaurant overlooking the sea. The rooms are clean and well equipped, very comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight too.

A beautilful small hotel in the absolutely most panoramic surroundings at the seaside. Very nice and helpful staff. Close to Athens (77 km) so a most practical stay-over after arriving in the airport. But we almost stayed a few more days. There is no luxury here, but its a fine place to stay, and a great plus: a very nice breakfast buffet :-)

Lovely common area and out door patio, with lovely varied breakfast buffet. The meals were delicious; the best we had in Greece. Lovely rocky beach. Isolated, so you do need a car to get around. Rooms are basic, but no issues and there was a large patio.

The hotel has a friendly atmosphere and is a convenient jumping off point when travelling to/from the airport. Food is very good although the menu is limited and a little on the pricy side. The views are amazing and it could be considered a great little hideaway location. Car parking is a bit limited.

L’hôtel Cokkini est un petit paradis !! Les chambres ont une vue sur la mer et sont propres avec salle de bain récentes. La terrasse avec plusieurs petits paliers offre des vues magnifiques et est aussi bordé d’arbres et de plantes. On y prend notre déjeuner (de type buffet) et les repas du restaurant sont délicieux et abordables. Nous avian adoré nos baignades sur la plage de galet et bien apprécié l’accès aux chaises longues. Prévoyez chaussures pour la baignade et masque et tuba pour y voir lea petits poissons! Superbe 2 jours relaxants pour décompresser de notre vol! D’ailleurs, à notre demande, quelqu’un de l’hôtel est venu nous Chercher à l’aéroport. Pour le retour à Ahthene , nous avons utilisé le train de banlieu simple et confortable.

The Food and Location was great. Service was OK, but THE WORST COFFEE ever. The coffee is so bad that most tables ordered coffee from the bar at 5EU a coffee! First it is warm NOT HOT, they make it then unplug it and put it out so at best it is warm. Second, Whatever they are using for coffee is undrinkable. I am completely happy with instant coffee, and would have loved that over what they serve.(That is in fact what we did) Other note it is about 50 steep steps down to beach, just so you are aware.

This was our third time at Cokkinis hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the front rooms have a magnificent view of the seas from the balcony. Due to road works the approach to the hotel from Athens was closed, but the hotel sent us clear alternate instructions a few days before arrival. Great service! The restaurant overlooking the sea is excellent as are the staff. Good breakfast too. Highly recommended and only an hour from the airport !

Wishing having received more information upon check-in, anyway location is great, I recommend having dinner on the terrace. Breakfast is not worthy the price but there is nothing nearby.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A small but interesting menu but one that is cooked to Oder rather than dragged out of the freezer so be patient. Excellent location to eat indoors or out and they serve food until 2300. Breakfast is a bit late for my take at 0800 but can be arranged for 0700 at a cost.
