We spent one night at this hotel in early September. It was busy - the desk clerk assisted me in checking in instead of using the self-help kiosk. He was so much faster than my ability to fumble on the kiosk screen. The room was clean, spacious for two and worth the spend for the night. Parking is in the back of the hotel on a private lot - there is no rear door from the lobby with direct access to the lot so you must walk around to the rear of the building to get between the parking lot and hotel.

Opholdet var okay. Det er billigt at overnatte der, så man kan heller ikke tillade sig at forvente det helt store. Taget det i betragtning, var det fint og rent og sengene var fine. Det var nemt at finde og beliggenheden var fin i forhold til motorvejen. Dog synes vi det er ret dårligt, at der herinde står, at der er gratis parkering, men når man ankommer vil de have 6 euro for parkering. Ved godt det ikke er alverden, men jeg synes det er for dårligt at der står et ved booking og de så siger noget andet på hotellet. Morgenbuffetten var ikke noget særligt og mangelfuld. Jeg foreslår i stedet man springer den over og kører længere ned af gaden og køber brød i bageriet der ligger.

Ganz ehrlich, nichts für 109,- die Nacht ohne Frühstück war ekelhaft. Dreckige Vorhänge, Zimmer hat nach Urin gestunken.Einzigartig war only Personal am Empfang, sehr nett. Die Unterkunft muss grund gereinigt werden und das ganze veranzte zeug muss ersetzt werden. NIE WIEDER

Positiv: * Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich. Negativ: * Zimmer war beim Bezug nicht gründlich gereinigt (z.B. Haare im Bad, Bonbonpapiere im Bett und unter dem Bett, Pflaster von Vormietern unter Bett). * Zimmer wurde nach der ersten Nacht nicht gereinigt und Müll wurde nicht entfernt. * Starke Kalkablagerungen im Duschbereich. * Seife in der Dusche war leer. * Müll wurde nicht ausgeleert. It was one of the few hotels over an 18 day stay that had 3 actual beds which we liked. Parking was full, very limited in their lot, had to park 1/2 mile away. Very inconvenient after you’ve had weeks of travel without this issue & booked this room because paid parking was advertised. One gentleman at desk said he couldn’t help with parking suggestions; other gentleman went above & beyond with any issues. Managerial issues allowed for a stained sheet to be on the bed to which we had to have switched & the bathroom could be cleaned better.

Für eine Nacht gut. Leider waren die Bettdecken zu dick, so dass wir trotz Klimaanlage geschwitzt haben. Weiterhin hat die Klimaanlage ihre programmierte Position nicht beibehalten und somit direkt auf uns geblasen. Frühstück war für den Preis gut. Endlich mal ein richtiges 3-Bett-Zimmer mit eigenen Bett für unsere Tochter. Nicht wie die sonst übliche Schlafcouch.

The hotel is convenient and clean. It's OK for one night. There is nothing beyond a small clean room and a good bathroom. No kettle or coffee machine in the room and no place to spend any time in the lobby. What was TERRIBLE was that I was told my room was ready but the I would have to pay an EARLY check-in fee or wait 3 hours.

We arrived with our 2 kids after midnight, I wrote to the hotel many time to inform them and they told me that automatic check in was available. Unfortunately the machine didn't work properly and I had to find another accomodation for the night. The day after I called them to ask no charge for the night but they charged me anyway saying I didn't call the emergency number placed outside the hotel. I went there to check where this emercy number was. The emergency number they referred to was not on the check in machine and didn't specify it was for check in. I did not call it because I thought it was for real emergency as fire or thefts. Anyway the personnel at the entrance and at the phone was really unkind, he also threaten to call the police and of course he charged me the full night. Never never again. I never wrote a bad feedback bacause I think that everybody do his best working, but this time I'm really disappointed.

Just out of walking distance from the historic part of town, but public transport close by. A good spot for anyone planning to spend most of their time outside of the hotel and just needing a place to sleep at the end of the day.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. Location is not quite in the city centre/Altstadt, however it is only 1 bus stop away from Hauptbahnhof/Central Station, so it's very convenient when travelling. Takes around 20 minutes to get into city centre by tram/bus. Highly recommended.
