Room was fine.. breakfast great.. staff lovely.. parking is however an issue as if rooms are busy and it's a lovely evening (and locals flock) there simply is not enough parking (not helped by inconsiderate drivers just dumping their cars)

A return visit. Room was comfortable but bed was too big for the room or wrongly located ended up banging my leg on frame every time I went round it. Save that breakfast and staff are a dream but they do believe in drinking late in Street and at Mullions IF you want an early night.

Very welcoming staff, and comfortable room in a characterful building. The fan in the room was appreciated in the hot weather. A good choice of cooked breakfast options. The only thing I would change would be to have curtains or a blackout blind instead of a vertical blind, as the room was rather bright in the early mornings (this may vary according to room)
