I had to wait outside at the door for sometime for someone to let me in There was on staff, they had left early. No instructions about the room number or the code to come in the building or room was sent to me. I have stayed at many places where there is self check-in but they and you the info immediately after you book. Not just me, there were many others who had the same issue. This is a not a random case of mishap but a case of poor service.
