Great location and easy walk to bars/ restaurants. The hotel is very friendly, great service, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. Breakfast was lovely, a selection of cold and hot food. Parking, if you can't park right outside there is a car park the next road over which is free from 6pm to 8am. So great location.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and a good size too. Hotel is only a few steps away from the sea front and is well kept. Manager of the hotel is a hard working lady, who does her very best to enaure all guests are looked after. Room and hotel is self check in and plenty of parking either infront of the hotel, in the carpark a few steps away or there are 5 at the back of the property. The rooms have a mini fridge, which was a nice touch, as well as a television and tea/coffee making facilities. You can request decaffinated tea should you need it. The balcony is a nice place to sit in good weather. There is a good variety of choices for breakfast, such as toast, fruit, cereals and hot food. Would definitely return

Stayed one night in a comfortable clean room. Upgrade superior room well worth it. Parking was limited but great to be off-road and free. Very good for seaside town. The breakfast was fresh as I saw it being cooked each day Parking is limited 1st come 1st served but there is a parking lot about 5 minutes I parked there the 1st night no problems for me The room was great got everything that you could want Will stay again when I am in the area

Clear check-in instructions received that were easy to follow. Room was clean. 2x bottles of drinking water were in the room which was appreciated. A nice breakfast included and I believe parking may have been free but I forgot about this and paid to stay in the pay'n'display car park across the road. Excellent value for money. Great location if attending events in Cleethorpes.

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was spacious and everything looked brand new. Staff (Max) was lovely and very helpful. The seafront was right there and bus transportation was also right there. The library was just across the road and the staff there were also extremely helpful.I highly recommend this hotel and will happily stay there again.

We’ve just had a really lovely stay at the Burlington Hotel Cleethorpes. The staff were so very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The special little touch of frozen water offered for our day out was so lovely. It was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a lovely warm atmosphere in the dining room. Thank you to the amazing staff there.. Julia and Lee xx

The breakfast choice was great. Dining room was pristine and the food choice and quality was lovely. The room however overlooked a yard with a dirty old wet mattress for the view. The toilet pedestal and the amount of pubic hairs around the toilet floor was foul.

Last minute booking for work. I didn't read the very clear email explaining how to check in. So turned up unprepared. Called the number on the door. A very helpful lady on the phone didn't judge my lack of planning and explained everything to me. Room was exceptionally clean. I had everything I needed. Had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was superb. Highly highly recommend. I wasn't there for the location but was just a few metres from the promenade.

The comunication from the hotel was great. The room itself was spacious, warm, clean and comfortable. Great veiws towards the sea front. Great location near the front and all local amenaties etc. 1st time staying hear, but we will 100% be using this is our new no1 choice when staying over in cleathorpes again in the future. Thank you.

Very clean. Quiet. Helpful staff and good breakfast. Only downside was the plastic mattress cover. They are a personal annoyance as they cause excess sweating. Would stay again.

The Burlington is in a great position, right next to the beach, but as a long female traveler, I didn’t like the set up. The self check in didn’t work as I didn’t receive the information from Expedia before arriving. It was pretty chaotic when I did arrive, with work being done and rooms being checked. At this point, I found out there is no one on duty throughout the night, although you can contact someone on a mobile. This didn’t feel safe to me and I was nervous the whole stay, I just couldn’t relax. Everyone was friendly, the room was clean and spacious, although very cold, and it’s right next to the beach, but I feel better with someone on duty at the property 24/7.

We stayed at The Burlington for two nights in the small double room, which was absolutely fine for our stay, room has everything you need, even a fridge and a fan( which was a blessing in the heat),shower wasn't powerful,but was adequate for us, location is perfect, two to three minutes walk to the actual seafront, breakfast said it was Continental so it was a bonus when we were offered the hot breakfast ( bacon,beans, poached eggs, scrambled eggs) then all the usual breakfast items,parking is free just around the back of the hotel, although we managed to park up on the actual street the hotel is on, which has no restrictions which was a bonus,very rare to find these days, don't be put off by the front of the hotel,nothing that a paint brush and a tidy up won't fix,big thank you to the receptionist and the lady that served breakfast, would definitely stay again 👍😁, would recommend the "Bella Italia" restaurant ( again don't be put off by building) and The Old Vic pub

Great communications and easy check in. Plenty of parking in the week in autumn. Clean, warm room. Shower took a bit to get going (had to 'trick it' by running the tap) but otherwise fine. Great breakfast, friendly host.

The reception in arrival couldn’t have been more helpful and directed me to the car park. The lady serving breakfast was the opposite. I arrived at 09:10 to be told breakfast was finished and in the bin - which she showed me. I asked politely if it were possible to get 2 eggs to be told no - with such a stern face it was embarrassing also to the other guests. . Seriously whatever the policy which. I must have missed travellers expect breakfast until 09:30 or probably 10!!

Everyone was friendly, the room was clean and spacious, although very cold, and it’s right next to the beach, but I feel better with someone on duty at the property 24/7.
The Burlington is in a great position, right next to the beach, but as a long female traveler, I didn’t like the set up. The self check in didn’t work as I didn’t receive the information from Expedia before arriving. It was pretty chaotic when I did arrive, with work being done and rooms being checked. At this point, I found out there is no one on duty throughout the night, although you can contact someone on a mobile. This didn’t feel safe to me and I was nervous the whole stay, I just couldn’t relax. We’ve just had a really lovely stay at the Burlington Hotel Cleethorpes. The staff were so very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The special little touch of frozen water offered for our day out was so lovely. It was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Nice spacious room very clean. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk and bottled water. The little fridge was handy too. Maxine was the perfect host. The breakfast was freshly cooked and was lovely. We will certainly stay here again.

Great communications and easy check in. Plenty of parking in the week in autumn. Clean, warm room. Shower took a bit to get going (had to 'trick it' by running the tap) but otherwise fine. Great breakfast, friendly host.

Excellent service from the start. I had request a slightly earlier check in as i was traveling from Glasgow, my room had been cleaned to an exceptionally high standard for my arrival. This was greatly appreciated as I had travelled to attend a funeral service. The hotel is only a 2 min walk from Cleethorpes railway station, so very easy to find and get to. The hotel is immaculate and beds are comfortable. Great local hotel. 5*

Stayed one night in a comfortable clean room. Upgrade superior room well worth it. Parking was limited but great to be off-road and free. Very good for seaside town. Clear check-in instructions received that were easy to follow. Room was clean. 2x bottles of drinking water were in the room which was appreciated. This hotel is incredibly comfortable. Our room was spacious clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately breakfast was very disappointing, the dining room is tiny and we struggled to sit at a table without being pushed or having to move everytime sombody wanted to pass. There was a good selection of cereals but the cooked breakfast was very poor. Limp greasy bacon, eggs were like rubber and that was all there was and it was cold!!!! Would stay again but room only.

The reception in arrival couldn’t have been more helpful and directed me to the car park. The lady serving breakfast was the opposite. I arrived at 09:10 to be told breakfast was finished and in the bin - which she showed me. I asked politely if it were possible to get 2 eggs to be told no - with such a stern face it was embarrassing also to the other guests. . Seriously whatever the policy which. I must have missed travellers expect breakfast until 09:30 or probably 10!!

Breakfast was small buffet styles with bacon, eggs (scrambled or poached) beans and you could help yourself to taost, selection of cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and croissants. Pleasant and friendly, would recommend and definitely stay again. Very close to the pier and sea front.

Lovely clean room. Breakfast was a surprise as there is bacon eggs beans ect, we weren't expecting hot food as it says continental breakfast. Obviously cereals, fruit, yogurt and Croissants ect. Staff were very attentive and friendly at breakfast time.

The hotel is not the cheapest once in Cleethorpes, but it's near to the beach and town center. Inside it looks really great, and the rooms are clean. The lighting in the bathroom is a bit dark, and I missed a light over the mirror. Bed is comfortable, and I really enjoyed that there was a fridge to have cool drinks. I also received two bottles of water every day, and that's a nice gesture. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Not full English breakfast, only eggs, bacon and baked beans. I really missed sausages and maybe hashbrown. Mushrooms and tomato would also been nice. The breakfast is only to 09.00 in the weekdays, but til 10.00 in the weekend. The breakfast room was very small, so when the hotel is full, it's not easy to find a spot to eat. Outside in front of the hotel, they had a bench that was totally rotten, they should really change this with a new one. A good Cleanup in front of the hotel could have made it nicer to sit there. The staff was really helpful and nice, so would definitely stay there again.
