Me and my wife stayed here during our 1st wedding anniversary trip to Vietnam. The staff were all super friendly and helpful but Kathy really went the extra mile. From check in she congratulated us and went out of her way to offer useful information about the area and the hotel which was much appreciated. Every time she saw us she made sure to say hello and ask what we had been up to and what we had planned next. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and made our stay really comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself is stunning and the room was amazing. The location is great, just outside of Hoi An so a 5min Grab ride which is very cheap, or about a 20min walk so it’s nearby without the noise and crowds. Also the hotel has multiple free shuttles every day into and out of Hoi An so can’t fault the service. Breakfast was excellent with great quality food and choice. We loved our complimentary foot massage in the spa and both pools are great for a relaxing dip and a few drinks, especially during 241 happy hour. All in all we couldn’t be happier with our time at the Grand Sunrise Palace. Would highly recommend.

Incredible buffet breakfast, the sweetest staff who were so accommodating. Two pools, lots of fun things to do locally. They even organised free shuttle buses to go see sites. Dont pass on this incredible hotel!

There are not enough star ratings for this hotel and the staff. Nothing is too much bother for them. From check in to check out and everything in between the staff we’re sensational. We would like to particularly thank Kathy from reception who went above and beyond her duties to ensure that all her guests were made to feel special. Kathy thank you for your warmth, kindness and dedication to ensuring that we had a wonderful experience in both the hotel as well as Hoi An itself. You deserve a 1 000 000 star review! Rooms were gorgeous Jessi was amazing to help in every possible way Spa treatments by Sami was also exceptional Just breakfast was plentiful but lacked a bit of flavour sometimes and the jaccuzi in spa is a cold water one. Steam room and sauna were great. However amazing experience with free shuttlebus etc. Staff really make this place incredible

This new hotel in Hoi An is gorgeous with very comfortable rooms. The staff was amazing and always so helpful in planning out activities. Luna was our favorite and was so cheerful and friendly every morning. The hotel has bicycles and also rents scooters which we used to explore the town and travel to A Bang beach each day.

Rooms, pool and staff were all lovely.Jessi was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to beach and old town, free afternoon tea, free 30min foot massage, free bikes, free wine tasting and the price even included free breakfast. These extras were much appreciated. Highly recommend this place. Really amazing!

This place had it all: greeted us warmly, great hospitality, local shuttle service, top-notch cleanliness (only 8mths old even we stayed) on site restaurant with global food, in house spa services, roof top pool... we had a very pleasurable stay.

This property is brand new and it is spectacular. Staff like Lily really make everyone feel like they are family. Our every need was seen to immediately. The hotel spa with Ms Vy and our massage girls Cam and Mia were OUTSTANDING. We loved the Grab taxi services and the hotel takes pictures of all the license plates when you come and go with the taxis to ensure you are safe! It is at least a 45 minute walk to the Old Town, or a 5 minute Grab ride for about $2.00 USD. The hotel ammenities were lovely, including two pools (one on the roof!!) I will say everything is 5 Stars but if I could say one tiny little thing it would be the buffet. We are vegetarian and there were virtually no options. I have stayed at other world class resorts and the western breakfasts included many other items. HOWEVER, this doesn’t overshadow the fact that the hotel environment and rooms more than make up for this. Beds are super comfy. Air conditioning is ice cold (you need it in summer) and the smoker tub is to die for after a long day of walking. We enjoyed a massage almost every day also… highly recommend this hotel!!!

Great Hotel, lovely friendly and helpful staff, especially Kaytee who looked after us. Nice location which is a short walk or shuttle bus to the centre. Choice of 2 nice pools and a rooftop bar for an afternoon drink to cool down. When I come back to Hoi An I will be staying here again for sure.

とてもいいホテルです。 部屋の掃除も行き届いており、虫や排水溝の詰まりもありませんでした。スタッフも丁寧で親切な人が多く、滞在中に嫌な思いをすることはありませんでした。 ナンシーと言うスタッフが非常に良くしてくれました。 オールドタウンから少し離れていますが、無料の送迎もあるので便利です。ホテルの前には美味しいフーティウやチキンライスのお店もあります。 ホイアンに来た際は、また泊まりたいと思うホテルです。おすすめします。

Overall, this property was great, but it does feel a bit on the older side. I noticed a smell coming from the vent when the AC was turned on, and one night, I had to leave the balcony door open. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. The staff could be a bit more attentive—less time on personal phones during check-in would improve the experience. That said, for the price and convenience, the hotel isn’t a bad choice.

Clean rooms, nice decor, good breakfast selection and the pool was lovely on the roof to watch sunset. Our only feedback would be that the hot water in the bathroom was capable of scolding so turn your tap to hot with caution! Would recommend, convenient for the old town and hotel staff are super helpful and friendly!

The hotel was amazing,luxurious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ame for the extra friendly service, it really made our stay even more enjoyable. Our six-year-old daughter loved the play area in the restaurant, which gave us the chance to relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. A truly refreshing and memorable stay.

From the moment we checked in, the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. Buffet breakfast was amazing with a great selection to choose from. It was honestly the best hotel experience we have ever had! The staff were friendly, the food was good, the spa treatments were to die for and the rooms were stunning. But the best part was how amazing the staff made our trip. They truely go above and beyond to make your trip perfect giving you their personal WhatsApps so you can ask questions, book anything and get local recommendations. The staff that particularly made our trip were Jessi, Kathy, Ame and Ryan!

We wanted to get away from the crowds of old town for our last night and Sunrise was a good option. Breakfast was great, spacious room, friendly staff, enjoyed roof top swim in the evening. Limited eating options nearby but can definitely recommend the silent cafe and garden next door to the hotel

Transportation to the old quarter was included which made it even more enjoyable and money saving experience. Breakfast was included. The staff are amazingly helpful. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel, however 2 things that were wrong with this hotel. Firstly, there’s a very strange layout in the room with a curtain around a bathtub. It’s odd and definitely they’re putting an overall design concept ahead of the practical use of the room. Secondly, though the rooms are sold as having balconies, the balconies are not the kind you can go out on, they are more for show.

Me and my wife stayed here during our 1st wedding anniversary trip to Vietnam. The staff were all super friendly and helpful but Kathy really went the extra mile. From check in she congratulated us and went out of her way to offer useful information about the area and the hotel which was much appreciated. Every time she saw us she made sure to say hello and ask what we had been up to and what we had planned next. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and made our stay really comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself is stunning and the room was amazing. The location is great, just outside of Hoi An so a 5min Grab ride which is very cheap, or about a 20min walk so it’s nearby without the noise and crowds. Also the hotel has multiple free shuttles every day into and out of Hoi An so can’t fault the service. Breakfast was excellent with great quality food and choice. We loved our complimentary foot massage in the spa and both pools are great for a relaxing dip and a few drinks, especially during 241 happy hour. All in all we couldn’t be happier with our time at the Grand Sunrise Palace. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for 14 nights in August, it was excellent. The location was quiet & calm yet only 5-7 minutes away from the beach or city centre by free shuttle or Grab. Plenty of restaurants, cafes or mini-marts a few metres away on the same street. We both found that the staff always went out of their ways to help us with everything. Tom, Luna & Nguyen are really great & were always helpful. I wish I could remember more names, all were fantastic. But our absolute favourite was Kathy. She was brilliant. We would definitely stay again, and are already planning on returning.

Great Hotel, lovely friendly and helpful staff, especially Kaytee who looked after us. Nice location which is a short walk or shuttle bus to the centre. Choice of 2 nice pools and a rooftop bar for an afternoon drink to cool down. When I come back to Hoi An I will be staying here again for sure.

Incredible buffet breakfast, the sweetest staff who were so accommodating. Two pools, lots of fun things to do locally. They even organised free shuttle buses to go see sites. Dont pass on this incredible hotel!

Rooms were gorgeous Jessi was amazing to help in every possible way Spa treatments by Sami was also exceptional Just breakfast was plentiful but lacked a bit of flavour sometimes and the jaccuzi in spa is a cold water one. Steam room and sauna were great. However amazing experience with free shuttlebus etc. Staff really make this place incredible

Staying at the Grand Sunrise Palace Hotel in Hoi An has been an absolute pleasure. The Management and staff, especially Aimee, Kathy, and Lilly, and Nancy have been so welcoming and attentive—they’ve really made my stay special. The room was fantastic, room was very clean. Restaurant food was excellent - breakfast buffet superb. Pizza was best in Asian travels. Western food was outstanding. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended!!!!

The rooms were spotless and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality. This property is brand new and it is spectacular. Staff like Lily really make everyone feel like they are family. Our every need was seen to immediately. The hotel spa with Ms Vy and our massage girls Cam and Mia were OUTSTANDING. We loved the Grab taxi services and the hotel takes pictures of all the license plates when you come and go with the taxis to ensure you are safe! It is at least a 45 minute walk to the Old Town, or a 5 minute Grab ride for about $2.00 USD. The hotel ammenities were lovely, including two pools (one on the roof!!) I will say everything is 5 Stars but if I could say one tiny little thing it would be the buffet. We are vegetarian and there were virtually no options. I have stayed at other world class resorts and the western breakfasts included many other items. HOWEVER, this doesn’t overshadow the fact that the hotel environment and rooms more than make up for this. Beds are super comfy. Air conditioning is ice cold (you need it in summer) and the smoker tub is to die for after a long day of walking. We enjoyed a massage almost every day also… highly recommend this hotel!!!

Everything at this hotel was great in every way. They had services such as free shuttle multiples times a day to both old town and the beach. The drivers were great and we got some good recomendations from the driver Koi who was very nice. The hotel was clean and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. We got the pleasure to have Jessi as our host and it was great. She helped us with everything. We also had the opportunity to contact her on whatsapp which we thought was great! Anytime we had questions or needed help she answered within minutes. She came with good recommendations for activies, shopping and restaurants. She was simply amazing and the hotel was great! Would recommend this hotel for everyone that is planning to stay in Hoi An

This boutique was absolutely gorgeous. It was the first hotel we stayed in in Vietnam and my daughter was in love! It was conveniently located and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was exactly what we needed. This hotel set the bar for all of my other stays in Vietnam. If you are going to Hoi An, stay here, you will not regret it. I will be back!!!
