Stayed for 4 nites. Overall it was a good facility with reasonable rates. The room was spacious and clean and the location good. The breakfast was impressive. We got a free bottle of water daily but were charged 24 soles for 3 tiny coffee pods (very strange and unheard of). And the coffee maker didn't even work (I called the front desk and the guy said he'd call me back but never did). The gym was tiny without a single treadmill (strange too). The shower did not have a curtain (just a half glass door) and water inevitably spilled over the floor after shower. I booked a room with 2 beds (nothing else available at the time) and when we checked in, they demanded an extra fee for changing to a room with a king bed.

Overall it was a very good stay. We only stayed for one night as we were leaving to Cusco on the next day. Pros: Very friendly and attentive staff. Omar gave us dining recommendations and was extremely helpful. Kudos to him! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of food. Also, the hotel location is unbeatable. Cons: Hotel could probably aware guests about the tiny parking space. Parking is a little bit tricky since a small elevator has to be used. SUVs are a little tricky to park there. Also, some of the facilities are starting to get a little old, nothing too bad but some minor improvements could go far. Overall, great experience.

Mi experiencia no fue buena, lo que hace que no volvería ni recomendaría este hotel. Reservé 2 habitaciones y una no tuvo ningún problemas, era muy cómoda la cama y espaciosa la habitación, aunque se apreciaría un extractor en el baño. Sin embargo, a la otra de alguna forma se desconfiguraban las tarjetas y había que bajar a que las volvieran a activar para poder entrar, malestar que incrementaba al haber solo 2 ascensores muy lentos y cuando uno está en el piso 14, se hace eterno. Además, para abrir la puerta había que intentar más de una vez, porque algo hacía que se bloqueara, punto que al igual con el problema anterior, levantamos todos los días y nos dijeron que mandarían un técnico a revisar, lo que nunca ocurrió. Lo último es lo sucia, poco profunda y muy lejana a las fotos de la piscina. No deberían permitir comer en la piscina, porque estaba llena de comida y tuvimos que sacar 2 servilletas del agua, lo que nos hizo salir y no volver, y la ducha no tenía agua. Dicen que la profundidad es de 1mt, pero no llega a los 70cms. Y por último, en las fotos se ve la piscina de un celeste claro, pero está pintada de un azul oscuro, lo que acrecienta la percepción de suciedad o quizás lo hacen con la intención que ésta pase más desapercibida. Sin embargo, no todo fue malo, así que me gustaría destacar la buena atención del personal en el desayuno y de Ricardo en recepción, y la ubicación del hotel.

Great Air conditioning, comfortable beds, bathtub was very nice, rooftop pool and gym and restaurant were excellent and staffed by amazing professionals. Also had the rare amenity of underground and out front parking for visitors!

Nos decidimos por este hotel por su ubicación, que es muy céntrica para la zona de Miraflores-Barranco-San Isidro y por su piscina. El problema con la piscina es que tienen el sistema de calentamiento de agua alado de la piscina, lo que genera un ruido terrible todo el día. No pudimos gozar de dichas instalaciones porque el ruido es ensordecedor.

Bem situado, funcionários muito atenciosos. Sala de ginástica com poucos aparelhos e sem a básica esteira. Café da manhã muito bom mas falta o tradicional croassant. Hotel com piscina precisando de reformas (reformas em alguns andares já está em andamento sem prejudicar os hóspedes).

This hotel was my first option for the last 5 years; however, its services, the rooms, and even the amenities have been loosing their qualities. I am not so sure if this hotel has a new administration, but I was so disappointed and sad. I had to pay even for the coffee cups that it is usually provided as complimentary. The bathroom wasn't clean at all. The walls and shower were full of pink mold. I couldn't believe what I was experiencing. I am sadly to say that I am not staying in this hotel anymore. So I suggest you to look somewhere else before booking in Dazzler Miraflores.

The property had everything we needed for our stay in Lima. The hotel staff was very helpful in accommodating our requests. We enjoyed the breakfast and the food at the restaurant. However, the room could have been vacuumed more frequently, as one of the rooms was dirty when we arrived. We had to speak to the front desk to request that it be cleaned. Additionally, while the area is not the best for walking in Lima, it was still manageable.

Ok hotel for the price. We stayed four nights and as Gold Members we qualified for an upgrade. The room they gave us was definitely outdated and not in great condition. Also the view was over looking not so nice looking rooftops. The bed was comfortable, water pressure and hot water was great. The WIFI was good. Overall for the price with breakfast I would stay here again as the location of the hotel is in a good area but I would pass on the upgrade.

Nice big room. Quite a high step to get in and out of shower/tub…could be problematic for some people. A very good taxi driver, Jamie, took us all over Lima for a reasonable rate and speaks perfect English. I would highly recommend him over a standard tour. He is available through the hotel.

The receptionist Lyndsay was very gracious and gave me a better room. The bathrooms have not been updated and the tubs are peeling and the doors are falling apart. Also not enough pillows!

It is a very nice hotel, very clean, and the staff were very friendly. I just wish the view or our bedroom was different, we were on the 3rd floor and the view was to the street, so it was a little loud with all the traffic going through. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Terrible vip property. Didn’t get a room upgrade. We got 1”free beverage per person” for the entire stay and it was limited to one cocktail or 1 beer so it was very misleading. In addition to that the walls were very hallow so as guests left the room, we heard every slam which would subsequently wake up us. Lastly the staff was inconsiderate of our stay, I was lectured by front desk woman about my key de-tagging and one of the housekeepers was loudly singing as he was cleaning room which also disrupted my sleep. The breakfast buffet was nice but overall I will never stay at a Wyndham hotel ever agaib

At the time of check in all through our stay, all hotel employees were great. Erson and luis in the buffet area were extremely nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, and hospitality was right there when needed.

My family member who is a senior citizen decided last minute to travel with me to Lima. I couldn’t book a hotel room at my location so I decided he could stay at the Dazzler. When we got there and the receptionist gave us the hotel key I told my gamily members to follow me to the elevator so I could show then how everything works to go to his room. Immediately, the receptionist told me we couldn’t go upstairs. She told me I couldn’t take my minor family member with us. I told her it would not take a long time. She made me leave my family member at the reception area and asked for my passport to leave it with her. I did. I was tired. I am not sure why the receptionist did what she did. Dazzler you are not longer a good hotel. I wrote an email to Dazzler two weeks ago and I’m still waiting why they are charging me extra money when I have already paid Expedia. I am still waiting for the response. Please answer! Thanks

Todo el personal de recepción parece que no saben sonreír, ni tratar de ser serviciales en su comunicación, en un negocio de hospitalidad, eso es terrible. The staff in the restaurant and bar area were very good and talkative. Can not say same about reception staff had an abruptness about them, not very helpful and also they still go in your room even if do not disturb is shown.

I really enjoyed our stay with my wife at Dazzler. It's perfectly located in Miraflores, since we checked in, Jose Antonio was very accommodating and suggested places or tours to visit and informed us and very informative as well as the front desk personnel. We would stay here again if we are back in Lima.

Dazzler Hotel has a very convenient location. It is close to everything and just a short walk from Airport Express Lima bus stop. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very professional and friendly, always ready to help one feel at home. They have a wonderful buffet breakfast as well. The area is very safe with lots of restaurants. When we come to Lima again we will plan on staying here again.

Beautiful property. Very close to Huaca Pucllana, the beach and great restaurants. The rooftop pool was very pretty but didn’t use it. Gym had a great view if the city and I watched the para gliders while I was in the elliptical trainer. I arrived on Sunday and the brunch was good but it wasn’t included in the price of the stay. Since many items were not vegetarian, the waiter discounted my meal since I ate a continental breakfast. I was traveling solo and the area was very safe and the rooms was quiet and comfortable.

Hotel was within walking distance of a range of restaurants and the main areas of Miraflores. We used Quick Llama for airport transfers and the hotel staff were welcoming , friendly and helpful. Very near to a supermarket although far away from the mall. Room was spacious and has everything we needed. Thank you 😊

Plus: location, staff, modern vibe, room cleanliness, pool, also has a bar and restaurant. If you have a city view, it is wonderful Minus: The bar is a little pricey; the breakfast setup and service is excellent, however the hot breakfast and bread selections and the restaurant menu options could be improved. Also our entire room only had two small drawers: one in the closet and one in the hallway by the mini fridge. Not enough hooks in bathroom. No place to hang a long dress if you happen to travel for a special occasion.

Dazzler by Wyndham is great hotel. The staff is very friendly. They were always accommodating. Breakfast areas is very good and the options for breakfast were plenty for vegetarian/nonvegetarians. Food was always fresh and the staff is amazing. There are taxi drivers working with the hotel to take you wherever you need to go and can rely on them. There are plenty of food options in walkable distance including onsite restaurant. One thing kind of ticked me off was the coffee. There is a coffee maker in the room but if you use espresso maker, you get charged 8 Sol per capsule and there is no option for making coffee without using it. Having coffee maker and material is typically standard in all the Wyndham hotels so was a bit surprised. They did make it clear at the check in time of the charge. So there was nothing sneaky. Overall, I liked the hotel and will go back to it if I happened to visit the area.
