The property is good, but they clean the rooms once in 7 days or may be after each check out. We stayed for 6 nights, hence no cleaning. We checked in late in the night about 10:30 pm. This was informed in advance. Now there is a numbered lock for entry. The reception is quite far from the main entrance. The man on duty was fast asleep. One of our colleagues checked in one day before. I had to call him up to open the door. Point is a calling bell could save all the troubles. Next all the staffs were quite friendly, but for one black middle aged gentleman, who was pretty rude. When I wanted to call my colleague in another room using reception intercom, he refused. He asked me to go to his room and knock. My other colleagues requested for change in towels after 3 days. He told that for each towel they will charge 6 euros. But next day when we told this to another person in the reception, he was surprised and readily gave us fresh towels. All other staffs were very good, except for one I am referring to. I would have probably given 5 star but for this gentleman. Breakfast was so so. Staff were good and helpful.

The neighborhood is okay. The hotel is not nearby a metro station, but you can come there by bus. The hotel is also close to a local train network station (RER). There are supermarkets and local bakery's. The hotel has a garage where you can leave your car if you pay a fee. The hotel offers breakfast for an additional fee.

From the start, our check-in experience was unpleasant. The receptionist was rude, with no greeting or smile—just a demand for a deposit and a city fee, despite our online payment. When we asked about it, she replied, "You can cancel if you don’t want to pay," which felt dismissive after our trip from Berlin. Entering the hotel was also problematic. We weren’t provided with the entry code in advance, so we had to call reception upon arrival. Nous avons l’habitude de séjourner à Aparthotel. Nous apprécions beaucoup l’accueil et le petit déjeuner. La décoration de la salle de déjeuner a été refaite avec goût. Nous apprécions particulièrement le coin enfant et le jardin extérieur.

Bon séjour mais très regrettable que pour 20€ de parking par nuit il faille aller récupérer la télécommande tous les matins, la ramener immédiatement sorti du parking et rebelote le soir en rentrant....

O hotel é muito bom, apenas necessita melhorar a iluminação com uma lâmpada branca pra alguma necessidade, já que todas são amarelas, porém isso não diminui a qualidade do hotel. Os únicos pontos negativos foram a comunicação pra entrar no hotel onde a porta de entrada principal precisa de um código pra acessar ou discar na recepção, porém não nos foi passado o código ou número da recepção e ficamos esperando por alguns minutos na frente até que outro hóspede apareceu e a porta se abriu e o principal ponto negativo foi aparentemente a impaciência da recepcionista que nos recebeu, meu inglês não é muito bom e aparentemente ela não tinha interesse em explicar as questões de forma devagar pra que eu pudesse entender mais rápido, então tive que perguntar algumas coisas novamente. Em contrapartida o recepcionista da noite foi muito atencioso.

The hotel is quiet but not close to public transportation and the neighbourhood is dark at night. They charge extra 50 euros that they block frim the account claiming it will be refunded upon checkout. However, it is been 16 days since I checked out and nothing was refunded yet! The heating is central and rooms temperatures are not controllable from within the room for financial reasons. After a shower, the room feels cold without any possibility to change the temperature. One night there was not even hot water, but they said it was a technical error that was fixed the next day. The towels and bed spreadsheets are changed only once per week so they were not changed at all during my 7 nights stay! To get a change they propose extra fees. The room is cleaned once per week only as well. The machine to check lugguage weight was not working and it took the money twice without giving any results. Yet I was not refunded because there is no possibility to solve any problems at night for the manager is not there. Finally, the kitchen has a terrible sound all the time. At the beginning, it is disturbing then you get used to it somehow. This cannot be fixed either!

Nous avons loué un studio supérieur situé au dernier étage, spacieux et très calme donnant sur la cour. Pas d’avis sur le petit déjeuner car nous n’en avons pas pris, cafetière Nespresso dans la chambre. Pas d’attente pour les ascenseurs, parties communes propres Très bien situé à 10min à pied du métro ligne 13 ou 14 idéal pour visiter Paris, hypermarché Leclerc Levallois à 10min à pied avec beau centre commercial. Commerces à côté de type boulangerie et Franprix. Personnel agréable et possibilité de laisser ses bagages à la réception le jour du départ

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 4 notti e devo dire che sono stato veramente piacevolmente sorpreso dalla pulizia della stanza. E dalla comodità con cui sono riuscito a muovermi dalla camera ai vari punti della città.

Tellement déçue par cet appart hôtel non digne de la chaîne. Pourquoi cette note ? odeur nauséabonde, ménage mal fait, serviettes tachées, sèche serviette ne fonctionne pas, aération dans les WC ne fonctionne pas, couette salle. sur 5 nuits réservées j’y ai dormit que 3 (j’ai payé les 5). J’ai été 2 fois à la réception me plaindre, et deux fois ils l’ont pris avec beaucoup d’humour. apparemment c’est comme ça à Adagio. Sans compter les 100 moucherons dans la chambre de premier soir, un agent d’entretien est venu les écraser avec son balais brosse car il avait pas d’aspirateur… no comment….

Was great thank you, good location for Metro-Marie de Clichy closest although Port de Clichy not too far. Hotel clean, room spacious, large bathroom, shower powerful enough. Clichy a good base, town centre pleasant with some decent restaurants/bars. Would stay again!!!

No, it was a filthy place. I was scared to be there and was freezing and got bed bug bites. There were hairs all over the sheets and floor. The temperature was freezing and I couldn’t change the temperature. Keep scrolling and run for your life.

Stanowczo odradzam! Pokój bardzo, bardzo mały, nie to co na zdjęciach. Zero sprzątania przez 5 dni, o papier toaletowy trzeba było się prosić w recepcji. Pomarańczowe ściany i brudna wykładzina na korytarzach, zdecydowanie do wymiany! Do Metra 10 min żwawym krokiem. Myślę że są lepsze hotele w Paryżu za te pieniądze.

nice size room, especially the bathroom room. I liked the in-room fridge, sink and dishes/silverware/glasses, etc. However, the microwave was very difficult to operate. The hotel was close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc. And, was less than a 10-minute walk to the Metro (the 14 Line).

Struttura perfetta, personale molto gentile e disponibile, completo di tutto, letti comodi, bagni spaziosi, cucina completa di tutto l'occorrente. 10 minuti dalla metro M14 e m13 che portano velocemente in centro o allo stadio. Molto consigliata.

It was a nice apartment with hall and big bathroom, closet and small kitchen. We arrived after long trip finally at 2pm, but they said there would be no room available, which kinda torred our plans, but we could leave our luggage in a separate room. I had to put a deposit 50€, which had been nowhere stated before. Friday night there stood tea, coffee, breads to take, which was very much appreciated. The metro is ca. 15 Min. walk, the bus line is not going from that street anymore, so another walk ca. 10 Min., ca. 30 Min. until city center.

Hotel is nice but. Thermostat in the room is not adjustable so if you’re feeling to hot open the window but if you feeling cold nothing you can do about it. So we stayed 5 days there and never open the window once. Nice considering that you can’t even open the window while you preparing a meal, I mean you can open it and freeze but then you’re unable to turn heating on so… No vent system in the toilet and also don’t matter which water temperature you choose, it will be keep going hotter and colder at all time. If you using more then 1 pillow to sleep, bring your own as apparently there are no extra pillows (not even by pay for it) in the entire building! Small thing that on a 5 days stay make the different. So far I don’t think we will ever be back at the adagio Clichy!

Nous avons loué un studio supérieur situé au dernier étage, spacieux et très calme donnant sur la cour. Pas d’avis sur le petit déjeuner car nous n’en avons pas pris, cafetière Nespresso dans la chambre. From the start, our check-in experience was unpleasant. The receptionist was rude, with no greeting or smile—just a demand for a deposit and a city fee, despite our online payment. When we asked about it, she replied, "You can cancel if you don’t want to pay," which felt dismissive after our trip from Berlin. Entering the hotel was also problematic. We weren’t provided with the entry code in advance, so we had to call reception upon arrival. The person in charge of reservations (Tom) supervisor, very rude, very unpleasant when it comes to serving customers in a very bad way. When you arrive, they don't tell you that no one is going to clean your room, that they don't change towels or sheets, or take out the trash. We were cold at night, they don't give you anything, not even an extra blanket. Very poor!

Before we arrived at thz peoprety an extra charge of 122€ was withdrawed from the card while we have choosen clearly the method "pay at the property " and nothing mentioned that 122 € in advance will be withdrawed from my card . Arriving at the property we paid the total sum in cash and they said this 122€ is a form of deposit of insurance to confirm the booking and will be returned to us once we leave .... After leaving now post 3 weeks and they still didnt return the sum of 122€ ! While staying at the property the sink overfloaded with water and there was a major plumbery problem it was friday night ,they said they dont have maintenance the week end so we stayed 3 days with a bathroom we cant use ! It was the only bathroom so we didnt had a bathroom to use and we tried to ask them several time to repear it but no one came . Also they mentioned that they have ironing utilities upon request and of course after requesting they have had none ! Customer service very very bad ,and they dont communicate at all !!! The worst stay i have ever had in my life and still they didnt return the 122 € unexplained charge !

The hotel is quiet but not close to public transportation and the neighbourhood is dark at night. They charge extra 50 euros that they block frim the account claiming it will be refunded upon checkout. However, it is been 16 days since I checked out and nothing was refunded yet! The heating is central and rooms temperatures are not controllable from within the room for financial reasons. After a shower, the room feels cold without any possibility to change the temperature. One night there was not even hot water, but they said it was a technical error that was fixed the next day. The room is cleaned once per week only as well. The machine to check lugguage weight was not working and it took the money twice without giving any results. At the beginning, it is disturbing then you get used to it somehow. This cannot be fixed either!

Was great thank you, good location for Metro-Marie de Clichy closest although Port de Clichy not too far. Hotel clean, room spacious, large bathroom, shower powerful enough. Clichy a good base, town centre pleasant with some decent restaurants/bars. Would stay again!!!

It was a nice apartment with hall and big bathroom, closet and small kitchen. We arrived after long trip finally at 2pm, but they said there would be no room available, which kinda torred our plans, but we could leave our luggage in a separate room. I had to put a deposit 50€, which had been nowhere stated before. Friday night there stood tea, coffee, breads to take, which was very much appreciated. The metro is ca. 15 Min. walk, the bus line is not going from that street anymore, so another walk ca. 10 Min., ca. 30 Min. until city center.

The hotel was nice and clean! Lots of room. Shower was good and hot. They were accommodating for an early arrival with a place to store our luggage. Huge difference!!! The only down fall was my son tried to get breakfast and he was told he couldn’t. We were in a hurry that morning and they wouldn’t let him eat until I came down to pay. He’s 19 not 9.
