Parking is pkentiful and easy, very nice breakfast, very nice staff and environs, room was quite good but we had one which was very dark due to our windows being in a groove in a building, but amenities were very good regardless. The pool needs a bit of a clean up and upgrade, the bottom of the pool was badly cracked and dirt collected at the bottom

Brand new facility with spacious and fresh clean rooms. Nice included breakfast with very helpful and friendly attendants. Super fast friendly check in and check out. Some construction happening in lobby but didn’t detract from overall experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and/or recommend

Was extremely disappointed to arrive to the hotel to find that the hotel hot tub has been filled in and tiled over through renovations recently after it was advertised on the website as a hotel with pool and hot tub. We booked the hotel for this reason and so you could see our disappointment. Otherwise the facility was clean and staff were pleasant. They should update their hotel website showing no hot tub.

Great staff. Very accommodating and helpful. Enjoyed our stay on business for two weeks. Cleaning service daily. Was incredibly nice to always come back to a refreshed room. Very lovely staff at hotel. Highly recommend this hotel due to great customer service. Will definitely be back for work trip and choose this property again. Parking is included and safe. Rooms are very spacious with a kitchen. Breakfast was great and complimentary each morning.

Clean and spacious rooms. While kept and maintained property. Rooms Cleaned daily. Free breakfast exceeded our expectations. Public transportation (train) steps from the properties front door. Many additional amenities within a short walking distance. For the cost, this was one of our better hotel stays over the past few years. We will be booking all future stays at this property!

fridge is loud. door is thin and has a gap from the floor. can hear sound from the hall. prefer to book when it is not busy. breakfast is good. staff is really friendly and helped me to change to a room that is not facing the street. room facing the street is thin and can hear cars. no slippers provided.

My favorite place to stay when visiting Ottawa. Rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. It's always quiet. Everything in the room is well thought out. Tons of plugs for our computers, phones and electronics. Coffee is good too.

The room itself is nice, but room 618 has pipes running from some kind of unit on the roof through the cieling in that room. It was like trying to sleep with your head beside a constantly flushing toilet. It was very loud and relentless, even with earplugs in. It was 10:30pm when we got in the room and later when we realized this noise wasnt going to stop, so we didn't ask about a different room. The staff and other amenities were good

Excellent location, near airports and O train to the city is 1 minute walk next door. Takes 20 minutes to get downtown and an all day pass is $12. Excellent place for exploring the city and then coming back to unwind.

Appreciated underground parking and visible security guard. Drugstore with small food selection as well as pharmacy, etc available all within five minutes. Gas station one block away and bus stop also close by. Easy access to/from airport.

This was a great hotel! It was conveniently located next to the train system and we were able to easily travel downtown for dinner in the evening. Our room was spacious and the breakfast was great. The hotel was busy with a softball team and wedding but it was still very quiet.

The only thing I need to say is regrading the breakfast. I was quite disappointed. One of the reasons why i chose this hotel was because i read the reviews and it said that the breakfast was the best. Well, it was not the case at all. We stayed four nights and every single day they had scrambled eggs. No variety at all. The eggs were watery and tasted like they were made from powder. Other then that, the staff was friendly, the facility was clean. The gym needs more equipment

The property was very clean inside and outside the hotel. Our room on the 6th floor was great! Nice big room and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative comment I can leave would be the shower head wasn't the best. The shower had hot water and body supplies, shampoo, conditioner along with body wash which was amazing! I would stay at this hotel again. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food, you wouldn't leave hungry at all. Thanks for the great stay!
