24時間利用できるスナックバーがあり、深夜到着でしたが快適に過ごせました。

雖然便宜，有2個缺點值得改善 1. 洗澡水忽冷忽熱，水量偏弱 2. 24小時的點心區飲料機有點糟 先喝了激浪，是個沒有糖的氣泡水 再裝了可樂，是個沒有氣泡的糖水 最後放棄了裝水來喝

I love it that they change the sheets and towels everyday. There is also free laundry Machine and snacks for everyone to help themselves to. The service staff was also very polite and they took effort to remember everyone.

Overall, a good “value-orientated” hotel with good service. Positives: 1) rooms were spacious for Taipei, larger than average. 2) Rooms were clean, although slightly dated 2) Tons of free amenities, such as free laundry, free coffee, snacks, etc. 3) English speaking staff 4) About 8-10min walk to train station, so pretty convenient for greater Taipei. Cons: 1) hotel is in the 2nd/3rd floor and was slightly awkward to find 2) No headboard on the bed, so hard to elevate your head 3) bed was too soft for me 4) was a water leak in the room, but the staff took care of it. Would stay again.

シャワーの威力が弱く温度調節が難しいがリーズナブルでそのほかはとてもよかった

最寄駅から少し歩きます(7分位) 建物自体は古くリフォームされていますが窓枠やドアの辺りの古さが少し気になりました。それとシャワーの水圧が低いです。室内が冷房のみしか使えず少し寒かったです。 良かった点はスタッフの対応と24時間利用出来るカフェスペース、ホテルすぐにコンビニや食事出来るところが多数あるところでした。

Convenient hotel with two double beds for 3 of us staying as a family with a young child. Complimentary laundry, snacks and drinks gave a “home experience” where you don’t have to worry about being dirty and hungry all night. Would be even better if the WiFi can be faster, and the bathroom can provide conditioner in addition to shampoo and body wash. The shower head didn’t connect well with the water tube which caused leakage - better be fixed!

一如以往，酒店員工態度非常優良，酒店亦有齊所有必要設施，12點才需要check out，亦非常貼心和方便客人。不過由於酒店已有一段年月，部分設施難免有點老舊，例如洗手盆的熱水水流過慢，沖澡間亦有點滲水，不過整體而言，這酒店仍是我在台北旅遊時的不二之選。

The location is great — less than a 10-minute walk to the MRT station, with lots of food options along the way. I also liked the complimentary coffee and snacks, plus the microwave in the common area. Overall, it’s a solid choice for staying in Taipei.

シャワーの水圧は微妙ですが十分。 ゴキブリの赤ちゃんがいましたが基本は清潔でした。

The reviews on this property gave us higher expectations than what the hotel actually was. The bathroom had a huge mold problem and the staff did not clean the large spot even though they said they would. However, for the price of the hotel, the room was relatively clean (outside of the mold), the room was spacious, and the amenities were good. Overall, it was a decent stay for the affordable price but not a super nice place.

Bad internet connection; 浴室設施日久失修，沖涼水流出來；床邊，窗口有大量塵埃；地氈也不乾淨。電視設備太舊。

The hotel is situated in a rather convenient area. There is a hotpot skewer restaurant underneath and next to the building, which is why there is a very strong smell even from the 2/F floor in the reception and the floor above. The room is within reasonable size but the overall of the room doesn’t feel very clean. You can see molds everywhere in the room, the wall behind the mattress, the curtain, the bathroom etc. Feels very rundown. We had a room that had window but the windows and walls aren’t very thick. We can clearly hear car sound and next doors turning on the water tap. The common lounge so called were supposed to provide drinks and snacks. But most of the snacks were provided in very limited quantities (i.e. only 10 cup noodles). Drinks were provided, but cups were constantly missing and not refilled with clean cups. There are many petite hotels in Taipei are proving similar amenities services but honestly this one by far is not up to par in this area. The worst of all from our experience was the water pressure and the temperature control! What a nightmare! Hot and cold all the time, I think it all depends on if your next room is using water or not!!! The shower cubicle bi-folding doors were not properly built. Lots of gaps between glasses and therefore when you shower, the floor is doomed to flood. This happens to quite a few of the rooms which our friends stay. What a terrible experience! I think overall it’s not worth it’s value.

The staff were great, location excellent and overall cleanliness much appreciated.

周辺の環境や便利さ、スタッフさんの親切さは大変良かった。 部屋も清潔ではあったが、同行者と共に寝ている間に虫(トコジラミではない)に10箇所ほど刺されてしまいました。 概ね大変満足なホテルでありましたが、虫が湧く点に注意が必要であります。

The room was well-equipped, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is about 10 mins walk to the MRT and close enough to a few markets but a bit further away from the transport hub (taipei main station, hsr). Ok if you are only planning to stay in taipei. The hotel has free all day coffee, drinks, snacks and laundry facility. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room I stayed in had traces of water damage and probably mold? but otherwise I had a pleasant stay.

Pretty good size room, complementary snacks and drinks in the lobby for guests. Good location with lots of stuff around.

日本語がわかる人は一人しかいませんでしたが、スマホでGoogle翻訳等を使って、スタッフ全員がとても親切に対応してくださいました。 ラウンジの飲み物やお菓子も豊富でした。ランドリーもあります。部屋のチェアにマッサージ器があったのもとても良かったです。 強いて言うなら、壁が薄く音が聞こえるのと窓ありの部屋でしたが、ブラインドを開けるとトイレが丸見えになるので、ほぼ閉めっぱなしでした。外の通りを走る車の音もうるさいので、窓無しの部屋の方が静かで良いかも知れません。

Mostly great. My air condition unit was not cold enough though. Just cool enough to sleep. My parents room was cooler so it was only my room.

部屋から景色が見たいと思い、窓なしよりは少し料金が高くなりますが、窓ありの部屋を予約しました。 洗面台とシャワーのところに窓らしきものはありましたが道路に面していたのでブラインドで隠されており、窓を開けるわけにもいかず・・・。 間違えて窓なしの部屋を割り当てられたのかと不思議でした。 あとはお菓子など置いてある共有スペースが目の前にある部屋だったので、そこに来る人の話し声や近くの部屋の物音がかなり響いて全く寝れませんでした。 耳栓をしましたがあまり意味はありませんでした。 音に敏感な人にはお勧めできません。予約する際に静かな部屋を希望すればよかったです。

角部屋のWi-Fiが弱い。 テーブルの下の壁はお茶もしくはコーヒーを溢た跡が残っています。 防音は弱い、隣の部屋の声が聞こえる

Extremely clean, spacious, and convenient

It was a nice hotel , convenient as it is near the MRT, with free snacks. The room was a bit small it is a shame they don’t serve breakfast however there are a lot good restaurants around .

This is the second time that we’ve stayed in this hotel, last year and this year. The staff were very helpful and accommodating most especially Amber, Ying Ying, Jason, Steven and Erica which we missed this time, they’re always willing to help and always have smiles on their face. The room is kept clean as they do housekeeping daily. Will be staying back at this hotel again when we come to Taiwan again.

初日に宿泊した部屋のエアコンに不備があって全く眠れず、ハズレの部屋に当たってしまいましたが（満点でない理由はそれです）、翌日相談したら部屋を変えてくれました。価格と立地、サービスなど他に不満はありません。また泊まりたいです。

やさしいスタッフの皆さまが 丁寧に対応してくださいました。 空港に行くタクシーが来ないトラブルの時も、 すぐ来てくださいまして、 ちゃんと対応してくれました。 おかげさまで素晴らしい旅になりました！ フロントに、はかりも置いてあり、 スーツケースの計量が出来て 助かりました！

Staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciate all the drinks and snacks at the common area.

There is free laundry service and the night market is in the nearby; also 7-11 is downstairs/ next door and it’s close to TSA airport. The staffs are excellent though my original room was a little smelly but hotel staff changed the room which is nice and very clean!

This was our second time to stay in this hotel. The location was accessible to shopping districts and convenience stores. It is also walkable to train and bus stations. The staff are very helpful and friendly most especially Ying Ying, Amber, Jason and Steven. The rooms are kept clean as there’s daily housekeeping. Laundry facility and unlimited snacks, coffee and drinks and also a plus points. Will certainly stay in this hotel again when we go back to Taiwan.

The receptionist was very kind.

ロビーのスタッフの対応がとても良かった。宿泊前日の荷物預かりや、当日朝に急にお願いした9人乗りタクシーの手配、フリーサービスの美味しいお菓子の情報などなど、笑顔で対応して頂き、とても気持ちのいい滞在になりました。

Service is great. Enjoyed the stay.

雙連駅にちかく、朝市、寧夏夜市、美味しい名店の数々が徒歩圏内。スタッフの方は親しみやすく優しいです。ロビーにお菓子、コーヒマシーン、ペットボトルの水が常備され、無料で利用できます。 豪華さはありませんが、落ち着いて滞在できるオススメのホテルです。

Good hotel. Bus stop and conveniance stores right outside the door. 10-15 min walk to subway stations (equal distance to several).

The property is only a 6-minute walk to the MRT station and 2 stations away from Taipei Main Station. I was not able to check Niangxi Night Market

台北都心のど真ん中にあり、最寄りは淡水信義線の雙連駅で、林森北路や雙連朝市、中山駅とかも徒歩圏内です。 建物の外観は中華圏特有の汚いビル（失礼）ですが、ホテルとしては内装キレイ、清潔、快適で一階にビルの守衛みたいなおっちゃんが常駐していて安心です。 2019年、今回（2025年）と宿泊させていただき、個人的には台北での常宿です。

Great location. The hotel is a 7-minute walk to Shuanglian Station with lots of restaurants close by. Hotel is a bit dated and rooms are a bit small. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Free snacks and beverages in the common area.

This hotel is a prime location, easy to walk and close to restaurant and attractions.

Very nice place to stay! It has everything you need, with 24/7 front desk available. And the hotel is near the Taipei Bus station just 5min car ride, which is convenient if you take the 1819 Taipei bus for airport transport.

台北旅行はいつもこのホテルに決めています。双連駅からは7〜8分ほど歩きますが、台北駅（駅が広過ぎて、結局駅の中で歩く距離が長い）に近いホテルよりも、駅がコンパクトで飲食店もたくさんあり寧夏夜市にも歩いて行けるこの立地がお気に入りです。（桃園空港からのバスも、アンバサダーホテルで下車すればすぐに到着です！） お部屋は清潔ですし、共有スペースも快適です。 洗濯、乾燥機共に無料で使えますし、粉洗剤も完備されています。 高級ホテルに泊まるより、よっぽどこちらのホテルの方が快適だと感じます。 共有スペースに面した部屋だと、話し声が聞こえたりしますが、深夜まで騒ぐ人もいなかったので、快眠できました！

零食點心在公共自用小朋友超開心，房間舒適感覺愉快

駅から近く、目の前にバス停があり、交通の便がすごく良いです。 無料のドリンクバーはジュースとコーヒーがあり、インスタントのミルクティーとお茶もあります。豆花、ゼリー、クッキーも食べ放題。夜にはカップラーメンも無料でもらえます。 ランドリー(洗濯機、乾燥機)も無料、洗剤も無料です。 窓付きのダブルルームに1人で宿泊。室内は広く、水回りも広くて水圧も良いです。

ペットボトルの水やスナックがロビーに置いてあり、宿泊者が自由に食べたり飲んだりできるのが良かったです。

24時間利用できるラウンジがよい。

I really like the snack bar on 2/F and appreciate for the cup noodles offered on my first night staying in the Via Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful to me that really made me enjoy my stay. I look forward to my next stay with the Via Hotel.
