The stay was comfortable and enjoyable from beginning to end. There was plenty to appreciate and enjoy, including the gym.

the little touches: like fresh fruit, water, happy and helpful staff, yoga, and social events. I will come back.

Great place to stay. There were many younger guests, mostly students, but still a few older people like me. Everyone was very friendly, and the hotel staff were excellent. I really appreciated the free laundry facilities and the option to reserve a machine through the app. I will definitely be back next year.

El hotel no está en el centro pero tiene muy buena combinación de transporte público. No he podido explorar el hotel al completo (porque estábamos siempre fuera) pero tiene buenos servicios, lavandería, cafetería, zona de ocio, aparcamiento para bicis… la atención ha sido estupenda y las habitaciones muy cómodas, amplias y silenciosas. Los productos del baño son maravillosos, llevamos de todo y podríamos haber dejado ese espacio en la maleta para otras cosas. Sin lugar a dudas volvería a este hotel.

It's got a lot of fun amenities likes games in the lobby, a big public bed to watch tv in, a whole quiet area in the basement that's really great to work or chill in and a gym. The free laundry was a real win for me, but you'll have to use the app to use it (ask front desk if you have trouble). The staff was very helpful on my visit. I didn't see too many people using the fun features, but the location is just not close enough to downtown to be where the action is at if that's your thing. Still, the option is there. You'll take the city tram just outside the hotel 20 min to get downtown and walk a bit. The rooms were just ok. The beds were pretty stiff, the layout in my room didn't have a lamp or switch near the bed, and there was a 1 inch metal lip to the bathroom that you *will* stub your toe on in the dark. They've done good work on it, but the rooms still feel like a repurposed office building. The AC is not that powerful if you like your rooms cool in the summer, and the shades don't block out all the light no matter what. The shower was ok, but not that powerful. Still, it was clean and has what you need. If you don't mind a really firm bed you'd do all right with this given the price. As said, everything room wise is just... ok. Would I recommend this? For a group of younger adults there to party, I'd say yes. The good price and amenities make this a fun spot. But if you like comfy rooms or a central location, unsure.

The hotel is located 21 minutes away from the airport via train and less than 17 minutes from Amsterdam Central via tram. Their staff members were very welcoming and insightful when answering my questions. The room was spacious, well-designed, and clean. Can’t ask for more, really. A very queer friendly hotel filled with a laundry room and a gym that will make your stay even better for those who are seeking for a long-term stay. Highly recommended for everyone.

Really nice lodging for a solo traveler and improvement from hostel conditions. I was impressed by the free laundry and on-site services such as co-working space, free water bottles, bike parking, dining area, and gym/library.

I like the idea of self-service laundromat and the ironing station. The tram and metro are convenient and accessible to other parts of Amsterdam!

Fun hotel with parking. Very clean and comfortable rooms with added treats such as chocolates and coffees. Young / party vibe downstairs in hotel but super quiet rooms. Would recommend.

Me ha gustado el ambiente y el trato recibido por todo el personal del hotel. Las habitaciones están en perfecto estado y la relacion calidad del servicio - precio es excelente. El servicio de limpieza pasa todos los días y lo deja todo perfecto.

These place I don’t know for some reason no one come to clean for the last five days and I clean by my self until I left the area

El hotel es perfecto, tiene buena ubicación, es juvenil, buena zona, buen ambiente, agua gratis, buenos trabajadores, pedimos almohadas y nos las trajeron enseguida, zonas super comodas, gimnasio, biblioteca, zona de estudio, es una zona muy tranquila. Ahora en cuanto a la limpieza….. estuvimos alojados 6 días y no limpiaron la habitación ningún día, ninguno, ni uno, tuvimos que reclamar que nos cambiasen las toallas porque ya olían mucho, y nos cambiaron solo una.

The room was immaculate and cleaned daily. The shower was powerful enough for a good soak and the bed was extremely comfortable. One drawback was the light switch for main lights only being by the door, but it is such a minor issue.

The staff were super kind. But the room could’ve been cleaner and smelled better.

Great, very comfy, staff friendly, rooms very clean. Cannot fault.

Cool interior. Metro and tram in front of the hotel quite good. Only two Lifts, that take too long. Many young guests and they are sometimes too loud. Playing soccer outside or just talking at night outside. It feels sometimes Iike a Hostel then a hotel.

Mein Zimmer hatte leider keine Klimaanlage.Das ist ein dicker Minuspunkt.

Good: Overall good value for money. Great access to both Metro and tram just outside the entrance. Not so good: there is no refrigerator in the room and the showers water pressure is reduced way too much in order to "save the polar bears" apparently. But overall a decent stay.

Rustig gelegen met uitstekend openbaar vervoer naar het centrum. Kleine kamers, zeer efficient ingericht dus alles is aanwezig.

Het hotel is trendy en van alle gemakken voorzien. De kamer was eenvoudig maar schoon. Groot nadeel was dat er geen raam open kan. En de zon stond er op dus het was echt warm. Handig dat je de auto voor de deur kwijt kan tegen betaling en een fiets kan huren om de stad in te gaan. Bedden zijn wel hard.

Giudizio complessivamente molto positivo. L'hotel era proprio come ce l'aspettavamo, molto belle le aree comuni e le attività. Unica pecca: a metà del soggiorno si è fulminata la luce in bagno e nonostante l'avessimo fatto presente diverse volte nessuno se n'è interessato minimamente.

Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt dort. Beim ersten Zimmer war die Klima defekt, haben dann aber sofort ein neues bekommen. Metro und Straßenbahn direkt vorm Hotel. Sehr Zentral nach Zandvoort 20min mit Zug und in die Innenstadt 15 min. Frühstück war sehr lecker und Personal supet freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had a really nice stay at The Social Hub Amsterdam West. It’s not central but it’s good linked to the center with the tram and metro, which are both in front of the hotel. Best sleeping I had in a hotel too!

Excellent public transport links to Amsterdam/Haarlem/Schiphol airport. A nice quiet hotel, away from the bustle of the city centre. Lots of amenities on site, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. My only suggestion would be to offer twin beds.

Far from everything. Uninteresting area. The social hub was great for working, free laundry, the place it self is lively, but the neighborhood was disappointing.

Posizione spettacolare a due passi dalla metro e dal tram. Camera ed hotel in generale pulitissima. Personale super accogliente anche nelle ore più tarde.

Rent, sköna sängar. Personalen var trevliga men förvirrade,inte koll på läget. Baren var stängt efter 16. Långt till centrum, ca 55 min att gå. Inga restauranger i närheten.

Very well located near transit, so even though it’s a little out of the downtown area, it’s easy to access. Nice room with large size bathroom. Breakfast was a really nice addition. Very friendly staff

Cool idea. However little place for breakfast, little options for breakfast. No shower gel 2 days in a row.

O hotel é fora da área central, mas com fácil aceso ao transporte público. Área muito tranquila. O atendimento é bastante cordial. O café da manhã é excelente e com boas opções. O quarto e o banheiro são bastante amplos, embora a cama seja pequena. A limpeza do quarto durante a estadia foi mediana.

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, sauber und in Ordnung. Der Teppich hatte jedoch Flecken. Leider muss man die Zimmerreinigung einfordern. Das Café in der Lobby ist sehr nett. Das Frühstück bot sehr viel Auswahl und war gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch alle sehr freundlich. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung nach dem Check out hat auch sehr gut funktioniert.

酒店直出左轉便是Metro和輕鐵, 我選擇搭輕鐵13號，總站是Dam (水霸廣場），非常方便！但附近欠食店，最緊要食飽和到超市買好東西才回酒店！酒店有早餐，住了四天，一模一樣，不差的！周圍都是住宅區，十分寧靜，我還跑步到火車站，enjoy!火車站步行的話要25分鐘，前往風車村和乘搭長途巴士都是此站
