Veldig hyggelig og flott resort med gangavstand til sentrum og gammel byen. God service, flott renhold og tilgjengelighet på god mat og drikke fra tidlig til sent. Fint basseng område og mulighet for shuttle buss til An Bang beach. Vil varmt anbefale denne resorten i Hoi An 🌺

An excellent hotel set in beautiful grounds and gardens. It has no fewer than four swimming pools and two great restaurants. The staff are incredibly helpful and did everything to help me enjoy my stay. It is a little way out of the centre requiring a 15 minute walk to the edge of the old town. However, taxis and rides are easily available. I ate twice in the Temple restaurant and the food was very good.

직원은 친절했지만 전체적으로 시설이 매우 낙후하고, 특히 gym과 kids club은 수준 이하 시설입니다 수영장 4개중 3개가 보수공사라 유일하게 이용한 수영장도 온수풀이 아니라 물도 너무 차고 주위 풍경이나 냄새가 유쾌하지 못했고 수영장 보수에 대한 어떤 사전 공지도 받지 못했습니다. 가격대비 많이 실망스러운 호텔이었습니다.

Absolutely beautiful resort , first class infinity swimming pool , room was amazing & spotless clean , Food was delicious, all the staff are very friendly & helpful, but big ThankYou to Hoang ~ “Guest Relations Officer “ who goes above & beyond to make your stay memorable. I would recommend & return to this resort , infact my daughter is returning next week with her partner as she was so impressed , & has cancelled her other hotel booking . La Siesta Resort offer a complimentary shuttle bus service in to town & to the beach where they have a beach club , the beach was a tropical paradise & we had lovely lunch at their restaurant, we also made use of the complimentary sun beds My & my daughter enjoyed the very well priced cocktails during Happy Hour at the gorgeous infinity pool !

조용하고 좋습니다 다만 조식이 가지수가 많지 않아요 전반적으로 직원들도 친절하고 수영장도 낮은 구간이 있어서 아기랑 잘 놀았습니다 유아풀이 따로 있긴한데 바람이 많이 불고 물이 차가워서 이용하진 못했네요 인피니티풀쪽도 바람이 많이 불고 식당 앞 수영장이 온도도 괜찮고 바람도 불지않고 낮은곳도 있어서 거기서만 놀았습니다.

The property is located just on the edge of Hoi An and it’s an oasis, but you would never know from looking at the street front. Four pools, huge trees, and gardens, beautiful walkways everything is so perfect one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stated a lot of them.

The staff were very friendly. The front desk staff were kind, and the servers at the restaurant were also really nice. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small and the lighting was too dim. Also, plastic part of the key holder kept coming loose and falling to the floor. Overall, many of the interior features in the room were quite old.

Excellent customer services from every department. Beautiful design of the complex and each room. Swimming pool designs are breathtaking. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections are endless and delicious. I left my very expensive reading glasses behind for 3 days and they still had it when I rang back. Now that’s impressive. We stayed in this hotel twice already and will not stay anywhere else in Hoi An other than this.

Hotel was amazing, extremely clean, great choice of bars and restaurants. Food was delicious with a fabulous selection at breakfast. Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

I would definitely recommend this property. The resort is beautifully set-up, with all facilities and good rooms (stayed in Junior Suite). The key downside is that this is a 20 to 25 minute walk from the main area and the hotel shuttle runs at very limited intervals. The 3 separate pools are excellent and staff is very helpful. The breakfast was good and had variety and the team was superb. The only cons for my stay were that: 1. There was not separator between the shower area and room in one room (in our second room there was a sheer curtain). 2. The sheets though clean, had a lot of stains.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Siesta, staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Yem in the Temple bar. everything was really clean and the gardens are beautifully kept. La Siesta is a lovely peaceful place to stay and was only a short 10 minute walk into the old town

Staff is very friendly and helpful, specially Hoang was excellent! The room was nice and spacious, with a good view of the rice field. Breakfast was included and a lot of choices for food. I would love to come and stay again here in the future.

こちらのホテルを予約して本当によかった。 チェックインから最後までどなたと話しても丁寧でした。 従業員の方々はすれ違うときもちゃんと挨拶してくれますし、とても気持ちが良かったです。 又、お部屋もですが、ホテル自体の装飾がとてもかわいくて毎日癒されてました。 ダナン、ホイアンのホテルに何ヶ所か泊まりましたが、一番朝食が美味しかったと思います。 欧米の方や韓国の方が多かったイメージですが、日本の方も2組ほどいらっしゃいました 気になったことと言えばトイレ。 扉はありますが個室ではないため、毎度主人にバルコニーに出てもらったりして不便でした。 日本人あるあるかもしれません。 今回お祝いを兼ねての利用だったのですが、事前のやり取りからスムーズでベットの装飾も嬉しかったです。 総合的にみたら最高のホテルでした！

到着後、部屋のエアコンから酷い水漏れ。すぐに修理に来てくれたが、治らず。結局、部屋を変わる事になったが、提供された部屋はアップグレードで4人部屋となり、とても広く快適であった。お詫びとして、翌朝の朝食時にゼネラルマネージャーより、滞在中の夕食一回（レットビーンズでのベトナム料理のセットメニュー）の無料のサービスと、スパを40パーセント引きにしていただけるご案内をいただいた。エアコン故障の為、外食する時間がなくなったので、ホテル内のテンプルレストランで夕食をとったが、驚くほど美味しくて、滞在中リピートすることとなった。出だしは悪かったものの、最終的には、最高によい思い出となる滞在となった。物腰し柔らかなゼネラルマネージャーの応対は、ホテルの品の良さと、サービスの高さを感じました。必ずまたリピートしたいホテルです！

A lovely hotel about 15 mins walk from Old Town. A great room, comfortable bed and great jacuzzi bath. First hotel of the trip with refillable toiletries and glass bottles for the water. Would love to stay longer!

Everything was great. My only (minor) criticism is that the room was a little noisy during the day. Workmen were drilling on an upstairs floor. And a heated pool would be good for winter months? Staff were wonderful - it’s part of the Vietnamese character to be kind and thoughtful. Would stay again without hesitation.

I would definitely recommend this property. The resort is beautifully set-up, with all facilities and good rooms (stayed in Junior Suite). The key downside is that this is a 20 to 25 minute walk from the main area and the hotel shuttle runs at very limited intervals. The 3 separate pools are excellent and staff is very helpful. The breakfast was good and had variety and the team was superb. The only cons for my stay were that: 1. There was not separator between the shower area and room in one room (in our second room there was a sheer curtain). 2. The sheets though clean, had a lot of stains.

We were welcomed by Mr. Hoang who took very personal care of us during our entire stay from recommendations to free upgrades - he connected with WhatsApp from check-in which made everything (big or small) very smooth! Never seen a personal service like this at any other resort before. Room were exceptional quality and above and beyond for a family with small kids. Convenient to Hoi A town (taxi or walk) but still far enough to make you feel living in a resort away from hustle and bustle. Property is very well maintained and has great amenities! Highly recommend the stay here😊

Excellent customer services from every department. Beautiful design of the complex and each room. Swimming pool designs are breathtaking. Beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast selections are endless and delicious. I left my very expensive reading glasses behind for 3 days and they still had it when I rang back. Now that’s impressive. We stayed in this hotel twice already and will not stay anywhere else in Hoi An other than this.

We stayed at la siesta for 6 nights. The staff are wonderful with a smile on their face and a warm welcome every day. We had several small issues that affected our stay and even though you are constantly asked for feedback on each part of the resort when negative feedback was given the reaction was taken personally. . I feel feedback should not be addressed with your guests at the time it is given. It should be reflected upon later and addressed without making the guests feel uncomfortable and guilty for genuine feedback.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Siesta, staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Yem in the Temple bar. everything was really clean and the gardens are beautifully kept. La Siesta is a lovely peaceful place to stay and was only a short 10 minute walk into the old town

The hotel itself is fine. We didn't get off to a good start when our first meal on arrival was not very good. The fridge in our room was not very cold. All our other meals were fine and we were able to get an ice bucket to remedy the not so cold fridge. The one big problem I had at the resort was the staff. They have obviously been trained to engage with guests and check that everything is ok. The conversation would then progress to what your plans were and the weather. It went on forever. This is lovely until it reaches the point that you are constantly interrupted and hassled incessantly. It was over the top. The resorts training needs to include when to back off and stop annoying the guest and let them have a holiday!

This is a beautiful oasis just outside Hoi An Old Town. Rooms are clean with modern amenities, good AC etc. Restaurants onsite were very good as well…and staff are all superb..especially Miss Lan who we met on our last visit to Hoi An 2 years ago. Will definitely come back if we get the chance.

The staff are incredibly helpful and did everything to help me enjoy my stay. It is a little way out of the centre requiring a 15 minute walk to the edge of the old town. However, taxis and rides are easily available. I ate twice in the Temple restaurant and the food was very good.

Located just outside of Old Town only 10-15 walk to there which made it nice to not be right inside Old Town. Even though a room upgrade was not offered or mentioned at checkin, they immediately contacted me with an upgrade after I had reviewed the checkin process. The only minor thing I wish they would add would be shuttle service to Old Town after 3pm (that’s the latest shuttle). Overall this was a great hotel that I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel in a good location a 10 - 15 minute walk to the riverside in Hoi An. Always well looked after by the staff. Stayed for 3 nights and would have extended if other sections of the holiday could have been changed. The property is located just on the edge of Hoi An and it’s an oasis, but you would never know from looking at the street front. Four pools, huge trees, and gardens, beautiful walkways everything is so perfect one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stated a lot of them.

We have been to some fantastic hotels over the years, La Siesta is first class.The breakfast in the morning has everything you could ever want and if you would like something that is not there, they will get it for you. The service is excellent from housekeeping to reception. They have obviously been trained to engage with guests and check that everything is ok. The conversation would then progress to what your plans were and the weather. It went on forever. This is lovely until it reaches the point that you are constantly interrupted and hassled incessantly. It was over the top. The resorts training needs to include when to back off and stop annoying the guest and let them have a holiday!

We had a wonderful stay here. Ms. Tran and Mr. Cuong looked after us so well during our stay here in Hoi An. Our rooms were spacious and directly access to the infinity pool, we just walked out and had our morning swimming everyday! The hotel room were included breakfast and the breakfast were so good. We will definitely come back and stay in this hotel again when we visit Hoi An!
