Characterful Residence to which a conference centre was added (in the 80's). The room photos are misleading, my room was in a (relatively) recent extension - with no WIFI. Breakfast room is in the main building with richly decorated panelling. Sculptures dotted around the garden. The Vila is on 'Embassy row', so quiet with lots of police presence. Very quiet and relaxing. About 10min walk to the main tram and bus lines on the City/Airport axis.

The general property and grounds are exceptional. My room was in a small building that felt like a nice dormitory, quite basic but a good value and clean. My bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but fairly new. It had large windows that allowed plenty of fresh air and light. The neighborhood is upscale. The US embassy and Museum of Literature are very short distance. It is only a 20 minute walk to the castle, but there is no tourist frenzy as you find near the river. The breakfast buffet couldn't be better.

駅からは5〜7分ほど歩く必要がありますが、雰囲気の良いすてきなホテルです。 歴史的な部屋に宿泊しましたが、高い天井とシャンデリアや壁の絵画、家具など重厚で良い内装でした。 部屋以外も、廊下や庭など見て回る価値があり非常におすすめです。 フロントのスタッフさんも親切で親しみやすく安心してしゅくはくできます。朝食のスタッフさんが非常にこまめに補充やチェックを行っていたのが印象的でした。おかげて朝が楽しみでした。

文句のつけようがないホテルでした。 高層ホテルでなく平屋のヴィラ形式。 部屋にはベッド、バッグ台、クローク、金庫、広い窓、机、テレビ、冷蔵庫（有料軽飲食付）、トイレとシャワーと不足なし。 朝はホールで無料の朝食、週末にはシャンパンまで飲めます。 フロントは24時間誰かがいて、しっかり英語でも対応してくれます。 チェコのアカデミーでも催しがあるとよくここにゲストを招き、会議もやるそうです（なのでアカデミー会員割引がある）。 文句があるとしたら、大使館街にあるため、賑わいがあまりないことかな。10分歩けばレストラン、スーパー、トラムに鉄道と全て揃ってますけどね！

Very nice building. But the annex in the garden looks absolutely terrible and isn’t exactly what the pictures tell. The main building is very nice and is a good place to stay for those who are interested in history and culture. Nice and peaceful surroundings. The only drawback is the shared bathrooms but not a huge problem. Very nice staff!

A lovely, short stay at a beautiful villa - the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was given a wonderful book about the villa and its history as a surprise present when I left! My single room in the annexe was spacious with a comfortable bed and fully stocked fridge. There was also free water, a kettle and teabags/sugar. The ensuite bathroom had modern fittings with a good shower and hairdryer. Breakfast was taken in a beautiful room inside the villa, with many hot and cold choices. There was an option to have lunch/dinner in the restaurant, for both residents and non-residents, with a seasonal menu which looked beautifully presented (I observed people eating on the outside terrace). The garden was a delight and the aforementioned terrace, next to a huge magnolia tree in blossom, was a super space to relax in the warmer weather. Thank you for a great stay - charming and comfortable, and excellent value in Prague 6, a favourite neighbourhood from which to explore the city’s treasures!

Beautiful building, fabulous breakfast but housekeeping was missed off two days in a row, I had to push to get a kettle/mugs in the room and tea/coffee weren't provided - had to argue with a member of staff to take some from the breakfast room

This place is a little gem. It belongs to the Czech Academy of Sciences, and the rooms they rent, in a smaller building behind the main building pictured, are simple but comfortable and spotlessly clean. And your breakfast is in the beautiful cafe (with chandelier) in the main building!

The staff was very accommodating. The annex room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and quiet. The villa was lovely, especially the dining room, and the grounds were nice for walking and admiring the sculptures in the garden.

Vila Lanna was great. It is obviously a dated/older property but the main building is super nice. We were placed in an out building that was more like a college Dorm room but it was clean, had great personal shower/bath, and the beds were great.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage in einer sicheren Gegend und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Caution!! Google Maps gives wrong indications about the tram stop to get off, because it does not take into account that the railway is crossable. The right stop is Hradčanská, the same as the metro, and therefore the hotel is well connected, but it took a couple of days to figure it out. The villa is beautiful with a beautiful garden, but there is little around it and the room is full of spiders (in mine there were three). The room is really essential, there is no magnetic key and there is a kettle with ONLY ONE green tea bag (never seen such a thing), which I have consumed and they have not even replaced it. The curtains are very light and it is impossible to darken the room well. Cleaning is not good, some crumbs on the desk stayed there for days and in six days they never changed the sheets. Breakfast was only salty, no croissants and there were only two jams, one of which was inedible. Overall I would not go back.

Wirklich schöne Villa im Botschaftsviertel. Ruhig - eine Oase! Das historische Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit eigenem separaten Badezimmer auf dem Flur. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war ein Genuss!

スタッフがフレンドリーで親切。 本館の部屋は豪華でとても広いが、シャワーとトイレは2部屋で1箇所のシェアバスルームになっている。洗面所は部屋にもあったので、不便さは無かった。 シェアバスルームが嫌な人は別館のシンプルな部屋を予約すれば専用のバスルームとトイレがついている（昨年は別館のシングルルームを利用した） 朝食をとる部屋もとても豪華で、ホテルの庭もとても広くきれい。 大使館や警察署があるエリアで、静かで治安も良さそう。プラハ城へも歩いて行けるので良い。

Sehr schönes Hotel. Bei den historischen Zimmern ist das Bad im Gang und die Räume sind sehr hellhörig. Wenn man damit kein Problem hat, kann man hier eine wundervolle Zeit verbringen. Ich habe es sehr genossen.

Vila Lanna was great. It is obviously a dated/older property but the main building is super nice. We were placed in an out building that was more like a college Dorm room but it was clean, had great personal shower/bath, and the beds were great.

A lovely, short stay at a beautiful villa - the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was given a wonderful book about the villa and its history as a surprise present when I left! My single room in the annexe was spacious with a comfortable bed and fully stocked fridge. There was also free water, a kettle and teabags/sugar. The ensuite bathroom had modern fittings with a good shower and hairdryer. Breakfast was taken in a beautiful room inside the villa, with many hot and cold choices. There was an option to have lunch/dinner in the restaurant, for both residents and non-residents, with a seasonal menu which looked beautifully presented (I observed people eating on the outside terrace). The garden was a delight and the aforementioned terrace, next to a huge magnolia tree in blossom, was a super space to relax in the warmer weather. Thank you for a great stay - charming and comfortable, and excellent value in Prague 6, a favourite neighbourhood from which to explore the city’s treasures!

We loved our stay and wished it would have been more than one night. The staff was kind and helpful- showing us to our room and recommending a fantastic restaurant around the corner. This area of Prague is so peaceful and a great location. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was lovely. We’ll stay again and for longer next time!

Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht. Konnte das Zentrum auch gut zu Fuß erreichen, das Essen war gut und das Frühstück ausreichend. Da es im Botschafterviertel liegt und die Polizei gegenüber ist, habe ich mich sehr sicher gefühlt.

It's certainly impressive walking up to the Villa and the grounds are lovely, with interesting sculptures and light features. You know when you expect something and get something else? I had expected a unique bedroom in the Villa and instead, there are two basic, utilitarian outbuildings on the property, almost like servants quarters, and that's where my small room was located. Having been told the hours the dining room was open (stunning room by the way), I went for dinner there at 1930, when it closed at 2100, waited, and waited, and when I tracked someone down, I was told it closed at 1930 as they were having a wedding the next day. The suggestion was that in the dark and rain, in an area of the city I'd never been in, I should walk through some streets for about 1/2 a kilometer to look for a restaurant. This could have been prevented if advised correctly of the early dining room closure when I checked in at 1700.

Beautiful building, fabulous breakfast but housekeeping was missed off two days in a row, I had to push to get a kettle/mugs in the room and tea/coffee weren't provided - had to argue with a member of staff to take some from the breakfast room

Nice & secure This is advertised as 24 hour desk, make sure if you plan to leave in the middle of the night for an early flight that you let the desk know. I could not get off of the property. I had to call the hotel to get someone to let me out. I was traveling alone and never once felt unsafe.

Characterful Residence to which a conference centre was added (in the 80's). The room photos are misleading, my room was in a (relatively) recent extension - with no WIFI. Breakfast room is in the main building with richly decorated panelling. Sculptures dotted around the garden. The Vila is on 'Embassy row', so quiet with lots of police presence. Very quiet and relaxing. About 10min walk to the main tram and bus lines on the City/Airport axis.

The general property and grounds are exceptional. My room was in a small building that felt like a nice dormitory, quite basic but a good value and clean. My bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but fairly new. It had large windows that allowed plenty of fresh air and light. The neighborhood is upscale. The US embassy and Museum of Literature are very short distance. It is only a 20 minute walk to the castle, but there is no tourist frenzy as you find near the river. The breakfast buffet couldn't be better.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage in einer sicheren Gegend und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Sie Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Man kann super draußen sitzen zum Essen. Was übrigens sehr sehr lecker war und preiswert. Hab hier am leckersten gegessen. Ich habe kein Frühstück erwartet, aber da es kostenlos war. Und es war auch sehr gut. Eier, Speck, Müsli, Käse und Wurst Auswahl etc. Wenn man in der Nähe von der Altstadt sein möchte, ist das zu weit. Aber wenn man gerne schön wohnt und die Bahn in Kauf nimmt. Ist es eine gute Alternative und preislich super.
