We chose this location since near Malpensa airport. But we didn't here planes & its located out in the country. Lovely grounds, nice, clean rooms overlooking pool area. The staff, went out of their way to care for our transportation to & from airport. We had both breakfast & dinner there, very pleased with our meals & entire visits.

Priced appropriately, what you might call spartan accommodations. Getting to the loft with large bed is 15 or so steps to do carefully. Needed the fan to keep cool ( late August). Can’t say what it is like mid-summer or winter. 20 minutes to airport, shuttle provided. Let them know your arrival details and they will meet you. Feels remote, quiet. I would say very safe. Pool is refreshing. Full hot breakfast, buffet. Friendly, helpful staff.

I have some great photos of the massive property and beautiful gardens, but unable to load on the website. The landscaping and extensive grounds are beautiful and well cared for. This hotel is not very close to the airport, but the shuttle is free and our driver got is there in 17 min. This is not a hotel I would recommend for elderly or any type of physical issue that makes walking distances difficult. The rooms are in a separate building from the reception/restaurant and our room was .19 (nearly 2 tenths of a mile) from the reception check in, which was difficult for my 78 yo mother, at 23:00 at night. The bed was in a loft with a very steep staircase, which she could not manage. However, someone had already turned down the sofa bed in the main level, so we just slept there. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. We had a patio out the backdoor and a view of the pool.

Transfer was spot on both ways. Use exit 5 at airport T1. Arrived at approx 22:45, no food or drink available except bottles of water in room. You can request minibar is stocked in advance. Breakfast was OK but could be better. 13:00 check out was very helpful. Room by pool was great, sun was shining. Pool area rooms are not 4*,probably motel 2*. Don't be put off, our visit was exactly what we needed and at a good price.

Staff was great, food was good, hotel was clean. There were 2 parts to the hotel pool area with about 20 rooms and the hotel it’s self. Lots of tourist off buses from Germany, Switzerland.. They had priority over the pool area with rooms My room personally was clean, but smelled with mold, mold spores on ceiling, I requested for a room by the pool area. They said this was not possible, I’m staying to long 7 days you think give the best. AC did not work properly, pillows were paper thin used a rolled up quilt for a pillow and my plane neck pillow Picture on Expedia only show the pool rooms thought this is what I paid for clearly not

Nice hotel, in quiet position. Thanks to the shuttle bus it is easy to move to Malpensa airport in less than 20 minutes. Rooms are well cleaned even though they are quite old and with signs of ageing (especially on walls). Breakfast is good, with excellent cornettis, and people is very kind.

Good points are, for the price if the room, I got included breakfast and free airport transfers both ways, it was excellent value for money. It has a swimming pool though I did not use it. Onsite restaurant, again I did not use. The bed is comfortable and the environment quiet. The negatives are the hotel is quite rundown especially inside the room with no kettle or mugs (common in Italy) which is annoying. There were bed bugs or bugs of some sort because I woke up with multiple bites. It wasn't mosquitoes because there was a fan and it was on all night.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste definitiv mal an einigen Stellen überholt werden . Aber das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer war sehr sauber . Für nen kurzen Stop zur Übernachtung vollkommen in Ordnung !

My main reason for choosing this hotel was that it provided free shuttle to and from the airport and it was very reasonably priced for an overnight before going to the airport. Check in was fast and the room was impeccably clean. The shuttle to and from the airport was fast and efficient.

L'hôtel était très bien et le service au top tout le. Monde était très sympathique les chambré sont confortables et propre le petit déjeuner était très bon et complet. La navette est très rapide Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

For the price we had a good stay. The room was very dated and the bed was lumpy. The shuttle service was excellent and they made accommodation for our late night arrival, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was ok.

The free airport shuttle and the driver were amazing. They called me as soon as I landed and were outside. One of the sisters(the one who called)was extremely friendly. Unfortunately when I arrived, the other sister(family run business) and some older man there gave me cold stares, asked for my password which I understand...they copied it. .but I was immediately uncomfortable. It did not help that my room was like motels....outside and few studios next to each other. Inside the room there were 2 free small water bottles..which was thoughtful. A kettle would have been nice.. the room had 13 narrow steps going up to the bedroom area. .and the balcony door was open when I arrived. To be honest the hotel was 20 minutes from the airport and in a rural setting. With the stares I was not feeling safe..anyway....there was hot water for a shower and heating so that was good..if you go bring ear plugs.....I heard the neighbour snoring as if he/she were sleeping next to me...so that's it..

The rooms are in a separate building from the reception/restaurant and our room was .19 (nearly 2 tenths of a mile) from the reception check in, which was difficult for my 78 yo mother, at 23:00 at night. The bed was in a loft with a very steep staircase, which she could not manage. However, someone had already turned down the sofa bed in the main level, so we just slept there. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. We had a patio out the backdoor and a view of the pool.
I have some great photos of the massive property and beautiful gardens, but unable to load on the website. The landscaping and extensive grounds are beautiful and well cared for. This hotel is not very close to the airport, but the shuttle is free and our driver got is there in 17 min. This is not a hotel I would recommend for elderly or any type of physical issue that makes walking distances difficult. Great customer service. Very nice location, free shuttle to Milano Malpensa airport. Very good breakfast buffet. Dinner was good and well priced. Only thing we were not aware our room was two stories and the bathroom is on the main floor and the room upstairs. We learned not all rooms are like that

Transfer was spot on both ways. Use exit 5 at airport T1. Arrived at approx 22:45, no food or drink available except bottles of water in room. You can request minibar is stocked in advance. Breakfast was OK but could be better. 13:00 check out was very helpful. Room by pool was great, sun was shining. Pool area rooms are not 4*,probably motel 2*. Don't be put off, our visit was exactly what we needed and at a good price.

I booked a room here on two different nights because the hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport and the price was low. The rooms are passable. My issue was entirely with the front desk. Both times it was very difficult to book the shuttle. Even though I communicated my ETA frequently with them the second time I was still standing outside the airport for more than half an hour. With the first stay the desk seemed to think finding the room--down a long dark parking lot--would be obvious. I asked "do I turn left or right after walking back to the parking lot." They said "it\'s right there, just look for the blue sign." It\'s not "right there." And there\'s more than one blue sign. I walked all the way back to the desk (probably 30-40 meters from the parking lot) to get clearer directions. Still could not get them. It turned out that after reaching the parking lot I had to turn right then walk about fifty meters. During the day it would have been fairly easy, but on a dark night not so much. Finally, the morning of my second stay breakfast opened about 20 minutes late, an issue since I had a morning flight. Bottom line: don\'t stay here just because of the shuttle. Getting picked up from the airport is a huge hassle, and they\'re then 20 minutes away.

I arrived late in the day, 10:20 pm to be exact, the hotel staff contacted me during the day via whatsapp, the lady coordinated a pickup from the airport with their shuttle service. The front desk lady arranged for the kitchen to cook me a 3 course meal before it closed and it was delivered to my room before I arrived. The meal was still warm when I arrived, there was a bottle of mineral water as well, all for 15 euros! the food was great! don't waste your money elsewhere, this place does a great job all around. The service was exceptional! they actually care about their guests. The best service ever! I ate a great meal once I arrived at my room, rested before my flight the next day. The dropped me off at the airport the next day after a delicious breakfast. ALL INCLUDED Great experience. Thank you Vittorio D.

My main reason for choosing this hotel was that it provided free shuttle to and from the airport and it was very reasonably priced for an overnight before going to the airport. Check in was fast and the room was impeccably clean. The shuttle to and from the airport was fast and efficient.

Really great property in the countryside. Was out of season and a little quiet but I can imagine it to be full in Summertime. Staff were extremely helpful & polite. Room was nice enough but toilet seat was cheap & needed replacing. I would recommend hiring a car to get around as it was quite remote and you literally cannot walk anywhere as it’s on a winding country road with no walking pathway. The free shuttle service is brilliant and they will take you to nearby Arona/Lake Maggoire for €15 return. I wouldn’t advise travelling here with no car if your intention is to see Milan as it’s almost 3 hours away using public transport. I would definitely have no hesitation staying here again

Priced appropriately, what you might call spartan accommodations. Getting to the loft with large bed is 15 or so steps to do carefully. Needed the fan to keep cool ( late August). Can’t say what it is like mid-summer or winter. 20 minutes to airport, shuttle provided. Let them know your arrival details and they will meet you. Feels remote, quiet. I would say very safe. Pool is refreshing. Full hot breakfast, buffet. Friendly, helpful staff.

The hotel staff is very friendly and they have treated us incredible. the facilities are very spacious and comfortable. They are always in contact with you to provide the transportation service to the airport and back. the rooms are spacious and provide personal hygiene items. Maybe they should consider upgrading their mattresses as some begin to feel the passing of age. the quality and taste of the food in the restaurant is very good, the abundant breakfast included in the price. the cost-benefit ratio and above all the friendliness of the team is unmatched, I highly recommend it

The staff is amazingly helpful and efficient. I was very late due to a train cancellation and they made sure I could have dinner(delicious btw). Everyone is very friendly and professional. Shuttle service from and to the airport is excellent at no charge. The property is surrounded by a beautiful natural park . The property is clean but needs improvements and better soundproofing (at least the detached building where I stayed) While dinner was delicious, breakfast was poor. Regardless, the staff hospitality trumped all the flaws…… but please do something about breakfast

Muy buena opción de hotel cerca de Malpensa. Está bonito. Tienen el servicio de shuttle desde y hacia el aeropuerto incluido, Perfecto servicio -y el chofer Moreno súper amable y ameno-. Buena opción del restaurante, el menú a buen precio y súper abundante, y las camareras muy amables.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Perla ! The customer service at front desk was excellent. They helped us plan an impromptu trip to beautiful Lake Maggorie and the pretty town of Arona. The food at the restaurant and the breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed sitting out in the beautiful gardens as well. Thank you for making our first few days in Italy so memorable.

Priced appropriately, what you might call spartan accommodations. Getting to the loft with large bed is 15 or so steps to do carefully. Needed the fan to keep cool ( late August). Can’t say what it is like mid-summer or winter. 20 minutes to airport, shuttle provided. Let them know your arrival details and they will meet you. Feels remote, quiet. I would say very safe. Pool is refreshing. Full hot breakfast, buffet. Friendly, helpful staff.
